I just find it odd that they would raise it without explanation, and suddenly we get 100 million shares dumped at closing. Could be a shareholder expecting an update before end of day, but I don't know.
I'm curious if the guy will reply at all. How stupid does someone have to be to do all that work with reports and name changes to dump into 1's? This is next level stupidity, and I don't think the board was prepared for it.
My most recent email to Robert:
50 million shares dumped today. No explanation for the massive increase in shares. Clearly distraught over the shareholders hard earned money being wasted, right? Stay classy, Robert.
But if that is the case then why dump 50 million shares on day one at 0001? These guys are idiots; no wonder Rob hasn't replied to my recent emails.
No word from him since I sent in your request.
And no explanation as to why
They are silent, and I have tried contacted them. Thanks for the tip though.
I'd say 290 shares traded once per weeks isn't mean the company is alive and well . The company is dead and so is MDIN who "bought" ANAS's products. If I had a thousandth of a cent for every time someone claimed this was alive and well, I'd have more money than ANAS from that statement alone.
Brand new information!!!
Oh, wait, that's still the same report from 9 months ago. Doesn't answer any questions I've asked concerning the ANAS stock. "Company" went silent, and can't even sell shares because nobody cares.
I don't see that in the trades.
Couple of hits at close. At least we closed at 0003 this time.
Up 200% for the day. Too bad that day didn't start at 0003 instead of 0001.
Shares have to be traded for there to be any shorting. ANAS hasn't traded shares in days and when it did trade it was only a couple hundred. Nobody is shorting this PoS stock. A short squeeze is a fairy tale concerning ANAS.
I know. From 3 to 1 on 25cent trades. BS
Any proof that ANAS is still operating other than a vague 9 month old report?
After all, that was the last bit of info anyone has heard from whomever is in charge of the imaginary business restructuring.
Who the hell is painting this down with 2500 share sells?
Monday. I waited to post it until I replied to him. Unfortunately, I am busy training my new assistant manager/executive chef so I've been busy.
The most recent email I received from Rosinski:
I have had numerous interactions with Neil Goulden and I will confirm that it would not be in company's or the shareholder's best interest to enter into a merger with Greenline.
However we are still working on completing a merger, as there was more than one entity in the merger. Should this come together in this streamlined version, I believe it will be a better situation. I can not provide a definitive time line on the merger. As with any business transaction there are numerous variables that can make or break a deal. We are working diligently to put it together and continue to push forward.
I hope this helps,
Regards
Ah yes, the ever popular and supremely vague quote from the ANAS report. That does not answer a single question I raised:
1) How much did they get from MDIN for their imaginary products?
2) what imaginary products did the retain?
3) where can I get these imaginary products? Can I pay with imaginary money?
4) who is charge of ANAS now?
None of that information is available to potential investors in the PoS stock.
Let's not forget the $0 in sales and revenue. That's the key to this shell that can't even sell shares anymore. Restructuring... More like vacating.
How much revenue did ANAS get from the sale of imaginary products? Who is in charge? What products are left for ANAS?
None of those questions can be answered by anyone.
Oh wait, a quote from the September report says they sold something for some kind of amount to another company but kept some vitamin products (which they never mentioned selling vitamins).
Glad I could clear that up for anyone thinking of buying this crap. Looking good today, -double digit percentages. ANAS!
Restructuring as in sending their "products" to MDIN and leaving this a shell without products. $0 in sales for ANAS.
ANAS
I see. I emailed Robert several times but only received a response to the first email. I asked about the merger in the second email and he didn't reply.
Is there anything in the emails worth reporting to the authorities that most likely won't do anything?
I didn't mean anything by it. Basically asking if that info was the last straw and the reason you decided you were done with these clowns. No offense was intended.
Before or after you sold? 2.5 billion floats isn't too terrible, but maybe that is because I've been in some that ended up being at 25 billion when the CEO needed a new Mercedes.
How did you verify that?
Couple of 1cent paints. Ridiculous
$20 spent plus $14-18 in fees. Someone is committing. Lol
Yeah, Rib hasn't replied to my last 2 emails. I'm not the type to say "hope it's because they are very busy". More often than not in penny stocks they're just disregarding them.
Cool. Good thing we haven't seen that quote from 7 months ago before. Thanks for the brand new ANAS information!
I've yet to see a link where I can buy the vitamins they're selling. Obviously, they're very much alive when you look at the $0 in product sales. They can't even sell their stock now due to lack of volume and interest. Those are the facts not an opinion of a company "very much alive".
ANAS
I got a pm from you about Goulden, but nothing about an address?
Not a problem. I'm not sold on them yet, but I will wait to see what happens. I've held worse stocks than this and his reply was very professional and without typos which isn't typical of the scam CEO's.
Someone bought $9.20 worth of stock, so if they used Etrade they are working already down $9.40 on their investment. If they used scottrade, they're only down $4.60, so I guess there is that. Seems like a good investment strategy to start off in the negative by purchasing a stock that can barely trade the cost of trading fees. Go ANAS, another 200 years of this kind of volume and they'll have traded the float while still not having any products.
Interesting
Thank you for reaching out.
Each day I get numerous emails from share holders looking for information and some just venting about the lack of performance of the stock. I am very sensitive to these concerns especially when it affects an individual who uses thier hard earned money to buy stock in the company. With that being said, We have a lot planned for the company and I feel we will accomplish what we set out to do, otherwise I never would have taken on this roll. To address your comment on ticker change, We have been working diligently to finalize the necessary requirements for symbol change which should be in affect soon. Chris keep in mind there are always obstacles to overcome when putting business transactions together and that requires additional time. I am very confident with the experience and expertise of the individuals working on our team. We are all focused on doing what is necessary to allow the company to be successful which will translate into a healthy stock.
Thank you for caring enough to reach out.
And my response:
I'm sure you get plenty of emails and not all of them are pleasant. I also know about requirements having to go through a multi million construction project at my account while trying to get permitted at the same time, and that has been going on for 6 months. Stuff happens that will through a kink in plans, but I keep people informed on timelines as they change and what they can look forward to. That's what we are asking for, and you've got to understand that some of us were from AMEL days who were left hanging without any kind of updates. Then it switched to IENG and no updates until the recent filings. I averaged down once things started getting active with Patten, but it's been disheartening seeing good news like 2 million dollars contracts and nothing following that including the merger and ticker change.
I didn't realize I put through instead of throw. Guess that's why you should email and while driving in the thunderstorm.
Nah, just the email approach today. It's been a long day at work trying to get my account permitted. If they picked up, i'd probably end up threatening to fly wherever they're at and beat the merger out of them. I've got plenty of vacation days to be able to.
Probably won't get an answer to my email, but they have made statements that can be lawsuit material. Time to put up or butt up in prison.
Robert,
Your investors would sure love to know what's going on with the company.
Almost a month ago there was a statement about a ticker change, and nothing has happened. It does not take that long to get it changed. A merger had been mentioned before as well, yet we have received no updates on that either. We have seen IENG catch up on previous reports, but every time it looks as if our investment might be about to pay off- after months/years- there is no follow through.
Also, a couple weeks ago there was a day of over 100 hundred million shares traded and yet the stock finished in the red because someone was dumping shares. Was that the company?
It's time to get things done because statements have been made and/or filed publicly, but nothing has happened with several of them. I'm sure you know that those issues can lead to lawsuits so someone should clear the air for investors.
Thank you,
X
It is. Thank you
Who posted the email and phone number of the prick in charge?
Anas is killing it today. Down 23%! Looks like interest is picking up.
I'm sure someone will buy them whether the idiots get their crap together or not.
