I wonder if early season tax-loss selling is what dropped us back to the beginning (a dime)? Now, we're just feeling the natural rebound?
Well, this is getting kind of interesting...
Lol. I wouldn't be upset if it did.
Gotion is key.
People can say scam, Chinese reverse merger, etc. Can't really vette the company no matter how pretty their website is (has become). But we don't need to. Gotion already did it for us. Think the 4th largest Chinese battery maker, a publicly traded one at that ($6B USD market cap), is messing around here?
This is why CIWM is effectively a start-up.
Translation highlights risks of a start-up. CIWM was founded in 2022 but Huazhu Green Building Tech, where all our tech IP derives, was established in 2010. They've done the work before but at smaller scales. No guarantees they'll be efficient at larger / commercial scale. That said, 20-tons per hour sounds fairly large scale. Based on the image, "connected in parallel" seems to be 3 lines vs 1 line, i.e., imputing 60-tons per hour is large / commercial scale.
Translation below:
"At present, small mass production equipment that can process 20 tons per hour has been successfully developed. Multiple sets of small equipment can be connected in parallel for large-scale production.
At the same time, the company's research and development of large-scale production equipment is also in progress."
If the Chengdu Promotion Conference stages looks familiar, it should. That's where the signing ceremony (September 27, 2023) between CIWM and the Yichun government took place. The government-owned link follows: https://www.yichun.gov.cn/ycsrmzf/zwyw/202309/771a1dd419334c6c8d065206a3c4172d.shtml
Top Image on the link page contains image of Huang Zhangxi, Chairman of Jiangxi Guoxuan New Energy Technology Co., Ltd. (sub of Gotion Battery / $40B USD market cap), and he's standing right next to the government head honcho.
Bottom image on the link page shows our illustrious leader Deng Funan, don't call him Dung, signing the fat government contract.
Image below that is basically the same image but taken by a CIWM employee in the crowd. It is on CIWM's website.

New article on CIWM's website.
Chengdu Promotion Conference. One provincial capital's government (Yichun) inviting another provincial capital's government (Chengdu) to come and talk about lithium mining and its environmental impact. Yichun is where our big 9M-ton lithium recycling project is located.
Wiki info below:
Yichun is a mountainous prefecture-level city in the western/northwestern Jiangxi Province, China.
Yichun literally means "pleasant spring".
Yichun is also the birthplace of a number of literary figures, such as Tao Yuanming and Deng Gu, both of whom are famous poets in China history.
Chengdu is the capital city of the Sichuan Province.
With a population of 20,937,757 at the 2020 Census, it is the fourth most populous city in China, as well as being one of the nine national central cities of China.
$ASKH, these numbers look really big on this one https://t.co/R7JW4rmZbt

We have a painter amongst us and it wasn't me today.
Feels like their is more left but who knows.
I'm sitting on a 50% gain right here. #MadeInTheShade
Have you seen what's tonight's game is? Patsies and the Steelers. Bleck. But I did hear Rayne is religious about his body grooming etiquette.
LMFAO! You must be related to my wife. That's why I hate you. :-P
BIDs ready If it breaks below resistance at $0.06.
Buy high, sell low, but if you do it fast it hurts less.
Isn't it more likely they bought those shares at 10 or 12 or 14 and are realizing it's better to get out quick, cut their losses, rather than to be stuck here years like us losers? ;-P
August 10th was when the "30-day merger" was announced. More than 30 days after that, the audit was announced.
Takes time to do an audit and prepare an S-1. 6 months after August 10th is February 10th, 30 days after that is March 11th-ish.
That's why in my mind I've always targeted late Q1 as to when that filing should happen.
A "seasoned" company with management experienced in navigating the uplisting process would get it done quicker but we're $ASKH.
$ASKH doesn't yet have anyone on board with the skillset to operate/navigate a publicly-traded company.
But there is way too much $$$ on the table to not get there, which is why we will.
How many flippers from last couple weeks are getting itchy triggers?
Until the S-1, which is the raison d'être.
And no one will believe until the S-1, accompanied with audit, is filed.
The late-breaking audit is because we're uplisting to the big show.
In the S-1, they tend to leave the "share price of shares sold" blank until uplist day.
It's sometimes hard to tell if the company is selling it's soul and cashing out or going-the-distance.
If the tech works, we're have significant Unicorn potential.
The flip side.
Kanye said, "I ain't saying she's a gold digger but she ain't messing with no broke nik-niks."
1. Start-Up Risk
Gotion has done the vetting for us. These multi-billion dollar companies aren't hanging out with CIWM because of Deng's sterling personality. They are gold diggers!
They wouldn't be partnering with CIWM if they didn't think their tech worked / has great promise.
2. Financing / Dilution Risk
I had a strong disdain for our furniture company but now I really like them because our interests are aligned.
They had $20M in revs last year. They didn't give that (their company) away to be diluted into oblivion.
It's one thing to dilute the stupid American retail investor. It's another to dilute a Chinese company within the conglomerate.
They'll have a seat at the bargaining table.
One could poo-poo that this is not a real company but the same was said of CIWM.
Halo Effect would suggest if CIWM is real then so to is the furniture company.
Plus, it would be stupid to tie a scam with a potential unicorn. 2/2
How do we get fooked here?
Eliminating huge macro-economic risks such as WW3 or another trade war with China, I see 2 (primary) risks here.
1. We're (kind of) a start-up and the tech is not as effective as hoped.
2A. Significant initial start-up costs.
2B. Dilution financing.
Biggest risk is the risk of any start-up (90% fail long-term). CIWM was founded in 2022. Huazhu was founded in 2010. While CIWM isn’t a "start-up start-up" (perhaps a spinoff?, a new venture? is a better descriptor), it’s still basically a start-up.
They are taking a big swing with the initial 4 projects: 2 are industrial solid waste treatments and two are mineral recycling projects. 2 solid waste treatments are lithium and coal and 2 mineral recycling projects are ultra-pure quartz and gold. A wide range and variety to prove the tech works in all (or majority) of mining / recycling situations. There can be no guarantee of success.
The 2nd biggest risk is the high start-up costs. Those initial costs are going to be financed by a 30%/70% blend of equity and debt. Initially seeking $60M in equity that imputes $200M in start-up costs. They found $100M in equity financing from Captain America (Chris Evans), which imputes a total of $333M in capital start-up costs ($100M equity & $233M debt with the same 30/70 ratio).
We basically have a market cap of $8M. The peeps bringing $100M to the table are going to be richly rewarded, i.e., dilution, if this Unicorn flies. 1/2
I think TF just made a million dollars on Twitter. LOLOLOL!!!
My theory is we'll float between $0.08 and $0.10 for the next several weeks. The new normal being twice our old normal of $0.04 and $0.05.
Once the audit is complete and the filings are out (late Q1ish 2024?), we'll see how much equity an $100M investment brings our new financiers.
Dallas will need lots of luck to get to the SB.
But so will everyone else.
I think only one team can be labeled as "dominant" this year and they reside in San Fran. This is the same team that lost 3 games in a row, only scoring 17 points per game, when their QB hit the "rookie wall". As is, they probably don't get the 1 seed and will have to travel on the road. But this is why they play the games...
Looks like your buddy sold and cleared out finally. ASK back at $0.12.
Current NFL MVP Odds:
Rayne Dakota Prescott
Brock Purdy
Jalen Hurts
He ain't your father's Tim Tebow. That said, if Rayne were a stock, it'd be "SELL MORTIMER! SELL!!"
Big Game Next Week. Tight Sphincter Time.
Philly's got flaws. But does Dak have clutch cargo. Tune in next week!
In the coming weeks, new investors are never going to appreciate the struggles we had to go through with the booty website. They've transformed it from a caterpillar to a beautiful butterfly.
If ne loses in the NFC Championship game, he won't get a dime over $55M / yr.
I don't have L2 up. Is that 118K ASK still out there? If so, what price?
So... did you sell 100K shares this afternoon?
Rock beats Scissors, Scissors beat Paper, and San Fran always whips dem Cowboys a$$.
Best thing about a top loaded NFC and Dallas pulling down the 5 seed (most likely) outcome.
Come playoff time, Dallas will play the Sisters of the Poor that eventually wins the NFC South.
Power Protect playoff format and no upsets, 1 seed will play 5 seed, i.e., Dallas goes to Philly.
Then you just have to hope Detroit beats San Fran. That's your path to the SB.
Dallas is more than competitive with Philly but San Fran is your kryptonite.
Dak presser they asked him what's changed since the San Fran game. Got his a$$ kicked and took time to reflect. Since then, he's 20 TDs to 2 INTs. Said he decided to start using his legs more, to extend plays. I find this strange since he once ran for 1K yards in a college season. People have been calling for over a year, myself included, for him to run. Now, he's running and is squarely in the MVP convo. No idea why his coaches or himself didn't have this obvious epiphany earlier.
TE Ferguson looks to be a hoss. Players developing rapidly mid-year is a hallmark of teams... how do you say this w/o jinxing?... but teams that do well in the playoffs.
Clock Mismanagement McCarthy strikes again. He's such a moron. But your Boys got the win and that's all that matters. Now, if San Fran can do the entire NFL a favor and beat the $hit out of Philly, Dallas still has a decent chance to catch Philly.
Urine luck. Golden Rayne is raining all over you.
Yet.
Dallas's D is getting beat like a red-headed step child. Haven't allowed 20 points at home all year and allow 21 at half, as well as an 2nd half-opening TD, too.
Defense is getting reamed at half. Dallas doesn't punt in 1st half and are trailing 21-20. No turnovers either. Just lots and lots of penalties.
Over the next 11 days...
...Rayne Dakota Prescott has the chance to put his foot on Jalen Hurts neck and wrestle away both the division lead & MVP.
Starts with a win tonight. A San Fran win in Philly. San Fran is 3-point favorite. And Rayne taking down the Eagles next Sunday in Dallas.
My $$$ is on Rayne spitting the bit tonight. Lol.
