Disagree dia; example ONTY as Merck Kgaa took over the P3 after the P2 trial. The P3 ultimately failed tho...

This is not to say that this is how it will go down with PPHM, but I would think a partner would want to be involved from trial design to completion. This is what PPHM was shooting for before the labeling "mix-up" in the 2nd line trial.
