Hey I appreciate your words. I just can't stand bad management. Yeah I am sure we will get our initial investment back at least, but nothing will make this go up until signed contracts or fully reporting. Todays pr's was really a sad one. Every booth in there could of said that. At least have a girl with some nice headlites in there with them....not Topo.
Take care.
Hey Moose24, haven't you noticed I've been away more then usual during the day? Now I don't need to listen to posters pump something that is not there. Nothing has changed with SSWH since the show started to today. Look at the tape it speaks no lies. Have a good nite.
ns8013;
I speak the truth and you burn at the stake? That is why this board has pros and cons about stock picks. I've been in SSWH since the run and I am not happy about this symbol. Don't give me the "sell" cliche either. Your head is up in the air if you think pumping this symbol will make the pps rise. Get real and learn from some of us will you. Being in the pink is very dangerous and you better see that quick. I will gamble on this, but the management is no where to be seen as far as looking for shareholder commitment. Now I know a lot of other posters here feel the same way I do, but are afraid to buck the trend and the trend is all hunky dory, but in real reality is , "wake up and smell the roses cause they have been dead a long time ago". Don't you remember I called the IR and he gave me the lowdown on a couple of pr's a week and the website will be updated and shareholder emails will be sent out for the ones who signed up on their very poor website? Well none of that has happened. So I hold these shares thinking that some good would of came out of the SEMA show and so far the management has not taken the op. to take advantage what SEMA could of done for them. Now I feel you have more brains then that to squander a golden op. to show your potential. So beware when the o/s comes close to the a/s. Fair words to say to other investors when you see it. Have a good nite. Narvo
Mach if these guys don't hurry, then someone will beat them to it with other technology. A lot of people have already bought their 2000.00 rims. Co.s with money can get things done. Have a good nite. Narvo
Prospector777,
Sorry but you go to a show to show. If you are in business and you want to start out slowly then why have a website when it is outdated and hardly works? I just don't understand it.
Cartfan, then please get that info to Paul and Jerry. These guys don't have a clue. They are engineers type personalities. Send it to the IR guy too. Man they should of taken advantage of this SEMA show. Thats why companies go there. Only thing to get this thing off the ground will be signed contracts. Also with their o/s pretty close to the a/s, then I would watch out. Anyways I thought they owned 62% of the shares, but when I saw the o/s at 900mm and the a/s at 950....well that tells me that something can happen if they don't get some good news out soon. Have a good nite.
Hey isn't that "Topo" there right behind that guy in the chair???

For a matter of fact, I am not surprised one bit. Have a good week.
Rbitulsa, Now this is good stuff! I mentioned on RB last week that I wondered where else Urban has used these types of surveys on. Ecuador came to mind very quickly! Narvo
Keep bringing the good stuff.
GEMM wow watch these mm's keep the price down on this symbol inorder to cover by the 15th!
I thought it was the 18th of the first gemm divy. Man the 15th is 3 days sooner and it's on a Monday. No wonder the crazy mm's are shaking GEMM like crazy. This week will be a fun one to watch GEMM. GLTYA! Narvo
Bo:
Just for the sake of things and the SEC plays their game and opens up USCA on the pinkies, well that is a crock of bull. Yet it maybe the only way the mm's can cover and not be so hurt monetarily. ANyways they'll have to do it to GEMM and CIM. So what is one divy going to do to help the mm's? Not much in my opinion and also I bet SGGM will be a divy soon (if the SEC screws around)and a few more till the mm's are really in a huge big pot of trouble. Narvo

CMKXtreme Racing announces '05 plans
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
11/5/2004
Urban Casavant, founder and current Chairman of the Board of CMKM Diamonds, has announced the support of three racers in 2005 – Jeff Arend, Connie Cohen, and Tony Bartone.
Arend will be behind the wheel of the CMKXtreme Machine Funny Car, driving for Paul Smith Racing. Cohen will ride the CMKXtreme Suzuki. And Tony Bartone will pilot the Got CMKX?/Lucas Oil Funny Car for Jim Dunn Racing.
"We are thrilled to be entering the 2005 NHRA POWERade Drag Racing season with such a great group of race teams under the CMKXtreme Racing banner," Casavant said. "I know that Jeff, Tony, and Connie will do an outstanding job representing CMKXtreme Racing for all of our shareholders around the world. We will do everything we can to support all three teams as they fight for a POWERade championship in 2005."
Jeff Arend's CMKXtreme Machine Funny Car.
Arend, a former NHRA Funny Car national event champion, will be entering his first full season of competition. The 41-year-old driver burst back onto the Funny Car scene by qualifying third at the O'Reilly NHRA Spring Nationals in Houston in April. Arend has qualified for 16 races in 18 starts this season, which includes qualifying for 14 NHRA national events in a row. Despite the late start to the season, the Canadian native will finish the year just outside the top 15 in the final point standings.
With a new Murf McKinney chassis and Chevy Monte Carlo body on order for the CMKXtreme Machine team, Arend is extremely enthusiastic over the prospects of the 2005 season.
"We're really excited about next year," Arend said from his home in San Dimas, Calif. "Having a new chassis and body style will enable us to be a lot more competitive in 2005 than we were this year. I felt like we did a good job this season, especially when you consider we qualified for most of the races running an older chassis and body style. With a new chassis and the Monte Carlo body we should instantly be more competitive.
"We'll go testing before the beginning of the season and our goal is a solid top 10 finish. We have two months to prepare for next season instead of throwing things together in two weeks like we did this year. You can be sure we'll begin the new season with our guns loaded."
Tony Bartone's Got CMKX?/Lucas Oil Funny Car.
Bartone's California-based team, which ran with associate sponsor support from CMKX for the last half of the 2004 season, will once again be led by drag racing icon Jim Dunn. For more than 50 years Dunn has been a part of drag racing and was recently named to the NHRA's list of its Top 50 drivers of all-time. He has been a fixture in the Funny Car class for decades, as a driver, crew chief, and team owner. Always a fan favorite, Dunn will be looking to add to his long list of accomplishments in 2005.
A Top Alcohol Funny Car standout with 29 career NHRA national event titles, Bartone's best season came in 1996 when he won eight races and set a single-season record with 37 consecutive round wins in national and divisional events. Bartone went on to win the Winston Select, the TRW Funny Car All-Star championship, four divisional events, and the 1996 NHRA Top Alcohol Funny Car title.
After finishing second in the national point standings in both 1997 and 1999, Bartone made the move to Funny Car. The New York native will finish the 2004 NHRA season in the Top 15 in the Funny Car points battle.
Connie Cohen's CMKXtreme Suzuki.
Cohen will be riding the CMKXtreme Suzuki for the second consecutive year. "It's really awesome to be able to prepare for the new season knowing that we have such a great sponsor like CMKXtreme on board," Cohen said. "My husband Marc will be building a new bike during the off-season and we plan on testing before the Gatornationals in March."
Cohen will be riding a new state-of-the-art Suzuki GSXR 1000. "Thanks to Urban and Ron Casavant and the support of CMKXtreme Racing we've had a chance to get a taste of what it takes to run the full tour this season," Cohen said. "We were able to gain data from some of the tracks we've never competed on before and I'm sure that will help us when we return next season. We're going to do everything we can to try and put the CMKXtreme Suzuki in the winner's circle next year."

GEMM> man I would say that UCAD will be fine just by the way GEMM is being shook and covered by the mm's. Look at the volume and if UCAD was not going to be well, then why have the high volume at the lost cost? MM covering???

(Msg. is a reply to 113330 by billfishguy.)
billfishguy and coinguy, this is the deal as far as I see it. We have to ask ourselves a couple of questions.
1. Why did UCADs PPS jump from +3.00 per share to +18.00 per share? Was there earth-rattling news? Was there some magical dust sprinkled over the company?
Answer: The extended a dividend to a company with a NSS. That's all. Any other reason would be only peripheral and would not explain the dramatic increase in such a short period of time.
2. Why is it taking so long for those of us who are due UCAD shares to get them?
Answer: Well, obviously because they aren't trading now but that is no excuse. We should have had them LOONG before the halt. I expect UCAD/USCA shares to continue to be in short supply post-halt and thereby offset whatever misperceptions or misgivings the market place has due to the SEC review of various aspects of the company. Those attributes are moot given the large demand by those who need to cover the dividend and the short supply of shares available to make that cover possible. And what if UCAD immediately goes straight to a higher exchange, well out of the reach of the Market Makers? Hmmm, imagine that.
3. So why isn't everyone taking this more seriously?
Answer: We ARE! but we can definitely justify feeling that "all is well" because now the SEC cannot ignore the illegal trading practices by the Shorts. Regardless of the price, the halt, or the delay, egregious harm has come to shareholders and the abuses can potentially undermine Market confidence entirely. It's the SECs job to identify those problems and propose solutions. This is what I have been waiting for..a mess the SEC cannot ignore..Roger Glenn's "strategic chaos" as it were.
I am looking forward to the next 10 days...meanwhile I am going to continue to imagine the SEC jumping on the phone and reading the riot act to all broker/dealers involved in this scandal.
That said and done, either this is the death knell for our little enterprise or the threshold to new and profitable horizons. It's just a matter of how you want to spend the time in between...you either dream of one prospect or have a nightmare about the other. I choose to dream. All my humble opinion

Yesterday met Paul & Jerry at the SEMA show !
Very easy to talk to & encourging about the prospects !
Am an happy LONG !
Moose24" I apologize for my posts to you. You just caught me at a very bad time. Just ignore me and don't post to me, Deal? deal.
Moose24,
Why don't you go to the freakin show and come back and tell us. Duh...
Moose24
Look you dumb sob. You cry all the time to Mach to ask Paul this and that. Why don't you get some balls and call them yourself? I've wanted to say this for awhile to you, but I was man enough to keep my yap shut. In my post I did state I will sell when I can. You will soon learn. And you my friend are an idiot for not taking part in CMKX and the dividends. I've seen more stocks then you can imagine. Don't tell me some simple cliche like, "Then go sell", because my plans are too. I'm glad there are idiots like yourself in this world, cause it makes my life easier. Oh yeah, have a nice day.
hell Gumps17, you have been ahead of me all day! Narvo
Elrac on eof the greatest post I've ever read! Thx!
I just called SSWH investor relations and the guys mailbox is full. Here's his number if anyone is interested.
1-951-587-8072.
He's out of So. Calif.
I was going to ask him:
How's the show going?
Where are the multiple weekly pr's at, from our earlier conversation.
Where's is the improved website at, from our earlier ph. call.
Where's are investor email service, from our earlier ph. conversation.
And finally what should we expect from SSWH in the future?
Narvo
Sorry I usually don't say information like this about symbols, but I have to vent a little about SSWH. Man this is the biggest thing for them (SEMA) and they let their website reflect poor business sense. I would be very embarrassed to have that as my website. I would of at least cleaned up the site as well as filled in the empty spaces with something. Anyways if you would like to let them know their site should be improved, then reply to their survey on their site.
Please let SSWH know about their website by going to their site and taking their survey. I have. This is the biggest thing for them and their site is in bad shape. gltya
http://www.esportswheels.com/ir.html
Their new IR guy was supposed to get it together and so far he has failed in that attempt. Their PR's were to be coming quite often and he's failed in that attempt. May give the IR a call soon. Oh well maybe they will be bought out and we can move on. I would sell, but I've lost too much already and will hold at least until their next pr.
Man just don't understand some people who are in business.
Have a good nite.

Information concerning the meeting with SEC:
1. Mtg. was postponed until November 10 to allow more time for the SEC to review the extensive documentation provided to them.
2. Motivation for the halt is @ question
3. Meeting on the 10th will also provide a wonderful forum to discuss concerns that fall into the OTHER category
IMO... other relates to the first word mentioned in point #2.

On the Shore Gold Press Release Today
Chris said of the potential for UCSA's future; take a look at the Shore Gold press release today, November 2, 2004, regarding what they are finding on their property.
Go to: http://www.shoregold.com/news.html#
and click on November 2, 2004 press release for complete article.
Here is a quote from today's Shore Gold press release:
"Senior Vice President Exploration, George Read, states: “To date, kimberlite bulk sample processing has produced a 2,120 carat diamond parcel. The diamond parcel contains a significant proportion of large stones and an abundance of white diamonds, which will contribute favourably to the average value ultimately determined for the bulk sample diamond parcel. Among the most recent batches processed we have recovered two stones of particularly high value: 1) the 19.68 carat off white, fragment of a considerably larger stone, recovered from Batch 40. The fresh breakage surface suggests that this stone was broken during underground mining activities; and 2) the 4.77 carat white, flawless octahedron recovered from Batch 38B. These stones confirm the presence of large, high value diamonds in the Star Kimberlite. Photographs of these two diamonds will be available this week on the Shore Gold website: www.shoregold.com."
[End of quoted article]
I believe the above information will help to answer some basic questions.
Ciao per addesso,
CDLIC
PS. I would have liked to had more time with Chris, but due to her time constraints, what is above is all I could accomplish.
PPS. The might be the possibility of a UCSA press release regarding any developments pertaining to the SEC questions, trading halt, etc., however, this is only me reading between the lines and was NOT, I repeat, was NOT stated by Chris.
NOTE: I have modified my post and removed the part referring to UCSA owning any part of Shore Gold. Therefore, in the replies below, one will read about this; just ignore it until it can be either verified or disproved. Sorry!
SSWH really needs to get their website up to par and fast! Their pr guy is supposed to have this under control, sad that it is not. This is our opportune to kick some azz and they need to be on top of it. gltya!

Gump90 that is a good post on Shore's diamonds. I really like that 19 carat baby in "set 16". Puuurrrrty!
Investorcg: Or this could the best game played yet on "hide the weiny". You know give the competition so much bullcrap that they don't know which way CMKX will actually be mining these claims and what is really on those surveys. glty
Investorcg:
If this is true, then I was afraid this would of happened. This could be a big mistake or is it not?
I myself have already thought of putting a body there for such a long time and I hope Urban had too. Now why would 1 co. be there all this time and not us? I know for a fact they could of put Topo (ha) there 3 weeks ago if they were was a chance we would lose it, now comes this question. Was the claims extememly low grade? Once again we shall wait and see. Narvo

Kensington Resources Ltd.: Joint Venture Management Team Develops Plan to Advance the Fort a La Corne Project
VICTORIA, British Columbia--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Nov. 1, 2004--Kensington Resources Ltd. (TSX VENTURE: KRT) (the "Company") announces that after two full days of meetings, symbolically held in Saskatoon, the Fort a la Corne joint venture partners have developed an aggressive action plan for an advanced exploration and evaluation phase for the Fort a la Corne diamond project in central Saskatchewan. This plan, which will advance the project to pre-feasibility within a three-year time frame, has been formulated with a conscious forward-looking perspective to be time and cost efficient over the global project development period.
Although the major emphasis of the plan focuses on increasing the confidence and size of the resource estimate, it also includes, at a conceptual level, tasks specifically related to environmental and geotechnical issues, mining methods, metallurgical and waste management, infrastructure, socio-economic and governmental liaison as well as first order estimates of capital and operating costs.
The action plan envisages a quantum shift in strategy going forward and signals a move from a geology driven to a project driven approach with upcoming budgets substantially larger than those to date.
"The overall commitment of the partners to endorse the planning process and aggressively advance towards a possible production decision is most encouraging," stated Robert A. McCallum, President and CEO. "In essence, we have now reached a major turning point where we are using 15 years of earlier exploration work and $30 million spent to date as a solid foundation to move up to the next level."
A joint project team, drawing on the strengths of each of the partners, has been formed and individual tasks have been assigned. The next meeting, scheduled for two days around the end of November, will focus on defining each of the identified tasks in more detail and in preparing budgets for the three-year period. Kensington personnel will play a substantive role in the integrated team that will plan and execute the defined tasks over the next three years.
Using the expertise of proven management and world-class, experienced technical advisors, Kensington Resources Ltd. is actively involved in confirming the economic potential of this diamond project and moving the project forward to a development decision as rapidly as possible. The Fort a la Corne Diamond Project is a joint venture among Kensington Resources Ltd. (42.25%), De Beers Canada Exploration Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of De Beers (42.25%), Cameco Corporation (5.5%) and UEM Inc. (carried 10%). The 71+ kimberlite bodies of the Fort a la Corne Field form one of the largest diamondiferous clusters in the world.
