Bottom line for me to not being worried. The company has stayed current, even early on the last filing. They may not have had all or any of the things happen in their "Road Map", but they are still there and active and current. That alone (Current on filings) says volumes and they are not massively diluting.

There are No buyers.... The Market Makers, who are Traders, are not going to offer to buy stock (BID) when there are no retail buyers (ASK) out there. So they offer to buy at low prices just as our friend HD has done as he has told us here many times over.

Nobody wants to Buy XALL, plain and simple. ZERO Demand.... Equals low BID price.

I believe that there is definitely something here. Why go through all the trouble of the offering and staying current on all the filings?

I suspect that there is an investor / group that is waiting in the wings for the company to have all their ducks in a row and then the funding will happen.

I'm sure that the attorney letter on Friday was part of this...

All I have found is updated values on assets and liabilities so far. It is a step in the right direction for sure as they are still active on this...

I did a search of the filings and I don't see any "Harry" (We all know that HD is Harry) listed as having bought shares from the company.

Shares bought in the open market do not in any terms other than valuation of the company benefit them.

If you are going to file a law suit, just do it or give it a break.

Bud and Jedi are probably the reason for the Promotion designation according to OTC Markets guidelines. It doesn't have to come from the company, just the onslaught of pumping.
