There are rumblings that JBI is already "toast".
Boots on the ground may want to chime in here. imo
Is that what happened to Rauber?
Seems like it's always the next Qtr.
"Q3 will still be lacking significant numbers - it's the next q that will be interesting."
So if hidden signals are SEEN they're not really hidden are they?
Apparently,[ according to the SEC ] the media credits were used to pump up the books on JBII.Then "Honest John's" company sold some pipe shares to investors who relied in part on the company's accounting treatment of those credits. I could post a copy of the SEC's complaint if that would help?
Like warning - before you invest one dime in JBII, do not under any circumstances rely on their accounting methods regarding media credits.?
Dunno, seems like a "Leak" like that would lead to the "leakee" being fired on the spot. Seems like the SEC will frown on the latest whoopsie JBII moment. Makes a person wonder who's minding the store/company up there in JBII land. Is Rauber still vacationing or is he back home in St Louis?
Looks like Chris Irons may have gone Al Haig [I'm in charge"] on the company while Rauber [ still on vacation ?] and "Honest John" are away?
Great info! Who told you this at the AGM during the "open mike" session? Thanks in advance!
So will the cardboard sales be broken out from the fuel sales this qtr?
Old shower curtains and old bio hazardous hospital sheets?
Not quite a tanker full .. I'm guessing
I think we know why there is no longer video taken at the AGM . Sorta like the thus far unlinkable statement about cash flow positive 1st qtr 2013 by the new CEO. JBI apparently likes for shareholders to use their own imagination in regards to company info.
Hmmm.. so was there material information given at the AGM that wasn't disclosed to the investing public in filings with the SEC? That's troubling!
" Honest John" apparently saw the need for run tickets and validation when he told some loyal investors that he "engaged" URS and would be releasing URS produced run tickets. Ofcourse that never happened. What's so hard about releasing actual verified production numbers? Is JBII changing the story about finding the "secret" catalyst while reading tapes? Is JBII filling tankers as we speak?
Unfortunately a lot of investors bought at $4/sh in hopes of averaging down . At this point it's tough to make an argument for buying or for that matter even owning this stock . Cash flow positive by 2013?. Forgive my skepticism of that goal being fulfilled.
I'm guessing the panelists on the "Pitch" are glad they didn't invest in plastic to oil. I guess they can maybe store all the cardboard they get for like the next 7-8 months and then sell it all to boost the 3rd quarter numbers.. Otherwise they probably will need to actually run a processor or two for more than a few hours a month? I'm gonna try and find that new CEO's statement . I hope this wasn't just hearsay from an AGM attendee?
Isn't that kinda like the " we're filling tankers as we speak" statement made by the former CEO? . Is there a link to this statment on their website ?
Or Danny Wettreich will end up owning this thing again..
So, next year around May the company will be cash flow positive?
How many more Pipe shares will need to be sold to make it 'til then?
Damn! Buying those post split shares is looking like a good call for you now!
I have 14000 shares still.. I was so loaded before the split.. errrr with shares that is.
Edit.. Someone else had same idea and chased it back to .22
Wow bid took 2000 of my shares at $1/shr and didn't bail..Maybe Cicada was better term....
Wish I knew..... CAML kinda like locust.. every 7yrs or so it comes to life?
Coming drip by ..............................................dri......................p.
Let's see, next shoe[s] to drop? How about some afterhours 8ks this Friday?
So the JBII Carnival got a new Barker!
Boots on the ground know the details of the "financing"?
plus they picked up a hot shot new CEO
Meet the new Boss, same as the old boss?
I think it's great news for "Honest John" . The strain of keeping all his "stories" straight was clearly taking a toll. Also, as an added bonus, all the talk of non-disclosing paid promoters will likely fade away, [ along with the "fictious posters" ]. And I'm looking forward to seeing "Honest John" use his "Genius" in defending all the lawsuits [ current and future]. All and all a win win for all!
So a rousing A vote!
The good news is there won't be a need for more pictures of derelict tanker trucks careening of utility poles and the like. Hopefully "Honest John" won't be going through CEOs like he did with accountants. Lots of details are missing but one thing seems certain, the SEC is calling the shots. Wonder if all of "Honest John's" family and friends are being taken care of?
So, middle of May and no mention of the AGM by the company ? I guess that's the new CEO's call? Maybe "boots on the ground" have the inside scoop? Will "Honest John" get a new office ? Hope the cardboard doesn't run out soon!
Saw that too. Looks like huge revenue estimates might fall flat.
That sounds like trader talk. I thought JBII was a no brainer long term hold? Think we'll get an 8-k after the close?
He took the money in the first place. Guy claims he's a super genius and took money that wasn't his and then returned it before he got in further trouble.
Laughable, Notice how the bank was so grateful they closed "Honest John's" bank account and took away his ATM card. Didn't even give him a reward. Seems like "Honest John" was lucky he didn't get prosecuted.
Is this the latest fiction? JBII gave away full tanker loads of fuel for testing, for free ? I thought all the "certification" was done by labs JBII hired? Why give away free fuel samples of that magnitude? Did JBII run out of mason jars? Sounds like another fairytale . How about some URS run tickets?
Time for another picture of some banged up fuel truck ?
So, take a thimble full of JBII "fuel" and then blend it with fuel purchased somewhere else ? With the un fulfilled promise of URS run tickets, I would be really suprised if "Honest John" keeps his promise about breaking out the fuel sales in the next filing.
Are you producing fuel? Answer was that I can't tell you that. Why not? Just can't.
You can bet if they were producing fuel it would be trumpeted across the net. No run tickets and more secrets? You could just train a mynah bird to answer IR .
"Honest John" claims to have a contract with URS and promised he would release run tickets from URS. Why won't he? Does JBII have a contract with URS or not? The filings don't even break up the paltry numbers. What is JBII hiding?
What's next, a picture of a mail truck delivering an electric bill to JBII headquarters? Why not just post some run tickets ? I mean why is it so hard for the company to do this?
So we should ask the CEO if his comments are "Honest John" or "Juicy John" in nature. The CEO said he will release them. Did he not tell the truth in 2010 about production? In answer to your question, I'd say any public company wanting investor dollars and more importantly any company who promises to do something should keep their word and fulfill his obligations. If JBII was not producing "fuel" at the time of the presentation then ....
He said he signed a contract with URS. Shouldn't that be the truth?
Have you had a chance to listen to the presentation? He said he will be releasing audited production numbers. I doubt very much if he even has a contract with URS . I've seen nothing in any filing to substantiate his claim. Why wouldn't "Honest John" release the numbers so everyone would know the process is viable? I can only think of one reason and it's not good. He seems to know that investors want to see the numbers and "What the machine can do" before they invest so what's the hold-up?
