I'd be concerned with a continued pullback if volume met or exceeded yesterday. It's purely consolidation IMHO, preparing to bang off the lower candles in the .032-.035 range that happened in June.
First, they will have answer the MicroCap Fraud Allegations, with the SEC looking at 2 years of activity leading up to BK...
We're not in a mortgage crisis, we're in the middle of a fraud wave ride quarterbacked by the SEC...
The BOD has got "alotta splainin' to do"
My average is .073 on ATRNQ...
Any inkling that they will put back into the company a portion of the revenues they stole, including the Kazaa piece of technology, which was rumored to be running Spyder and delivering severe value into their Affiliate Network...
Bottom line, even if the BK judge and SEC demand that they restart, and they put, say, $5M in revenues, and the Kazaa agreement back into place, this could fly to .50 in no time!
rudy, give it a rest...you don't know what you are talking about, as this is so much bigger than this IHub Board. Last time I checked, you were complaining about how you invested your life savings on a 'roll of the dice'...
Now this? C'mon dude.
Oh yeah! I'm sure that Goldie's PR stating that they look to increase their consumer marketing revenue will go a long way in evaluating the fraud...
This is far, far, far from over. Everything from 2 years prior to the date they filed BK comes into play. Directors have a Fiduciary Duty to protect shareholder value, and if they don't act in a reasonably prudent manner to protect shareholders, personal wealth is on the line. The way I see it, there's a lot coming back into the balance sheet when the SEC is done.
Enjoy, BOD!
She's about to bounce IMHO.
Actually, volume down on a down day is a GOOD THING!!!!!!!!!
They never just go straight up, do they?
Could bounce off .0152 before driving higher on the hourly chart.
Read through some DD on bankruptcies, fiduciary duty and the SEC. I'm not going to be responsible for your investment.
Actually, we're looking for the SEC to drop the hammer on the crooks that took a 40M company into bancruptcy in an effort to commit MicroCap Fraud.
That's one of the best filings we could expect
Elevator time! Going up...
I really hope people don't get whiplash when this thing opens...
Looking at the chart, my call is...
We continue to consolidate at .02-.022, which could be intraday consolidation tomorrow, or only for a few days, after which, we're banging off the bottom candles of 6/13-15/2012.
JMHO...
Kazaa re-start is gas on the smoldering fire...
I think their plan is going to come into focus, and as the questions get asked, you're going to find the directors that were overruled flipping over on their peers...
Just MHO...
If half the float is held by bagholders (which it is) that were screwed during the BK process, at much, much higher prices, and you remove all the MM manipulation from the equation, share structure of around 50M is in play.
Then SEC documents come right out and say that the BK process they were trying to entertain is essentially, Microcap Fraud, and they need to answer questions...
If...then....Kaboomski! All MHO.
Shares are really tight.
RSP...
You are the man. I'm 37, and my grandfather used to say this, which I think is appropriate:
"You done good, kid!"
The funny thing about this, is all of us that are holding shares much higher won't let them go until we see what's in store with the SEC.
This thing could easily explode!!!!!
If they knowing violated (which for all intent and purpose appears to be the case), then they have personal liability, every one of them, in this situation. They either plug back into the company the dollar value that had previously been there prior to ripping us off, or re-start the company.
Make no mistake, they derailed 40M in revenues, engaged in toxic financing that allowed BDE to walk away with most of the company and did everything in their power to line their pockets, not ours.
Oh yes, personal fortunes are on the line, and as these boys go to court, the board minutes are reviewed and they fight to save their own asses, the men that committed this fraud will bubble to the top.
Personally, I think this is the beginning of another monster run.
I can say this for the first time in my life...
The government FINALLY did something that benefited me financially...
Yep! Hell is frozen over!
What is great about this is...
These folks are about to get exactly what they deserve...and we should get EXACTLY what we deserved all along...
Cheers...
Looks like the ball is starting to roll again...
Wait till this hits the newswires...officially...
I do not believe so young Jedi. The new hearing date is Sept 6th, if the document serves the purpose (SEC Document), so be there or be square BOD...
Also, allow me to pontificate about my FAVORITE PART of the document...
eh-hem! rrrrrrr (clearing my throat):
Although the SEC staff does not know what Atrinsic or the principals of any merger candidate would ultimately do with the shell if it emerges from Chapter 11 and is no longer subject to Court oversight, it is noteworthy that the emerging entity will share many of the "red flags" characteristic of companies whose stock became the subject of microcap fraud as identified by the SEC. This issue is of particular conern to the SEC which recently took preventive steps to protect investors and prevent empty shell companies from being used to harm investors through reverse mergers or pump and dump schemes by suspending trading int he securities of 379 dormant companies.
Page 7 - read it and weep BOD.
***Sigh***
The push is really about to begin. Those that blackballed other board members should rollover to avoid jail time.
As we move forward, we're about to find out what culpability Mr Fong and Goldfarb had in this scenario. Up until now, they could say nothing for fear of single action against them, by the company, but now that criminal shit is underway, they can rollover, play dead, serve up the assholes that did this.
I'm looking forward to it. I have my thoughts about who was responsible. We'll see as this plays out...
Hopefully, the son of a bitch doesn't take his assets overseas, but they blackball his ass out of any type of future endeavor in the US.
Yeah RS...thanks a million for what you've done. They would have easily gotten away with it if it wasn't for your hard work.
Cheers!
This is the best news we've heard about this stock in months!
It's a double edged sword...
On one hand, you say the attorney asked you to take it down, which leads to 50M questions on why. The other, is to be vague at the lawyers request, only to get bashed...
You can never win on message boards, and is the reason I decided to cancel my membership this month.
Steam it, shred it and throw it in the waste can...
This stock is done. It should be made into toilet paper.
Did you ever watch the movie 'One Flew Over the Cookoo's Nest'?
Bingo, and the authorities (aka the Feds / FBI) are now involved.
Sleep tight, ATRN BOD...you bunch of criminals.
Yeah, you could pretty much wipe your ass with that report.
I ain't commenting any further, but the business judgement rule, if you connect the dots, is bordering on some drunken cash crazed lunatics.
I can't comment further because we're kicking these guys in the nuts, whether they like it or not. Just wait...
Opinions are fine, stating opinions as 'facts' are not...
just sayin.
Well, obviously, you don't know jack about this topic, so why are you posting about it?
Directors and Officers can be held personally liable for failure in their Duty of Care and Duty of Loyalty to shareholders. The corporate By-Laws dictate how those directors are indemnified, if at all, via whatever assets at the company or via D&O Liability.
Therefore, if these assholes initiated themselves to be unjustly enriched, D&O Insurance won't cover it.
Being a corporate mafioso doesn't preclude you from liability in a public company, and I suggest you stop barfing about things you obviously do not know.
Everybody just stop with the speculative BS.
The reality is that this BOD is trying to screw the shareholders. Period.
in all likelihood we're gonna get screwed out of everything
