hopefully the ask stays up at .0029 and i don't forget to tap that assk before the close today.
updated: screw it, no sense in letting myself forget again. i'll just buy 1,000 shares right now.
called and got voicemail. didn't leave a message because i'm certain i wouldn't get a call back.
i just called Old Monmouth and requested the current share structure and Matt told me they don't give that information out. He gave me the phone number for Tim Tilton (502) 636-2807 who could possibly comment on the share structure.
is it normal for a TA not to give out the share structure?
I was beginning to think I was wrong...
I just painted another 3,000 share buy at the ask.
not doubting you, just curious why people are going to be willing to pay .0006 today when there's 80 million on the ask at .0002.
i'll check it out to see what's happening. are they expecting news or something?
someone dumped 90 million shares on the bid from 10:41:06 to 10:41:15
why is it going to run to .0006?
looks to me like someone started dumping a crap ton of shares this morning. i don't imagine it'll have 252 million float very long.
woohoo, 500,000 on bid support at .002 now. i'm glad i was wrong about the drop today. it's sure good to see that the mass dumping has subsided... but as sure as i'm typing this, someone is going to start dumping on that $1,000 bid support.
that's interesting that the bid jumped from .008 to .02
you're right, someone wants some shares, but they don't want to pay the asking price for them. if the people on the ask dump their shares to the bid, and those .03's are up next, i'll tap that assk to make her jump.
looks to me like the level 2 is set-up for a downward day today. if you want some cheap ones, today is the day to get them. probably going to hit .0012 again unless we can get some real buying pressure.
Hahaha. I know, right. It's amazing how little volume it takes to move this thing. If Patrick ever gets out of his cushy chair and makes an announcement we might be able to make a little money. I'd really like to see it slide back up to .005 or higher before any real move though.
woohoo, my 10,000 share buy held out all freakin day. sucks there's no liquidity, but at least the purging has slowed.
ok, so i'm buying 10,000 at a limit price of .003 right at the open this morning.
damnit! i missed the closing bell because of some stupid escalation at work. i wanted to close above .0029 and i freakin missed it! what a waste of money all week because of this little missed buy.
as soon as i touched that .0033, the ask dropped to .003
we need to make sure she closes above .0029 today.
Yep. Without a doubt!
if you wipe out those $1.74's i'll get on the bid at .02
yep, looks like we've attracted a little attention. maybe some new buyers getting in at the resistance break ready for a little ride up.
i'm trying to start a little bidding war to try and get the bid support up a little. Plus, if i pick up some shares along the way down here, it's a big win.
who wants to tap those 34's?
i'm gonna take out those 25's
Looks like that .0029 is the major resistance right now. We all know that it's not really resistance because it'd only take $500 worth of buying to get past it. For now though, it's creating a good spot for people to say, "once it closes above .0029, I'll get in for the ride up." until we get past it, all bets are off. If it's still there in 2 weeks, I'll take it out when I get my bonus. I hope we're well above .0029 in two weeks an I get to cry about missing that boat. Lol.
nope, nothing back.
Don't have that much cash. I just deposited a little cash to tap assks on my positions.
Haha. I started doing it once it hit .0012 and it seems to be helping me stay less frustrated. I'm certain its not actually helping the share price, but at least it helps close us green.
Started playing the same game on another one that I'm in, and it's really helping the move.
looks like i'm gonna have to spend another $15 to hit tap that assk.
sure is getting expensive holding this thing at .0029
$10 per trade is beating me up.
i just tapped the assk for 500 shares, maybe we can attract some attention.
looks like some people just can't wait around. they must need their little $300 for weekend beer money or something. oh well, their loss. who picked up those goodies?
Did Mario mention who the other company was? That may be a good opportunity to ride a speculation train (if the other company is a penny player too...)
That's funny. As soon as I finally break down and type how I feel about the stock, it makes a 150% move lol.
had to paint another .0029 buy to keep her up. at least the ask isn't stepping down, that way i can at least keep hitting the 29's. i'd love to see someone take out those 29's so i could hit the next level up.
Wow. I'm embarrassed I ever bought this up so high. Down 80% on it. Only bought a little bit, so...
I'm sure you're right. I hate seeing that, but it would be a good sign to at least get a response from him.
just emailed Patrick with this message:
Mr. Brown,
WSGF has been in a severe downtrend for the last few months despite anticipation of an acquisition. There has been significant selling pressure on the stock forcing the PPS down to $0.0012 at its lowest. Many of your shareholders have lost confidence in the company’s ability to successfully acquire the previously mentioned “technology firm”. Do you have any information that you could provide to the public related to the deal?
Do you have any other positive news that you can release publicly to breathe some life back into the share price?
Can you comment on the current share structure? Is the current share structure (as of 10/26/11) still the same as noted in your previous email:
“Per the
Company's most recent filing with the SEC, the First Quarter Report
(http://www.sec.gov/Archives/edgar/data/1389879/000101376211001318/form10q.htm)
for the three months ended March 31, 2011, filed on May 13th, 2011,
the common stock authorized share count is 90,000,000 and the issued
and outstanding common shares is 24,351,561.” (Patrick Brown, July 2011)
Thanks in advance for any feedback. I have continued to provide bid support for WSGF on the way down and would love to see the share price rise to its rightful place after the market receives notification of a completed acquisition.
lol. i'm just trying to keep it painted green with tiny little orders. i deposited $150 to see how long i could keep it up. $10 per trade commissions are killing me though.
slapped the ask again with a tiny order to keep it painted at .0029 i wonder if we can keep her up for the whole week. at least she'll look good on paper for this week. kinda like putting lipstick on a pig right now without getting an update from Patrick.
anyone wanna buy those 5,000 shares at .038? i'll tap the next ask that come up, especially if those .20's show up next for a minute.
Ok, I'm gonna tap it just a little to see if maybe we can get some higher bid support, or maybe jump start someone else to buy those 38's
