My guess is a deal will be made before trial ... they all face many many many years in prison Some of the accounts carry a 10 year. They are just stretching it out as long as they can before making the deal and being sentenced

I do think they are out of excuses for delaying the trial and this will be the year

I am hoping Charles goes before the court tomorrow morning with a deal worked out and this will soon be in the rear view mirror like the 2 lawsuits this year

Reading the report. Do I understand this right. Are we suing a credit card company that is trying to keep $650k of money that is ours plus damages? This was filed this year in April so it has a way to go

T1 Payments has filed a motion to dismiss that has not yet been heard by the Court and the litigation remains in its early stages.
