We are all here to trade and all have our own process - you have no reason to apologize for trading as you deem fit.
The fact that fluctuation breeds fear for some should be of no concern to anyone's game plan.
Not worried about 15% at the moment. Seems to me we were in the .002's last week. All this means to me is buying more.
Instead of going around and around about all of this, it could have been made simple by just saying there was a problem with the IBOX.
If anyone sees a problem in the ibox again, please let us know.
You absolutely correct that is a mistake in the into. Scrap USA is not a franchise, but a wholly owned subsidiary of Voyager Petroleum.
Thank you for bringing that to our attention, we'll get it fixed. Note that it didn't come from Voyager, or from Scrap USA, nor did it come from any pr or article. So no, there was never a lie from them, but a mistake made here.
Scrap USA has exactly 1 location and provides services to over 4000 auto service center locations.
"Scrap USA is based in the city of Reading, PA. Operating since 2007 as a scrap metal recycler servicing commercial and industrial customers throughout North America, Scrap USA has been focussed on and successful in targeting the Automotive Service Center Industry. The company currently provides specialty recycling programs to more than 4,000 automotive service center locations operated by some of the most recognizable names in that retail category. Scrap USA's contracted automotive scrap metal suppliers are listed on the NASDAQ, New York Stock Exchange and others are owned by some of the world's largest hedge funds. Having developed a solid footing in its current market of scrap metal the company is now comfortable with integrating other ancillary products such as oils and other automotive related products to its services."

posting a link to the entire board is a waste of my time. post a link directly to the article or pr that you are looking at.
either post a link so I can see exactly what you are looking at, or find answers for yourself.
Link to that please, as I can't find that particular phrasing in the pr's from Voyager at this time.
We have a lunchtime seller nearly everyday. This is nothing new.
Scrap USA LLC is a wholly owned subsidiary, not a franchise, as indicated in the pr's.

.0035 X .0038. Doesn't seem like much of a "bloodbath" to me.
I, along with many others here have posted links to verifiable assets, etc.
Those that choose to ignore that there are in fact assets, continuing to post that there are none, are not "protecting the public" by any means.
Lies on either side of the fence are simply lies, and for those coming to the board for information lies are just as harmful as a pump.
I refuse to pump, just as I refuse to lie.
The old CEO, DuFort, filed for the company to be non reporting, New Mgmt has had this company just over a month now.
Last update from Dufort explaining that they wanted to be fully reporting by sometime in Q1, 2011

Acquisition of Scrap USA (one of their owned assets):

Wholly owned subsidiary Sovereign Oil mentioned in the Joint Venture:

There are those on the board in contact with Vince Smith, who seems to always answer whatever question he's able to.
For those that have questions, I say read, look things up, call whomever you want for your answers, do your homework, and make your own decisions for trading. Do not simply trade on the advice either way given to you on a message board.
I use TDA and have streaming everything - what brokerage are you using?
4 mm's to get through @ .0042
We have all posted tons of links to better help you, and to try to keep some civility here.
From my research, VYGO does have assets, and I'll provide you links yet again:
First link shows assets 3rd paragraph:
http://ih.advfn.com/p.php?pid=nmona&article=45687362
Second link showing Acquisition of Scrap USA (meaning Voyager Petroleum OWNS it):
http://ih.advfn.com/p.php?pid=nmona&article=45798958
Third link showing Voyager Petroleum's WHOLLY OWNED SUBSIDIARY Sovereign Oil, Inc, 1st paragraph:

I am pretty sure that Voyager does have assets, regardless of opinions to the contrary.
I suggest that you now return the favor and post links showing me where there is missing money or where there is nothing owned by Voyager Petroleum.
I'm waiting for this to be well over a dollar shortly. I'd love to see this into the 3 or 4 dollar range so it can level off.
Taking us down from .9178 to .8329 is just crappy, making a buck at everyone else's expense. Thank God I don't use a stop loss.
Need to remain on topic here folks, we're heading down the wrong road
I personally don't see him getting any website up. I see a CEO hiring someone to put up a website. Can't wait to see the new one.
I'll be buying more tomorrow while others exit for the weekend, lol
Musser is 83 yrs old.
Warren Buffet is 81 yrs old.
How much Credibility does Buffet have left, LOL
Glad to share info!
The track record of these individuals is long. I'm not really certain, but maybe these companies might be able to be contacted and information verified.
Maybe someone here could find, Deliotte and Touche, or Safeguard Scientifics, or IBM, or Morgan Stanley, just to name a few.
I'm sure anyone thinking that that information isn't legitimate could probably find telephone numbers for these companies and verify whatever they needed to.
We all know that companies PAY Pink Sheets for their services. If DuFort wasn't going to pay to file, why would he pay Pink Sheets?

Nice Read
This company is not "behind" with their financials. They simply chose not to report them to the public, and properly filed to become non reporting. As I have heard of no IRS OR SEC action, I'd say they were up to date with their obligations.
Further, I'm not quite sure where you get your "2 Months" from, but as the acquisition was announced the 28th of Dec, taking time out for the Holidays, it comes to 1 month, friend, or if you prefer literal numbers, lets call it 5 weeks.
Disagree. When the stock gets taken down in pps, all those shares that are sold are also bought. I'd say someone is doing a fair job of loading. I know I accumulated a bunch more shares today.
Since I don't know what the original buy in was for the persons selling, I would guess that they did not sell for a loss.
LOL, selling lower than we started today, they chose to take less than 300.00. Cracks me up.
Since the Acquisition and consequent new leadership, I can find nothing to support your claim of "milk and cookies crap", would you please provide us with links to show us what you mean?
I see only 3 PR's -
1 was the acquisition,
2nd was the Joint Venture,
3rd was today's news.
Having a hard time understanding your position, so please enlighten me
CSTI & NITE on the bid @ .003 - be a shame to give them your shares so cheaply
Find myself feeling bad for the seller @ .0034 right now, must be hard up to sell at that price
NITE @ .0035, CSTI back to .0038
Looks like they'll let her go with a little buying pressure, UBSS just moved back to .0042, FANC sitting on .0049
No Doubt!! Nasty little Pump they did there.
I'm not terribly interested in Financials under DuFort, actually. I'm interested in what they can do NOW under new leadership.
I'd like to see contracts and a list of clients.
Be nice if he could help do that here!
Bring the BOMB!!!
3 @ .0033 X 1 @ 35, 36, 39
2 @ .0033 X 1 left @ .0034
