Some WDDD traders are great traders, and buy and sell based on the charts and level II and such, and some aren't great traders, and have to use fear tactics to get people to sell so they can accomplish their goals. One guy has integrity and skill, and the other has no integrity and no skill.
Ummmmmm, since when does a defendant ever say they are guilty in a civil trial???
What happened to you Rain, you used to be a good guy a couple of years ago? I hope you enjoy the money you steal from others using fear, You reap what you sow!
Those are not the facts! The PP Date of First Sale was 12-05-12, the filing came out 2-14-13, that's a 3 month window, some shares will become available before Markman and some will become available after markman. Plus you keep saying 10c per share without any proof, please post proof that it was at 10c! You also keep posting 10MM 10c shares when you know very well the PP was for $302,000, which if 10c were correct, would be about 3MM shares, not 10MM.

You completely missed my point. My point being that the market already heard about the win, already heard about the $30MM and 3.5%, and already moved on for the most part. Go back to Nov 6th, all the major news outlets already covered the story. Those left waiting for the fine print might be missing the bigger picture. Check out the stocks volume post-trial, tells the story. As I already stated, there are 2 wild cards left though, hopefully one hits.IMO

I agree that this isn't a one trick pony stock, but most of the posts are only talking about the Google lawsuit, sounds like most will be selling into the judges ruling. I'm sure every lawsuit that we can follow into the markman, trial, and jury verdict will cause the stock to rip and dip, making this a great stock for traders, I'm just not so sure that the judges final verdict on the Google trial will be the explosion everyone is expecting, unless of course he goes over the 3.5% RR.
Here's something that worries me, the market already found out Vringo won, this isn't new news. It's already been reported that Vringo won $30MM+ 3.5% RR. Most here already know about the 3.5%. The judge even told Google that they gave him and the jury no alternative but to go with Vringo's expert's number. If everyone already knows, why will there be a pop in the price when the judge makes it final? The judge has already made it very clear multiple times that he would not reverse his laches ruling, so that really only leaves a possible of 2 surprises left, one being that he fixes the jury's mistake on past damages or orders a new 1 day trial for that, and two, that the judge ups the RR higher than 3.5%. I think it's going to take the judge doing at least one of those two possibilities to make the stock really move, because if he lets the past damages stand and only gives 3.5% I don't think anyone will be too excited, as that info is very old info at this time, and most of the market has left the building already based on that info. Maybe we are looking at this too closely and missing the big picture, hoping that the technicality of the judge not giving his final ruling is what's really holding up this train, but in truth, maybe as far as most of the market cares, the train has already left and had it's day. We're really going to need a higher RR than 3.5% to shock and awe people, IMO.
Nice DD Smitter!

Markman Hearing Date Set in Worlds Inc. vs. Activision Blizzard, Inc., Blizzard Entertainment, Inc. and Activision Publishing...

Worlds (OTCBB:WDDD)
Historical Stock Chart
6 Months : From Sep 2012 to Mar 2013
U.S. District Judge Denise J. Casper has established a schedule for upcoming hearings and other case deadlines in Worlds Inc. (OTCBB: WDDD) vs. Activision Blizzard, Inc., Blizzard Entertainment, Inc. and Activision Publishing, Inc. (Activision Blizzard, Inc. et al) in Civil Action No, 1:12-CV-10576(DJC), a patent infringement lawsuit filed by Worlds Inc. on March 30, 2012 in the United States District Court for the District of Massachusetts. The patent claim construction hearing, also called a Markman hearing, is set for June 27, 2013, at which time the judge will be asked to issue rulings regarding the language and interpretation of the Worlds patents at issue in the case. Markman hearings are considered a critical event in a patent lawsuit. The Markman ruling will define the property rights for the technologies that Worlds has invented and has the right to exclusively practice. The court's Markman hearing decisions will drive and inform many aspects of the litigation.
"We are committed to protecting our patented innovations and are pleased to have established the scheduling dates for moving forward in the enforcement of our patents," stated Thom Kidrin, Chairman and CEO of Worlds Inc. "We look forward to showing the court and jury how Activision Blizzard, Inc., Blizzard Entertainment, Inc. and Activision Publishing, Inc. have infringed upon our technology innovations despite the legal patent protections that we have expended a great deal of time and capital to secure. This firm timeline means that we will get our day in court."
Worlds Inc. brought this action because past and current products of Activision Blizzard, Inc. et al infringe several Worlds patents related to computer architecture for three-dimensional graphical multi-user interactive virtual world systems, which represent a body of intellectual property that Worlds pioneered in 1994. Worlds' lawsuit seeks monetary damages from Activision Blizzard, Inc. et al as well as a permanent injunction barring the manufacture and sale of Blizzard Entertainment, Inc. and Activision Publishing, Inc. infringing devices. Additionally, the complaint accuses Blizzard Entertainment, Inc. and Activision Publishing, Inc. of willfully infringing and seeks an award of exemplary damages, attorneys' fees and related court costs.
Max L Tribble, lead counsel of Susman Godfrey L.L.P, will be lead counsel for Worlds in the suit. Tribble has an extensive track record of patent infringement lawsuit wins and settlements for plaintiffs in lawsuits against large corporations, including: Paltalk v. Microsoft; Mass Engineered Design v. Ergotron & Dell, et al; Sky Technologies v. Oracle; and Sky Technologies v. IBM.
Worlds Inc. owns US Patents 6,219,045; 7,181,690; 7,493,558; 7,945,856; 8,082,501; 8,145,998 & 8,161,385, titled "System and Method for Enabling Users to Interact in a Virtual Space." These patents relate to computer architecture for three-dimensional graphical multi-user interactive virtual world systems. Such systems are utilized in Massive Multi-Player Online Games (MMORPG).
More information on the case and patents can be found on the Worlds Inc. website at http://www.Worlds.com.

Question: What is your company's monthly cash burn ?
TK: About $20K to $25K per month and with last Thursday's filing whereby we raised $302K, we have enough cash for the next twelve months based upon the high end of our capex needs.

WDDD - A Conversation With CEO Thomas Kidrin

Great job guys, only had a 1 day pullback, ready for the next leg up!
It's all guesses obviously, but I'm thinking we are in a pre-markman move to a $1 and quick, and then it's going to be all over the place for a couple of months. $1 seems obvious here, so why sell under that, makes no sense, that's why most are holding. After $1, well there is lots to speculate about, is it worth $1,$2,$3,$4,$5, no one knows for sure, but most of us feel pretty confident that it's worth at least $1. Vringo had lots and lots of big money individual investors come in, those same investors have heard about WDDD if they are on any message boards. I'm sure most did not think WDDD would start to move up this early in the game, as there has not been much press about it. Once it became clear that the float was getting locked up and the stock left the 20-30c bouncing range, people that wanted to get a substantial amount of shares had their hands forced, and had to start buying in now.
I will also restate, yesterday we had about the same volume, and moved up 4c, today we moved up 6c with more money volume to boot, that is definitely a bullish signal that this thing isn't slowing down, but instead is actually speeding up! More money coming in every day!
Most getting in now are at least in for the markman hearing, we already know that's 4 months away. The kind of investors that don't want to be in that early are not in. I'm sure a month before markman we will see more of those impatient type investors show up as that time frame would suit their temperament better.
That's a hard call! 35c had a lot of resistance on it too, going back years, and the stock blew right through it. Everytime I've thought there was going to be a pullback it hasn't happened, people for the most part are just not selling. Plus it's really clear the MMs are fighting for shares themselves, topping each other trying to be in pole position on the bid, which will make it harder for retail to buy back in. Many have already tried to trade it and ended up buying back in at higher prices. Plus there is the fear that good news could come out at any minute, whether it's an announcement of another lawsuit, or a settlement offer from Activision.
If we get any big boys into this stock, it's going to go really crazy. Watch the filings for 5% holders, that's only about 4MM shares.
Yes, lots more than just ihub buying now.
Also something to think about, at $1 the market cap is about $80MM, there's 2 ways to justify that, either having that much in cash, which I believe these patents will easily generate, or having income, using a 20P/E $4MM in earnings per year would justify that, and once again, I think future royalties will easily generate that. At this point $1 seems justified, so buying in anywhere below that would be a smart and obvious move, and that's why all the action.IMO
With 59 patent claims over 5 patents, something is sure to stick. Plus Max and team hired patent experts to vet the patents, and then signed on after 9 months, obviously they are putting their mouths where their money is.
As a comparison, Vringo had about 15-20 patent claims over 2 patents.
No doubt Max and team are top notch!
He's cheating on us!
Hopefully the CEO goes after the money and not vendetta.
For those that don't know, Linden Lab is the maker of second life.
They are a private company, but this is what I could find:

Hopefully money is his main objective as opposed to vendetta.

I believe, though I'm no patent expert, that WDDD's patents would cover that sector also. Multiple players playing at the same time using avatars.
Today compared to yesterday
Moved 6c today compared to 4c yesterday, on about the same volume. Also total dollar volume went up.
Very Bullish indicators here, the momo is speeding up not slowing down!
WORL is a MM you can see on level II.
When I asked the CEO of WDDD about the Vringo connection he said he could not comment one way or another, but he did say he gets patent aggregating companies calling him often. FWIW
Aaaaahhhh, Google doesn't pay for patents, they steal them and then fight ya for the money, oh, and also after stealing them they take all the money they made from your patents and finance patent reform so you can't sue them for your money. Modern day pirates!
WORL is wishing he never tried playing this one, LOL, he's learned a hard lesson today!
Boy would that send a message to the MMO market! They would just start sending in checks on their own, LOL.
Remember people, according to Rainmaker, Activision settles almost all of their lawsuits, and that could come at any time. If they wait until after a positive markman hearing the price goes up and they know it.
People, if you must sell, at least sell at the ask price, that way you make more money and don't slow down the run for the rest of us. This has enough momo that you can sell at the ask.
WDDD
MMs running over each other on the bid trying to get shares, next to no one is selling making their job very difficult.
WDDD
Looks like WDDD is trying to catch up to the other 2!
WDDD Market cap 32m
VRNG market cap 240m
PRKR market cap 300m
Look at the 2 other charts 90 days before markman.
WDDD defies the law of gravity!
Big Big money moving in now!!!
