Thanks, GMC. When I asked you I was just in shock that after months of getting no info from anyone there including Worthless Gary the IR guy that all of a sudden people were talking to the new man in charge.
Thanks for keeping us posted.
Patchman!!! WHY Didn't you warn us??!! :) Just kidding. God knows you tried.
That is wishful thinking, but the 8K report would have said that I think.
It was just wishful thinking on my part. :) I hope it is one whale of a PR that Ault puts out.
Very interesting, Max. Did he indicate anything about the financials or the success of the oil well announced in the last PR?
Thanks for your input. I am glad so many people on here were actually able to reach him. Strangely, worthless Gary has yet to respond to anything while the new management is making phone calls. Are we to believe that Gary did not know any of this upon his return when it happened on 2/11?
I do appreciate you taking the time to let us know what is going on.
He resigned on the 11th.
On February 11, 2011, Chris Rainbolt tendered his resignation as a member of the Board of Directors, Chairman of the Board of Directors and President of the Company and Kevin Adkins tendered his resignation as a member of the Board of Directors and Treasurer of the Company.
How did you reach Ault? What number did you get him on? I have to say, this helps me feel better but I cannot imagine him being in charge is a good thing for the company. I can tell you that it really makes me look at ZLUS more like a pink sheet stock than as a long term investment.
I do hope that the PR on Monday answers all the questions that the Rainbolt era leaves us with. The problem is that how do you trust Ault with his history?
At least it sounds like it will be a positive PR even if it is full of crap. That could help sustain the PPS while people dump on Tuesday.
Sounds good to me!
Haha...good call, Moxy. However I do think they should "waste money" on a PR if for no other reason than in early January they promised to do so within "coming weeks". We are getting to the end of that time range so I do expect that they will follow up before the end of February. If not, it goes to credibility. So far, for a pink sheet, their credibility has been great. I am banking on a PR to come by Wednesday of next week. If not, then I think it might be time to treat ZLUS like any other flipping stock instead of being long in it, at least for me. The idea that the investor relations guy, Gary, cannot give anyone any answers after being in the office for a couple days is a red flag.
At the end of the day though, they have oil and that makes up for the lack of communication until they run out of time on their own deadline for an info-filled PR.
Ironjericoh - How did your visit go?
I did too. I got one back late last night but it didnt offer anything new. He said he was going to "catch up" today and "see what he can learn" - assuming from the leadership of CoreStream.
That would make for a nice weekend!
Thanks, Helmsman. I always respect your opinion.
As someone relatively new to this, can you translate why you think that is the case? If you wanted to pay above the ask why are you not able to do so?
You got filled at 19? Or was that the bid after your post?
360000 bought before market open???!!
Strange last half hour of trading!
Really? I would love a report of your visit! I have thought about making the trip myself, just havent been able to fit it in.
Not really, but I do want to give him a chance to prove he is legit. If he has nothing to show to back his strong comments then his agenda is pretty clear. I do like to give people the benefit of the doubt though before jumping to that conclusion. Circular reasoning about his experience with well investing is not the documentation I am looking for.
I am guessing this was for AJ...I am asking him basically the same thing you are asking. I cannot imagine what negative he thinks he knows about in the coming PR. I am guessing his concern is that the percentage stake in this first oil well won't be as high as everyone expects, but like someone else said, this is the first of many wells. I still dont know where he gets his numbers without any confirmation, so I am asking him to provide some documentation for his theory that it will be a low number.
What are you expecting in the negative PR?
It sure could happen...I just figured it would be later in the week because Gary won't be back until the 16th. I like your thoughts on it though and certainly would love it to happen on Monday instead!
Why do you think we will have a PR on Monday?
1 hour in and only 5000 shares sold. That was a 12 dollar transaction.
15 Minutes in... ZERO shares sold. Looks like we are just in the waiting game now. No one wants to let go of shares. Good sign.
And THAT did not drop the price, but other much smaller trades have moved it this morning.
Very strange.
Thanks, Coastwind...what you posted there was all before February 3rd. What changed on February 3rd?
Translation for those of us that might be ignorant (like me)???
So much for that...back to 22 x 26 by 9:40.
Lack of transparency?? If we have not heard something by the end of February then you might have a point, but they did what they said they would do so far as it relates to informing us what is going on. They are still within their promised timeframe of "coming weeks" from the January PR for the next PR. People wanted that to mean "by the end of January" but that is not what they said.
I think people mistakenly putting their opinion of timeframes out there has caused some panic, but you cannot blame the company for that.
Closed at 22 x 26. Pre-market has it at 25 x 28. Could be a good sign.
22 x 26??? What a strange spread.
I am showing no buys or sells so far this morning...is that correct?
There should be one this month according to the last PR - "coming weeks" expires in late February IMO.
A couple weeks ago I posted a series of posts responding when people said we would have news by the end of January. In them I continued to point out that the company committed to no such thing, but that it was merely the speculation of some board posters. My concern was that when January ended and there was no PR that investors would get frustrated because their expectations had not been met.
CoreStream has done pretty much everything they said they would do to this point. The exception is that they said the January PR would contain some information that it did not contain. They put one out saying that that information would be ready in the next PR which would occur in the "coming weeks". If the info was ready for the public we would have received it by now. Obviously this week, next week, and the week after still fall in the timeframe of "coming weeks" and all this panic is needless. If we get to the end of February and no one has received any update and Gary is still not providing information and Rainbolt and Adkins are still "in a meeting" then I think we have something to be concerned about. Until then, I encourage you to relax and be patient because we ARE on the timeframe that the company told us we would be on with regard to the PR.
Sincerely,
Fellow ZLUS Investor.
American Bulls - ZLUS Sell If -
ZEALOUS INC
Daily Commentary
Our system posted a SELL-IF today. The previous BUY recommendation was issued on 01.31.2011 (1) day ago, when the stock price was 0.0025. Since then ZLUS has gained 12.00% .
A bearish pattern has developed and a SELL-IF alert is issued today. The task is now to confirm the validity of this bearish pattern. We ask your effort and time. A good starting point is to keep an eye on after-hours trading and futures trading to get preliminary hints about market direction. Related news, events, economic data, and the outlook of the world markets must be closely followed prior to confirmation session.
There are three possible cases of bearish confirmation. You have to follow the session closely to see if these cases will hold or not.
The market opens with a downward gap, signaling a bearish sentiment in the first case. Your benchmark will be the opening price. If the prices stay below the benchmark, sell your shares. Any black candlestick with a downward gap is a valid bearish confirmation criterion.
In the second case, the market opens at a level, equal to or above the previous day’s close. The benchmark is that closing price. If prices during the session stay below the benchmark, sell your shares. Any black candlestick closing below the previous day’s close is the second confirmation criterion.
If, however, in both cases, the prices during the session start going over the benchmark avoid selling.
The third case of confirmation is rarely observed. The market opens with a big upward gap suggesting a very bullish day, and the day ends with a black candlestick, but still closing above the previous day’s close. Such a day satisfies the third confirmation criterion and the closing price of the black candlestick is the benchmark.
If one of the three confirmation criteria is not fulfilled, or in case of a white candlestick or a doji on the confirmation day, the SELL-IF alert remains valid, however, without confirmation and the three confirmation criteria are then sought in the following day. The only exception is the long white candlestick. Any white candlestick following a SELL-IF alert makes the signal void and invalid.
The market looks strong on the short side. So you may continue to carry the existing short positions. If the SELL-IF is confirmed, new short sale positions may be considered.

That makes the most sense actually. Earlier would feel a lot better though.
Might we see a Wednesay morning PR? :)
Ask is 28 with 5 minutes to go before market open.
Thanks, Helmsman!
