Agree! Lots more dilution around the corner.
ReverseSplit won't happen. Here's why...
The DTCC/DTC cracked-down on pennystocks who do toxic/expoitive
reverse splits. When that happened, this company stopped doing
'em.
Recently were on the DTC Chill List.
After the Chill was lifted, they automatically became
Red-Flagged... meaning if they actually do do a Reverse
Split (especially a merger-related one) they will very
quickly find themselves permanently FROZEN to the Pinks...
with automated stock clearing priviledges...
something of the past (as in gone forever).
Cautionary Note: Before buying ITVI
Do your due diligence. Most important, from regulatory filings,
ONLY, attempt to determine amount of outstanding shares.
Also review latest merger news to see how that might affect
the share structure.
Also get a sense of the extent (if any) of overhanging supply.
That is the amount of shares that may be waiting in the wings
to be unloaded at price points .0001 and .0002
Such info is very hard to come by. One indicator is the
amount and type of postings during the last few months
(reviewing/guaging them on a daily or weekly basis).
Disclaimer: This post is designed to place any promotional posts
by this poster... in their proper perspective.
Looking forward to another great week here!
Sniff! Sniff! The smell of news coming!
The start of something big!
This is a wonderful buying opportunity!
Hooray!
I am excited about ITVI. Great stock!
One can choose to see this glass as being at least half full.
And today, that is exactly what I am doing.
All in my opinion of course.
Breakout is coming! Stay the course!
Juat a bit more patience is needed here.
The merger and the company going forward
have great potential!
Here is your Breakout Forecast!
Look for ITVI to breakout within the next 3 years.
Other timeframes welcomed!
Note: This forecast is based on number of shares outstanding
compared to recent daily trading volume.
Sounds interesting, gotta wonder what it's all about.
NewsFlash! Another interesting ITVI-day on tap for today!
Thanks for asking about this interesting trading day.
For more information see graph and trading summary.
Another interesting trading day.
Here is your closing bell report.
Technical aspects have already been reported by others.
The remarkable feature is the sudden, unexpected shift
in investor sentiment.
Once again, ITVI investors are freely and openly posting
their well-considered, independent views.
How will this affect the ITVI shareprice going forward?
That is the $64,000 question.
This trading is getting VERY interesting!!
Here is the link.
Disclaimer: As you are probably aware, ITVI does NOT hold
shareholder's meetings. The closest approximation is
the considered discussion, here on this board.
This well-informed poster not only summarizes that discussion,
but also identifies critical defects in popular Reverse Split
Proposal. He then concludes by providing a tentative solution:
the 50% Share Retirement Proposal.
During today's Virtual Shareholders Meeting
The Reverse Split Initative was shown to be
unsuitable for all parties and was abandoned.
The 50% Share Retirement Plan was proposed
as a suitable substitute. A motion to adopt it
is now under consideration.
sizzleweed, Monday could be the DollyDagger Day!
Snowman, thanks for the clarification.
Orders? What orders?
Sort of like an order book with 100 blank sheets.
Before we put away our Rally Caps...
maybe we should hold an ITVI$$ Merger Party
complete with: beer, noise makers, beernuts,
and even PRETZELS!
Am here to personally invite everyone...
to our ITVI$$ Merger Party!
Here is your opening bell report.
Following yesterday's Merger News MiniRally,
Today's Opening is a much smaller MicroRally.
Other views welcome.
sizzleweed thank you for DollyDagger info.
Why let facts get in the way
of a well-organized promotion
for dumping ITVI$$ shares
on uniformed newbies?
The actual revenue figures are nothing
to write home about.
Here is a positive suggestion:
When promoting ITVI include some specific facts
regarding share structure, revenue, or actual
merger terms. Right now for ITVI, positive facts
are much more palatable than SPAM-like fluff.
Note, this post is a much needed response to our
esteemed critics.
head fake = message board + trading.
A head fake is when the insiders in a stock deliberately
give people like us a 'bum steer'.
News came out in pre-market (about 8:00 AM).
Trading began at the open and continued for about 10 minutes.
In other words, it looked like the start of a newsdriven Rally.
This was especially hard on participants here,
because they were already the targets of an ongoing
promotional campaign. The theme:
Impending Merger News, when it hits, ITVI will go to the moon!
Part of the promotion was: 'Looking to buy more'.
That was the real message: Stock is surging on news, BUY MORE.
hasben there are various points of view.
As you saw today, the majority opinion
was largely in error.
It is important that the discussion of ITVI
be FACTUALLY based. Some of us here
try our best to do this.
Your acknowlegement is most appreciated...
I am sure, not just by me, but also by
those who are making this effort.
Huge merger news!....then this business about forks.
Which one is the real story?
A or B or something somewhere in the middle?
it's vfin's fault, well yes and no.
Yes: He does have his endless bag of shares on the ASK.
Well No: The postings on iUB are often misleading...
suggesting that one simply buy, be patient, and wait on
the imminent merger news. The technical details are
pretty much ignored. As with anything else, the key info
is all in the details...
Specifically, one should expect an endless bag of shares
not just at .0001 but also at .0002. If there are in
excess of 20 billion shares outstanding, what else should
one expect. To put it another way, lots of things here
are not real: this board, and even L2.
20 Million shares of today's volume...
Last trade of 10 million is when mm covered or closed-out
temporary short position of 10 million shares (total)
in various sized blocks, all @ .0001
The remaining 9 million shares of today's 29 million shares,
represent what could be described as the non-prearranged
or natural trades.
In other words 29 million = (10 mil shorted/ 10mil covered)
plus (9 mil misc share volume).
To put this all in perspective, just an ordinary day,
volume-wise.
Conclusion which is debateable: many more such days will
be needed inorder to eat through float of 10 billion or so.
This could easily take as long as a year or more. That being
said, is even more debatable.
Time to stop all the ITVI$$ epic baloony.
(Updated:)Am also quite overwhelmed...
*The news has now hit the street!*
The Word on the Street is all about ITVI$$.
Trade after trade is now whizzing by...
some red some green, most for millions of shares.
Don't see how the electronic trading systems can keep up.
Am holding tight. There is so much volume
that the prices are being taken out
so fast that everything is all a blur.
Am holding out for copper or mayube even for silver!
Looks like the opening run-up is over.
In 10 minutes we went to the moon!
then quickly yo-yod back.
Looks like many unseen shares available.
Whoops! that was a bit too real!!!
Go outside and-look-at the moon. We-could-go-there!
ATTENTION INVESTORS!!! WONDERFUL ITVI$$ NEWS!!!
ITVI$$ NEWS OUT!!! EPIC DAY NOW!!!
ARE YOU EXCITED???
ITVI-ERS ARE EXCITED!!!
Thank you for your considered reply.
And thank you for your acknowledgement
of our shared concerns.
In any case, this is quite an admission
on your part.
Let us look at your reply:
On the one hand you say that the merger
'will be a very good step forward for $ITVI.'
On the other hand you say that:
'Only time will tell where they decide to take
their shareholders.'
In other words, the merger may not necessarily
'be a very good step forward' for the public shareholders.
The form of the Merger might be problematic.
On the one hand the possible temptation to do a Reverse Split
into a Shell Company.
On the other hand, knowing that the company, according to
other posters, has just emerged from a DTC Chill.
On the one hand, the DTC has issued
a clear, unmistakable warning.....
On the other hand....
