Again stock closed a little bit higher, than the previous day.
It is really very nice, when we are positive on the future of the stock. I'm confident, that someday they make a better performance than the predessor company.
The skin lotion was ready for shipment to shareholders on request as a sample.
The hold 'em phase hopefully does not last for ever.
Yes, an outlook like this was somehow promised, but that's a long time ago.
When they decide to become a company reporting to SEC, than ít would seems to me, they have managed a further important step ahead in their future. Probably then we also see that this company will get uplisted.
Not only here, patience is also important elsewhere.
Yes, the fairs will make Bayport more public, too.
Time will tell, what the company will produce and what impacr it will have on shareholder value. They are still small.
Impressive might also be a raise in pps.
More details on a positive future outlook will be helpful for the pps level, of course.
Hopefully we see a positive end of the week.
If a successful jv can be estabilished, we will hear respective news from all of those jv partners, accordingly.
Let's hope and see, what Bayport keeps for us in mind.
Right, when the oil- and gas exploring industry meets, than that's often a place to make new deals and contracts.
Yes, Banksy, your postings are very good and you do a good service to shareholders here.
The joint venture hopefully will pay out for them!
Probably there were already enough buyers for their shares.
Sounds really nice. Good luck
Yes, this might be one of the examplations. The other is, that smart money is already invested here, and is still holding. One of the indicators is, that pps is not further declining to levels at 0.00001 .
Than it is the right place for the stock at the pinky, pinky board.
Well, we have not much volume in the latest days. Does that depend also on moving of the trading hours for one hour ahead?
That's right, and I can understand you very well. I'm not getting you wrong.
Probably much below 1 %, I would think 0.0001%. The more common way of a stock is Dow, down to Nasdaq, down to OTC, down to pinkish rubish.
I remember those times, where you where more positive minded on the stock. But I can understand this, and indeed it is very frustrating.
Let's say about 70%.
Yes you're right. It is Nov. '14, not the year '13.
(Sorry, I can't answer as a private reply right now.)
It has nothing to do with the OTC market itself, IMO.
Bankys mentioned it, but I guess, that the restriction to some shares was associated with another class of shares. We have to look at the company report from last year, ending Sept. 30, but published in Nov. '13.
Yes, as always, but still be positive minded.
Restriction of shares is normally associated with a special right, wich was used to acquire the shares. For example, employees can acquire company shares, which are restricted for trading for one year after acquiring, because the employee has acquired them through a shareholder programm, issued at a reduced or special price, sometimes as part as bonus to the normal monthly paycheck.
Maybe they are waiting for a recovery of the oil price above a certain level. Below the current oil price it might happen, that they are not profitabel, and thus they wait with further working on the exploration.
Of course I hope for them, and also shareholders, that they can be profitable soon. The sooner, the better for the pps here.
Was that published in the company report, too?
Yes, and the audit should be done, too.
That's right, but it can not seen exactely what shares from the 230 million (according to numbers given at the company profile on stochmarkets) are the outstanding, but restricted ones.
The close for today was the continuation of a slight upward trend. I hope that this continue. With respect of the outlook, this trend is justified.
The JV is probably constructed in that way, that both partners have some advantage from. Bayport is the owner of oil wells and can deliver the required quantities, and their partner have the ability to distribute it to the markets.
Yes, the Anderson Center is very active in conducting thoses studies. They have a lot of experience. I think that the results should meet these criteria, which a drug like tesetaxel should have to be useful tool in Cancer treatment. I of course think that tesetaxel meet the criteria. Former drug action profile is good.
Maybe they convert them to shares, since the old stock will be invalid? I still hope of course, that old shareholders get a little return for what they have lost. But this depends mainly on the trustees and the court decision.
I tried to find the GNTA ticker, but the stock is not tradeable.
