Keep it in your suspense file Pilot and insert new numbers when the financials come out for 2nd quarter 2013 on or about August 15th. Folks can then look at what was, what has taken place, as in the hugh influx of revenue, and how they missed the boat by not investing in MMRF. Just a thought...Tiffer
Its agreements like this and others that are coming that will make MMRF a very successful company in my opinion..END The Agreement with VisiInc, valued at a minimum of $17 million dollars, calls for selling MMRPro with other Visi products collectively being sold as VISI MMRPro through resellers of medical products and services to healthcare professionals. The VISI MMRPro systems are part of a Visi/MMR/Via3 product bundle being sold through a syndicate of VARs. A copy of the signed Agreement is included in the Company's most recent filing with the SEC.
The VISI MMRPro system is also being sold to dentists through a major wholesaler of dental products and services, which has an estimated 24,000 dental office clients. Visi and the wholesaler have already begun the process of installing VISI MMRPro systems in several of its dental clients' offices. The Visi offering also includes external storage drives, which when connected to the VISI MMRPro system will store documents and images created in the VISI MMRPro system in the storage drives, as well as in MMRPro.
I find that all the rhetoric on the weakness of MMRF's patents does not hold water as it is FACT that the Patent Attorney Firm does not receive a single dime from MMRF's treasury but receives its money on completed licensing of MMRF's patents to perhaps thousands of different entitys they are in the process of contacting and possibly finalizing patent agreements. I will follow the money and where it is coming from before I give any validity to others dissenting opinions!..Of course just my opinion..Tiffer

Visi I believe was given worldwide EXCLUSIVE license to install and sell MMRF products in all dentist offices and they have a ton of clients and are currently installing. This company alone could make MMRF a blockbuster stock and along with what E-Mail Frequency is doing could make the MMRF a real success story! This was in a 10Q and the vendor Dave Loftus of E-Mail Frequency also released info on his signed contracts of 1.7 million and anticipated sales of embedded PHR's in employees benefit packages to 20 million employees over the next 18 months (which he was not required to do). You should really learn to do DD as me giving you this info is very redundant and time consuming. END

Until money starts showing up in MMRF's bank then this stock will continue to languish. This is all going to change when revenues start ramping up starting the first 2 quarters of 2013 and continuing to ramp up forward. I base my opinion on SIGNED contracts. JMO..Tif

Several months ago Bob Lorsch told me that his average on the shares he owns is .14 cents a share and it certainly is believable as this company would have vanished long ago without the credit line from his RHL group. He has a HUGH incentive along all his employees not to mention Dave Loftus and his investments on making this company successful.
I would say that with Bob Lorsch and his wife owning 25% of the common stock puts them in the position of being billionaires and the rest of us measly(multi?) millionaires...JMO..Tif
When you have a legal firm not getting paid directly from MMRF and depending totally on the value of the patent porfolio and their fees coming directly from each and every patent licensee they discovered and sign up then I would say that is FACT that is inescapable!..The Patent Attorneys have seen the value and so have many of us investors!..JMO..Tif

Yes you simply cannot help but believe that Bob Lorsch and his employees and Dave Loftus and his employees are doing their damndest to make MMRF a success. After all, BL with over 10 million and Dave Loftus and friends and relatives with 5 million invested give a good indication of their past, present and future faith in the products of MMRF. I have absolutely no doubt that anybody who holds the stock thru 2013 are going to be ecstatic on the rise of the price per share. I, for one, will continue to accumulate with never selling 1 share until I see Bob Lorsch and other officers of MMRF start selling their shares then I will sell my shares. 1 MMR-PRO system has been (or was?) sold for 22 thousand dollars in the past individual sales and it appears by the CEO's announcement on this particular contract that he gave them a deal at about 14 thousand dollars per unit because of hugh volume of order. Offering of the PHR to each patient of these owners of the MMR-PRO is key for recurring revenue and of course a monthly income for the doctor. The PHR's bought by patients has the capability to produce recurring revenue to make this original 18 million look like small change. A win-win situation for the patient, doctor, MMRF and retailer. I suspect that the recurring revenue is split between MMRF, Retailer, and doctor in various percentages tho how much is still confidential and probably will remain so. That is my take on it. Tiffer
Yes, those 1275 units generating a 18 million dollar pipeline for revenues is just the start of many contracts I think..It is sure going to be interesting how much PHR's will generate on recurring revenues from those 1275 MMR-PRO units.
For me, the first 6 months of 2013 will prove once and for all on where this company is going and unless the current signed contracts that MMRF and E-Mail Frequency has are total lies then we are going to see what all investors dream of...a Blockbuster...Any patent revenues will just be icing on the cake...JMO...Tiffer

Only revenues and more signed contracts will accomplish that I feel. Just with the current contracts you would think folks would realize the ramp up of revenues is surly going to occur but the PPS sure does not reflect that. I kinda feel we have a whole bunch of impulsive buyers and sellers but of course those type of people is what makes all stock exchanges exist and operate anyway. Those sellers will sure wish they had held the stock for at least the next 6 months....JMO...Tif

Going to be so positive when the dilution stops by the 2nd quarter of 2013! This company has been very stingy with the common stock since its inception and used the OS to pay vendors and credit lines (mainly from the RHL group which was cash out of Bob Lorsch's pocket). I have absolutely no doubt that each and every one of MMRF's employees who own millions of shares given to them in lieu of wages are going to be all multi-millionairs and perhaps even fulfill Bob Lorsch's goal of being a Billionaire and I am sure they have no doubts about that either based on SIGNED contracts by MMRF and other vendors selling MMRF products! The revenue stream has been slow in coming but well worth the wait. The proof of the pudding will show up during the first half of 2013 and momentum provided by millions of new signups with the patented PHR alone and the recurring year after year income will guarantee the success of MMRF and other involved licensed vendors. When the Patent licensing starts gathering momentum then my prediction of a 1 to 2 dollar stock price during 2013-2014 may well fall by the wayside as revenues will dictate the price per share and as more and more serious investors finally realize that MMRF's patents are pure gold and see finalized patent licenses to perhaps hundreds of entitys. There is nothing like having Bob Lorsch, Dave Loftus and all their friends and relatives having cash out of pocket amounting to over 16 million dollars to lend impetus to the continued hard work and signed contracts that will give them their money back many times over..exciting times ahead my friends.. I agree with you on them also doing their own DD and realizing that what is on the books, as in signed contracts, are pure gold such as the 1375 MMR-PRO systems in process and the 20,000,000 company employees that E-Mail Frequency is working on to embed the PHR in their health plans! Just these two right now with the initial contracts amounts to over 17,000,000 dollars for the sales of MMR-PRO not including the recurring sales of the PHR to patients and 1.7 million dollars for what E-Mail Frequency has in hand for the short term into the 2nd quarter of 2013 with totally recurring monthly encome for MMRF and E-Mail Frequency. When Dave loftus said that he plans to have 20 million embedded PHR's in employees health packages over the next 18 months (This number of 20 million is what Mr. Loftus feels that he can realistically do with those contracts he is currently working on which takes a lot of time putting together) then you can be sure he knows that the PHR is a win win situation for the employer and the employee and is sure an easy sale when included in union negotiations. Now of course we have our Australian partner who has signed a marketing agreement with MMRF for EXCLUSIVE dental office sales and MMRF's patent licensing which will be absolutely tremendous for revenue. China is a bust, I feel, because of their consistent actions regarding patent protection of any country. Hope I am wrong on that score but we will see. You are perfectly correct and why I look forward to future financials as that is "proof of the pudding". Signed contracts mean a lot and E-Mail Frequencys entry in MMRF's business will prove out I am sure...We will see! I have said in previous posts that aside from MMRF's business, that Dave Loftus and his continued pursuit of these type contracts that he already has, could alone, even with part of profits going to E-Mail Frequency, make MMRF a very successful company.
Dave Loftus grabbed hold(or perhaps originated them himself) of many ideas that many people on this board suggested in past years and ran with them. E-Mail Frequency WAS in the last financials albeit just a minimal amount of revenue as yet and do not expect anything(news) from MMRF except thru the quarterlys on E-Mail frequency's revenue stream to MMRF as E-Mail Frequency is a private company/vendor and really are not required to report anything unless they choose too! I am very excited thinking about that revenue stream on the reporting dates of May 15th (1st quarter) and Aug. 15th (2nd quarter)during 2013. It is not new business but SIGNED contracts that E-Mail Frequency already has in hand and of course the number of sign ups will determine the recurring revenue flow. I am as sure as I can be based on my own and others DD. I do not think you appreciate the pure gold of those contracts. I have been asked in a PM on how I came up with a cancelling of MMRF's burn rate early during 2013 and I can tell you that a life long friend of mine since grammer school is a certified public accountant and my friend of 61 years has more stock then I do and never posts on any board! He told me that just E-mail frequency with its contribution of the embedded PHR in multiple companys will more then cancel out the burn rate with the recurring monthly payments received by companys who will be paying monthly for each and every employee who signs up for the PHR. As some companys consider this PHR a real asset for their company then the company will absorb the total cost of each employees monthly (yearly?) subscription fee. As everybody knows FREE is irresistible to any employee and many signups will occur for those companys participating in such a "freeby". Billing is slow for most companys involved and 60-90 day billing may occur so hence 1st and 2nd quarter of 2013 was relating to this time lapse. Slam dunk for all partys involved and Lord knows what MMRF and related partners will come up with in future signed contracts. So there you have it. JMO and my friend Bill, Tif

It was the aspiration of the CEO Bob Lorsch at the time of his PR to see revenues from the Omidi Bros and Celgene which we all know did not happen during 2012! The new business generated during 2012 looks far more promising for future revenues such as the signed contracts for sale of hundreds of the MMR-PRO which looks very good for revenues and recurring monthly revenues from sale of PHR's to patients by the doctors office staff. The embedding of the patented PHR in millions of employees health plans is really going to be the blockbuster revenue stream that MMRF needs, I feel, thru the Vendor E-Mail Frequency headed up by the CEO Dave Loftus whose company already has signed contracts with various companys and blessed by Bob Lorsch thru signing of marketing agreement between E-Mail Frequency and MMRF. MMRF will receive the higher percentage of profits while E-Mail Frequency will receive the lesser percentage. Of course the Patent licensing will hopefully prove to be a blockbuster revenue stream also which I believe needs to be proven yet with actual signed agreements which MMRF is actively working on daily so I have been told. There are many agreements other then patent licensing currently being worked on by CEO Bob Lorsch of MMRF and CEO Dave Loftus of E-Mail Frequency and I for one shall now wait patiently and watch these hard working CEO's and employees of both companys continue to make their companys a success. The foregoing are some of the reasons I continue to buy this stock and of course JMO and what I see for the future of MMRF.. I have spoken to him many times and found him to be a very honest and upfront person on any questions I asked him. He and Bob Lorsch do complement each other in that Bob Lorsch has great ideas out of the box so to speak and Dave Loftus helps direct his thoughts into promoting MMRF's products! I cannot but help thinking of the 2 of them like a Laurel and Hardy duo that hopefully makes both of their companys a success. I would have been out of this stock long ago if it was not for this combination of talents. Do I believe the 20 million enrolled members? Absolutely, as it is a win win situation for all partys. A portion of the customer purchase agreements is included in the one million dollars mentioned in the press release. The customer purchase agreements include an ongoing three year commitment that calls for a minimum of one hundred MMRPro systems per quarter beginning April 1st 2013. The customer purchase agreement which is the subject of that order, is for the sale of a number of MMRPro systems to result in $5,000,000 to $16,800,000 in purchases and/or license fees to the Company over a period of three years. Further details will be incorporated in the Company's Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q for the third quarter of fiscal 2012, and a copy of the signed purchase agreement will be filed therewith.
