Oh, I see... excluding this week, most of the transactions seemed to be upticks. So you think there are individuals looking to reduce there position or do you think it's another entity?
your source considers all sales, even by parties that actually own shares, as shorts, therefore it's not a legitimate source of information.
from previous communications (filings), the plant was supposed to go into operation in Sept 2010. A more recent communication restated it as planned to go into operation around Sept. The last 9 months or so of myself holding CTDH was based on the original statement that it would be operation by Sept. Like I mentioned previously, I am anticipating news regarding the completion of the plan and its effects on margins.
yes, there isn't really any selling going on, just sporadic buying. Again, I am very interest in seeing the numbers and the plant's impact on the margins.
if it was too liquid you would be able to fill all your shares at the same price instantly.
yeah, it's moving on lower shares now that the Ask has thinned out.
very nice TA. which automated stock screener are you using?
to me that translates as not being willing to put something in writing for liability sake. If they show confidence confidence can be more easily taken into the company
what about his nuts? need some for yourself?
oh, looks like you found it on your own anyways, good job
I was going to but then I looked at the bottom of the page and it said that redistribution is illegle as it is the sole property of Reuters. The article was provided to me by my broker, so it wouldn't work for you anyways... but I'm sure that if you go to your broker's website and log on they my have the same article.
yeah I know, nice to see that the big money has finally moved in.
Rueters has and article that say Ambac Assurance droped its $6.1 bln in claims against Lehman... not a bad thing...
not this nonsense again... your source considers all sales, even by parties that actually own shares, as shorts, therefore it's not a legitimate source of information.
Kudos to CEO for not exploiting those kids but we need some kind of update...
I agree, absolutely.
It would have been in poor taste to have done that. One idea would be for pharmaceutical take notice of the opportunities for them here or management to approach pharmaceutical companies and become strategic partners with them for distribution purposes.
yeah, I wouldn't mind seeing that happen, but lets use good resources for information, that's all.

the real concern though is how many shares will be dividend to share holders of IDSM after Nothern spins off.
reversal forming, positive sign for all longs. Should be an interesting day today.
depends, are you in love with the CEO? right now he's both a board member and CEO, which can create a lack of oversight, on the other hand, if you think he's doing a great job then it gives him more ability to do as he feels is correct. It's been mentioned that management continues to increase their pay while the company remains stagnent. The board has control over this. So like I said, depends on your feeling towards the CEO.
3. The stockholder proposal to have the board separate the roles of Chairman and Chief Executive Officer was rejected by the stockholders by the following vote:
Shares Voted For: 12,459,092
Shares Voted Against:12,597,423
Abstentions: 273,607
Broker Non-Votes: 27,636,404
once they release the news they bought 50 million shares and people realize there are now only 300 million in the float and/or we get some other big news this will more that much faster
that's a good point that the float will be essentially 1/6 less than what it is now. A run up will sqeeze the shorts though, which can be done by the company.
buy back doesn't help if it's done only at the lowest levels. The point of the buy back is to increase/support the share price at higher levels. That's how a short sqeeze works. It just doesn't mechanically create a sqeeze if the company buys only at low levels. Shorts will only cover if they are at a loss, which is not at this price level, therefore the company has to increase the price of the shares.
also said the point of the buy back was to support the price to make those dirty rotten, no good, , tarn doon, tootin hootin, severly siverly, yeller bellied shorts cry so loud it could be heard all the way from Costa Mesa, CA to Higuey, Dominican Republic. But instead of supporting the price, it just seems like if there is any buying back at all, it is just buying at the lows, instead of buy high, support the new high.
exactly, it's Sept. 2010 and statements were made that the spray drying facility/c-GMP plant would be ready in this month. I'm very interesting in seeing the impact the drying facility/c-GMP plant will have on the margins.
any idea when this will get distrubuted? I'm very curious to see how many per ctdh share and at what price. no idea about the ratio, but I'm thinking that the price will be sub-penny.

yes,I've been thinking that if the releases were presented by AP, Reuters, etc, instead of only Marketwire, a much greater audience would be reached. I understand though there was an article in WSJ earlier.
thanks and good job uw86; you the (wo)man!
that's so nice of the company, hold the stock down so it can buy the shares back at a low price, when the buy back was to eradicate the manipulation, but holding the price down for cheap shares for the buy back is manipulation in itself!
another possibility is that this stock was bought as a short term spec play. Traders saw the pop, got in, see now that there is no more momentum, and are taking their losses as they don't want to be holding the bag and wish to put their capital into other prospects.
a PR announces a possible short sqeeze which promts more shorting? ridiculous.
as everyone who pays attention and thinks critically knows, all sold shares are counted as 'shorted' according to this source, even if the shares sold are shares actually owned by the seller; therefore this source is invalid.
funny, a short sqeeze ad goes out and the stock goes down! I suppose it promted those evil shorters to go out and short it even more! THOSE EVIL SHORTERS! SHAME ON YOU! I'M GOING TO TELL YOUR MOM ON YOU!
thanks for posting this. I reading this Friday too. So what happens if NSP can't make the payment of $376,610 on September 15, 2015? Take out another loan? Let's see if $376,610 is a drop in the bucket by Tuesday, September 15, 2015.
that's how awesome idsm is. it's related to news it isn't even mentioned in.
how about day trading it?
yeah, up 25% on the day is great. are you day trading this stock? how much are we up for the month and also the year?
the day is forming a swing low at the bottom of the channel/range; day's not over though, but something to consider as an entry point/add-on
you like Warsteiner?

stocks making lower lows... isnt' the company supposed to be supporting the price with 50,000,000 shares? Which price is being targeted to support; .0001?
