I know that FB had been buying cos,, have they announced any public buyouts yet? Seems so far they only tell about the private COs,, I'll tell ya one thing,, I can't wait until this comes to an end, investing is not as fun as trading, my trading is so far down I'm going to loose my etrade pro status,, lol.

1. Delta between current PPS and 52 Week high PPS of 1000% or greater
2. Within 25% of maxed A/S with low probablity of dilution 3. Quality management team and BOD per previous track record
4. Less than 20% debt to revenue and a management team with no track record of bailouts or bankruptcy
5. Must be listed on the OTC boards, not Pinksheets and has no record of paid promotions
