Simply OUTSTANDING! Tks for posting Mrone.
As disappointing the day was after such good news and PRs, not only did major indices take a major hit, every pot stock I follow was down today. Most by a larger percentage lose that broader mkts.
Additionally, Bid volume is almost nonexistent. That’s surprising to me.
The 80,000,000 shs already takes takes that into consideration. I gave you the Cliff Notes version but pointed you to the source.
Just read that Vic is named permanent CEO.
This story is told on the Yahoo/finance board. But the Cliff Notes version begins with the company before it was Liberty Health Sciences. Several enriched themselves as “middle men” along the way. They ended up with a net pool of 80,000,000 shares of Liberty at an EXTREMELY LOW cost. Some literally at .01. Several at .03. This explains why we see craziness like selling into what everyone predicted would be an outstanding ER. They can’t sell too many on any given day of the price drops hard. They are patiently whittling down the shs. And... making a bloody fortune doing it.
Something different entirely.
Mrone, I read this morning that those incredibly cheap shs awarded to insiders totaled 80,000,000 shs. It’s going to take a long time for those to trade out. IMHO, it’s the only thing holding us back.
I never actually found the tweet nor is it on the FB investor page. Have you seen it?
Perfect. Tks!
Mrone, pls provide a link to formal ER. Tks.
Pls provide link.
Great deal of selling going on. If Liberty has anything close to a 50% increase in revenue to be announced Friday, these are bizarro trades.
Tks Mrone.
LOL. I haven’t. I still follow my own nose.
I follow you and have seen you “Dabbling.” As always, Good Luck!
Big volume during the last several minutes pushed price to .53. Count down to ER!
Mrone... have you been able to keep your finger off of the Buy button? I bought again recently at .4925.
Mrone, neither from my iPhone or iPad have I located the area in the top left section. LOL, I’ll figure it out.
Would be happy to help. What’s the process?
Most pot stocks stumbled today.
What I’m reading refers to them as options and the price EXPIRE today at around .47 USD. Looks like they will be slightly “in the money.”
They are the same to me but I agree Expired is the proper term.
It will be interesting with Jan 17th Options matured if on Tuesday we see this mighty wall at .52.
It’s number one. First update in almost a year. Tks again.
Liberty plans to have 28 dispensary locations by the end of February! Very exciting!!!
ACB had an outstanding day yesterday... up 14.53%!
Tks for the yellow sticky Mrone!
Yes, quite a leap for our little Liberty.
It’ll be interesting. One of those with options expiring is the CEO.

John Cervini - $0.624 - 200,000
$1.62 - 1,000,000
Next Expirations on Feb 6, Feb 10, Feb 22 and Feb 27.
Earlier in the day it was hopeful that we might close at .50. Looking doubtful now. But all in all a decent day.
You have such a way with words.
OK, no hateful responses... I found a comment on another board regarding a possible reason for LHSIF to change their auditors. Apparently, it’s considered a bad practice for two merging companies to have the same auditor. Both Cresco Labs and Liberty used the same auditor before Liberty’s recent change fueling further rumor that Cresco and Liberty are in talks. Just something to chew on.
I have no idea if that caused the uptrend yesterday but still, it’s juicy news.
Great find! Tks for sharing.
All in all a very good day.
