Bottom line for me is:

- Very professional report. Informative and clear and seems to hit all the accounting requirements as far as disclosure, etc.

- Seems that the company is trying to grow cautiously and prudently, sticking to their core business at a pace that is realistic.

- Compensation to officers and others in shares seems more than reasonable. They will get rich when we do, not at our expense.

- Seems that they borrowed only what was needed to keep the business going. A very good sign that they understand that debt is not great.

What the 29 million is NOT is some unidentified offshore investment that we should all be waiting for details on.

It's an accounting thing and a potential benefit going forward. End of story.

That's just leftover garbage from the prior company. Not sure if this will ever go away from an accounting perspective until GRCU accumulates 29 million in profits.

I think the merging of CCI into GRCU is pure speculation at this point. IMO Calkin will do this if/when it makes sense, but not this year. (Of course I am speculating too).

What concerns me more is your point about Calkin splitting his time. He has a lot going on all over the place, and GRCU doesn't seem to be his current focus, but more of a sideline. He likes to say "I'm the CEO of a public company." But usually when he says that, he's sitting at some entity's event or being interviewed about some other venture. GRCU seems like an afterthought.

I can see him being cautious and not wanting to give up what he has already accomplished in other areas. But a public company needs a true full-time CEO to move us forward.
