eelfland: If you are "keeping it real" why are you not questioning the massive potential dilution from the preferred shares and the 50,000,000 bonus shares for management?
I have my money betting on great earnings & very little dilution.
The worst would be if they don't report at all.
Not getting mine either. Cargo, change my share balance to 200,000 from my earlier post of 175,000.
We are finally getting some volume.
You might want to correct the conversion date, in your post, from 2103 to 2013.
Yep, you were right. Thanks.
That is a good sign by ETRD.
You are correct in each of your statements. I was too late to correct my post to "received options" rather than bought. Thanks for the clarification.
The fact that they bought @ 0.026 and it is currently trading around 0.056 may look unusual but it was actually trading around 0.026 when they bought-in. This is good news for COPI. If the price doesn't skyrocket this morning I will also be buying more today.
I replied to another's post and decided to post directly to you. 175,000 shares and expect to add more Tuesday.
I still have my 175,000 shares of COPI.
Cargo: I was fooled by a free after-hours site when I saw trading. It was during the 20 minutes after 4 PM yesterday.
After hours appears to be trading steady at 0.06 today.
Good string of buys at the end-of-day.
Transporter: I agree, looks like a bear trap.
Let me know when we reach CAPITULATION on COPI. (I am still buying.)
This drop in PPS should create greater volume. When the greater volume begins the PPS may rise quickly. (I HOPE)
0.07 about to be gone.
Nice DD 2 dogs. Thanks.
Cargo_Hauler: Thanks for the clarification. I hope you are correct on the preferred shares, and that they are actually bought back. That would send a very strong message to the investing public.
fivestar: The 8k doesn't tell us when such shares are tradable. It appears that they may become tradeable after June 2008. (That is a guess based upon a minimum of a 6-month restriction period.)
fivestar: Do you know how long the shares are restricted for IRG or any of the preferreds?
extra: If there was toxic financing why would the attorneys, that were owed money, accept shares at current market value, around the time of settlement, and risk the toxins of which you speak? If they held their shares, now for over 1 month, they have more than tripppled their value. They settled for 2,500,000 shares, at a value per share of about $0.02145 before 12/31/07. The value 12/31/07 was around $0.025 per share. The value at closing Friday was $0.069 per share. I would like to know the date the attorneys recevied the 2,500,000 shares. It appears to be after 09/30/07.
Moving up is as easy as moving down. (Makes you wonder.)
They certainly have the right to sell. It appears to me to be the wish of the MMs. (My evil thoughts.)
I think the MMs tricks are working, as some small sells are going through.
It looks like buys are going through at 0.067.
It seems peculiar that the MMs are pushing the price down and letting us buy cheaper each day. I don't see why we would have sellers with the expectation of good news coming. Perhaps this is like a handle of a cup that didn't form and we will bounce up soon.
If you have dry power, 0.067 is not a bad buying point. IMO
Good size buy of 125,000 moved them up.
Now it looks like NITE is tired of waiting and is beginning to move North.
Where's the 0.085 I predicted for yesterday? I guess the MMs allowed me to buy additional shares today before the big run. Thanks, I took advantage of the opportunity.
No we don't sit & wait. We watch NITE & AUTO slowly walk it down. It appears that some want the price down.
Good luck with the weather.
Good analysis & post. Thanks.
Good guess.
I agree. Whoever wins gets nothing but an increase in our share price.
