It didn't take much volume to do it either, the ASK is quite thin.
All the best,
Knife
It appears the flippers don't have any shares left to sell, the Bids are waiting....
Good times ahead,
Knife
We know the stock buy back should be announced with the quarterly PR. Its possible that another co-packing agreement is on deck to be announced, if I recall correctly they were in talks with more than just VOSS and BLK.
Time will tell,
Knife
And you know that how exactly? Please tell me my share count and cost basis if you would.
More nonsense,
Knife
You are correct, longs have very little to be concerned about. The company's financials and growth are excellent while mistakes from the past such as the previous accountant are being corrected.
Buy-Hold-Retire before your old,
Knife
Nice, make them have to chase it to get back in.
All the best,
Knife
Cute MM trade game, Sold 1,235,410 shares at .0024. and same time stamp 12:54:29 bought the same number of shares back at .00241...
Getting interesting around here.
All the best,
Knife
Where did all those sellers go? Lots of Bids left to fill.
Good times ahead,
Knife
Hmm, it goes up and down...Guess it is a stock..
Knife
The VOSS and BLK agreements had no real effect on Q1 revenues. VOSS signed on March 24th so it had little impact if any, and BLK signed May 1st. Q2 numbers will benefit from a full quarter of VOSS business but will not have BLK's full impact until Q3. Simply put, Q2 and Q3 revenues will sequentially improve just based on the current agreements. Add in the company buying back shares and HIRU is an easy hold for investors.
As for todays price action keep in mind that only people following the company are aware of the earnings release and share buy back. The press release hasn't come out yet to tell the rest of the investing community. Hmm, wonder what's going to happen when that comes out.....
Buy-Hold-Retire before your old,

Yes, very happy to see the new Accountant :)
All the best,
Knife
Paid down another $600k in Liabilities, excellent.
Good times ahead,
Knife
Agreed, the weekly chart shows long term resistance levels clearly. We closed above the 20wma this week. The 200wma (not shown) is at .0036, breaking and holding above it would indicate a long term trend reversal.

It was over a penny for much of 2021 without Audited Financials, it's not hard at all to get there in my opinion.
Knife
Which gives it two more days. I expect it to be released either after the market close today or before the open on Monday. I want them to take all the time they need to make sure the numbers are correct this time and not need another amendment.
It's giving buyers a little more time to grab shares.
All the best,
Knife
It isn't due until Monday the 15th.
Knife
Yep, they couldn't get filled at .0022 so moved it up one, would be nice if they just slapped the ask but it's good to see they want the shares enough to raise their Bid.
All the best,
Knife
Agreed, I have a .0032 - .0034 price target on a breakout, it will be interesting to see what BLAS does if / when it get's there.
All the best,
Knife
Filing amendments happen all the time in all size companies, it's recognition by a company that a mistake was made and they are honest enough to correct it. Trust is an individual decision, I've made mine.
Good times ahead,
Knife
I am curious as well. They have steadily paid down debt and could easily be debt free in a few quarters if they chose to do so. Using some of the extra cash flow to buy back stock is very shareholder friendly and appreciated as well.
Q1 should be an interesting read,
All the best,
Knife
Incorrect, the Amended Annual report shows $1.7m in Loans, $2.9m in Total Liabilities.
Good times ahead,
Knife
Same old business of making money, it's a rough life.
All the best,
Knife
It's better to talk about how .0024 is almost gone.
All the best,
Knife
Chipping away at the .0024's, they won't last much longer. The Bid remains strong and we haven't even had the Quarterly and PR released yet.
Good times ahead,
Knife
It was a very solid quarterly report, I am quite pleased with it. Unfortunately I missed the conference.
All the best,
Knife
Cool, thanks.
Knife
I don't remember a lot of things, lol. Getting old. I thought she said something about talking to an auditor but nothing official released / PR'd on hiring one.
All the best,
Knife
I am expecting the Q2 numbers to be audited, doubtful on Q1. However, even confirming the hiring of an auditor will be beneficial for the share price.
All the best,
Knife
You don't find stocks this undervalued very often, I try to take advantage of them the best I can when they do appear.
All the best,
Knife
If the earnings report is solid, as is expected, and the buyback is Press Released at the same time, I am looking for a fairly quick run to the .0032 - .0034 range. Time will tell.
All the best,
Knife
There are currently twice as many shares on the Bid at .0021 than traded all day yesterday, support looks good.
Buy-Hold-Retire before your old,
Knife
A little boring but a nice low volume consolidation after yesterday. Good chance to pick up a few more shares before the Q1 numbers and PR ramp up the volume again.
Buy-Hold-Retire before your old,
Knife
Nice, good volume today. Looking forward to seeing the volume after the PR comes out :)
Buy-Hold-Retire before your old,
Knife
Welcome aboard, enjoy the ride :)
All the best,
Knife
Nice overall volume this AM, the Bid continues to remain strong as well.
Good times ahead,
Knife
Someone on the Twitter thread asked if it was per month and the answer was yes.
Nice to see buying in the pre-market.
Buy-Hold-Retire before your old,
Knife
Looking forward to the upcoming Earnings report and PR. Profitable companies can afford to buy back shares, it's nice to see a portion of their cash flow going towards it.
Buy-Hold-Retire before your old,
Knife
That's not how math works.
Knife
Not holding my breath on anything big happening but it's nice to see legislation being worked and gaining visibility again.
All the best,
Knife
It also means no one is selling their shares either, smartly holding on until they see what the earnings report says.
Good times ahead,
Knife
