NBRI being advertised on awareness site: http://irir.co/all-network-blog-alerts/
That PR is dated 2010. The American style of writing dates can be confusing if you're not used to it (just as the non-American style is confusing to me!).
Is Lebron comming to VSHC?? <<< Nope! Money!!
News!
Visual Healthcare Corp. (the "Company") (NASDAQ OTC: VSHC) is pleased to be able to announce today that it expects revenues for the fourth quarter of fiscal 2011 to be between $1,050,000 and $1,150,000. The mid-range of the current guidance is a record high since inception and represents a substantial increase from previous quarters in 2011. Based on these figures the Company can provide further guidance regarding year end revenues for the entire year which is expected to be between $1,460,000 and $1,550,000.
Final year end results will be released on August 30th, 2011. The Company will hold a conference call to discuss 2011 financial results Wednesday, August 31st, 2011, at 11:00 AM EDT. Contact information will be provided on company website.
Company Chairman, Mr. Gerard Dab largely credits changing conditions in the American healthcare market, including new regulations, for the company performance in 2011. New products and services have been ushered in but would not have been as well received if the market had not been more receptive than ever before in the company's 12 year history.
Can't FBCD do anything on time?
A new report from an outfit called Standard Chartered is making the rounds on the biz news sites.
http://www.cnbc.com/id/43396080
"An exhaustive report by Standard Chartered predicts that gold will more than triple to $5,000 an ounce ... There are very few large gold mines set to commence operation in the next five years." (I know of two: one just commenced production and one is waiting for escrow to close in two weeks.)
[Yadda, yadda]
"Standard Chartered recommends that clients buy shares of smaller gold miners (my emphasis) to get the most upside from its prediction, but also said clients could buy physical gold and gold exchange-traded funds."
I recommend BONZ and N**I.

Who is bid whacking? Someone wants out big time. 100K @ 0067, 124K @ 0061 ...
In other words, it can be released 1 minute prior to the call and be within the rules?
I believe it has to be at the same time, not necessarily before.
Good question, trinity. This PR and the project description raise a lot more questions than they answer. Right now we need clarity, not obfuscation.
Still long BONZ . . . but wary.
Wow, this new project's description page on the website is very badly written. Is this the new guy's handiwork?
Welcome, Steven. Glad to have you here. Can you tell us a bit about yourself?
It'd be really nice to close with double digit green, especially considering the bloodbath that gold and gold futures took today. Good bid support, too.
The guy holding the pipe looks kind of like the guy holding the camera in the video of the wash plant install.
Or maybe the debtholders are dumping shares. Or maybe it's you. You seem fed up with BONZ. Maybe I'll feel the same way in 6 months if the PPS is under a penny. Who knows.
For now, I'm long on BONZ.
I just added 100K more. But my share count or your share count doesn't matter. It costs $800 to publish a PR. Have you considered that?
Do you know that is costs about $800 to put out a PR on the newswires? Would you be ok with him putting out fluff PRs at $800 a pop instead of using that money to pay for diesel? The CEO's job is not to make the PPS go up. It's his job to create value for us. That is what he is doing.
Give the guy a break for christs sake! From nothing to a running washplant in 100 days and just because he doesn't release a PR he's a slacker? Unbelieveable.
Once again, REED, you've come through! I watched all five videos twice. If this doesn't prove that BONZ is real, I don't know what will.
Yes, I should have clarified that $.04 is for what BONZ is right now. One that is a very young company but with good infrastructure in place, water, power, [don't know what the manpower situation is], and on the cusp of literally pulling gold out of the dirt. And BONZ is not DJ's first company.
I'd rather err on the too low side than make wild "to da moon" proclamations, but $.04 is where we should at least be right now.
Alas, all IMHO.
You may be surprize when you'll make more money with BONZ then NBarei some day
I'm hoping!
NB"are"I/Perry is very conservative and focused on building a gold-plated portfolio. All the while, gold is rising, pushing up the intrinsic values of all these properties and claims he has assembled. I've already made a bit of profit on NB"are"I and I'm reinvesting some of it into $BONZ.
BONZ/DJ has taken a different tack and gone headlong into the placer pit. I don't want to jinx anything, so I will just say that I am very impressed by his get `er done abilities, and I hope he is handsomely rewarded with a realistic share price.
Can you imagine the juggernaut we'd have with Perry's long-term vision and DJ's operations management?
Good luck to you (and me)!
BONZ is worth at least $.04
Another stock I'm in (NB "are" I) just opened escrow on a gold mine and that stock (also way undervalued) is on a stairway to heaven.
BONZ is a steal at this price. I've been adding all day.
Your link is wrong. The correct one is pgcinv.com (that's the domain Mr. LeClerc sent me an e-mail reply from). Nothing but a placeholder at the moment.
--FBCD long
Just so I understand where you're coming from, dumping is the same as issuing shares to finance company operations?
It could be one (or more) of the following, who have received shares:
On July 29, 2010 the Company issued 8,300,000 common shares to Gold Exploration LLC towards the $10,000 payment on the promissory note for the Global Mineral Resources Corporation mining claim acquisition note held by Gold Exploration LLC. This payment of common stock will reduce the outstanding balance with Gold Exploration LLC to $97,000 effective September 16, 2010. As of March 31, 2011, $97,000 remained outstanding.
On December 9, 2010, the Company granted 12,000,000 common shares valued at $71,200 based on their fair value quoted market price on the date of grant to Tucker Financial in satisfaction of outstanding debt.
On January 18, 2010, the Company granted 12,000,000 common shares valued at $71,200 based on their fair value quoted market price on the date of grant to Stock Loan Solutions in satisfaction of outstanding debt.
On February 14, 2010, the Company granted 12,000,000 common shares valued at $71,200 based on their fair value quoted market price on the date of grant to Tucker Financial in satisfaction of outstanding debt.
On February 18, 2010, the Company granted 17,000,000 common shares valued at $239,700 based on their fair value quoted market price on the date of grant to Tucker Financial and Pop Holding Ltd in satisfaction of outstanding debt.
In February and March 2011, the Company granted 20,000,000 common shares valued at $89,000, based on the fair value using quoted market prices on the date of grant to for consulting services rendered.
(83+M shares total)
This "He said that was or he hopes is the last of an old debt that was paid sometime back" does not allude to the company dumping today.
What evidence do you have to support your claim that it is the company doing the dumping?
OTCQB Fact Sheet: http://www.otcmarkets.com/content/doc/ps/OTCQBfactsheet.pdf
"OTCQB® is the middle tier of the OTC marketplace. OTCQB is home to almost 4,000 small and emerging companies that are current in their reporting obligations to the SEC or a U.S. banking regulator."
Go, FBCD
I just got a new "report" from Elite Stock, who are claiming this to be up to an 18-bagger and a potential takeover target. I'll pass on this one; there are plenty of junior miner pennies that are pulling gold out now and don't need to rely on paid mailers.
That's a nice vid. I could watch that all day, and I could have sworn I saw at the very end gold nuggets sitting on top of the slop in that orange bucket!
Thanks for finding and sharing that video. Go, BONZ!
That's what the line of credit from Tangiers is for: backup in case EB-5 fails.
Wrong board...
Not just gold! Company has its fingers in the silver and rare earths pies, too. IMO, NBRI is very well positioned to take advantage of increasing physical commodities demands.
Company is not even 1 year old. The ticker is five years old. Hard concept to grasp, I know.
Then why are their costs so high? Could it be related to "Several royalties exist on properties within Sutter's Lincoln Mine Project holdings. A blended rate of 4% gross royalty was applied for the PEA"?
No offense meant as indicated by the smiley ...
I think Perry's subtly telling you you need your head examined. :)
Does Sutter have PG&E on site? Ruby does.
Does Sutter have abundant water and timber? Ruby does.
Does Sutter have an exposed tunnel with gold visible and ready to be harvested? Ruby does.
I can't wait for this Summer which will mark the start of Ruby's heyday!
Smallcap Services ought to practice more diplomacy. Between Steve's response to you and Blunk's response to Tagg, they make it out to sound like we iHubbers are a hindrance to Tivus' success. I've not found a more diverse group of TIVU longs than here, where belief in this company is proven by buys on dips and holds on rises; and proactive communication with the company when warranted (i.e., lack of communication, dilution concerns).
Damn, NBRI just fell below its .09 support. Time to buy, I guess.
