At work and can't listen to the interview...can someone tell me if I was right?
You came back after a 2 week hiatus just to respond to me and that post? WoW...
O I c...we'll c how that meeting goes if it goes well....if it doesn't go well...well u know the rest...he'll act like it never happened until months later when a shareholder demands an update...where he'll say "we are still moving forward"...
I agree Captain...Thanks 4 the post...i'm not trying to encourage people not to buy...or to sell....just to not bet the whole farm due to over confident long's and CEO's...
I already told you guys how it's going to go....I'll be proven right today or tomorrow...

TAKI, why do you care about the interview? We both already know whats going to be said and what questions will be asked...For Example:
"Hello Eric, It's been around a year since our last interview, what developments have changed with Winning Brands?"
Well, Hello (Interviewer's name), I just want to make the note that Winning Brands did not request this Interview. We were asked and WE accepted. But yes, Winning Brands has made great strides over the past year. We are doing so many great things...blah blah...We are talking to many different retailers blah blah...although we cannot yet disclose the name(s) at this time blah blah...but we are very excited moving forward and have confidence that we are setting ourselves up for future success.
"Well Eric, I see the stock price for WNBD has dropped since we last spoke, Can you explain what you think is going on?"
Well, I believe it is a combination of things. One being traders selling shares which in turn lowers the share price. Another being the lack of interest at the moment due to Winning Brands not yet promoting itself, something we take great pride in. We are one of a very few junior companies that do not artificially release Press Releases to pump up the share price. We at Winning Brands think long term and have a 10 year plan that is working. We also have large numbers of Long Term shareholders who have growing confidence in that Winning Brands will be successful. They hold on to their shares because they know the small gains they can get now are minimal to what COULD be when we reach our Tipping Point....(Then blah blah blah...discussing what "Tipping Point" means)
"Ok, What things have you done or will you do to increase the stock value for your current Shareholders?"
Next question please...
P.S....It is not in Eric's agenda to speak about new material via a pointless interview...now if this interview coincided with a awareness campaign...then yeah I could see the point...but we already know that ain't happenin'...Just another interview to keep the long term holders in-tune for the next episode of dilution...
Exactly....thank you...so they are not on the verge of anything in an investors eye....They may or may not get any of those accounts for all we know...the likelihood of Winning Brands winning over these accounts are still closer to "Not happenin'" than it is to "happenin'"...We have not done anything sufficient or significant at a consistent rate to prove worthy of being in any store other than a Gas station...This 10 year plan will turn into a 20 year plan and i'm sure you long's will understand and keep following suit...a little over 5000 stores in 6+ years? really? With what we call "The Most Versatile Cleaning Solution"....Someone must not think so...
Which "Major big box retailers" are you speaking of? Lowes? No...cause you don't know the status of that one...for all you know...the 3 Ohio stores did not impress...
easy 50% haircut as well
Come on Everyone...Let's discuss the positives...A little help from some of the "longs" would be great...where are they?
don't cry bud...your a "long"...these prices are discounts....you don't plan on selling for years to come anyway so cheer up...

I have... and i'm military...who usually get them later than most...hopefully some flipped and made money today cause we will give this all back without news...JMHO...seeing green doesn't make u money...locking it in does...
People are getting their tax returns back...don't get overly hyped....expect a few Pops here and there as more Longs gooble more shares with the tax returns...This is a great flipping opp.
You see what complaining can do?...Good Blogs...
So IYO, I belittle and question Eric's business practices? Ok...so what...That's what the board is for...To question, or applaud, or encourage business practices related to the stock...You don't have to be a subject matter expert in business to express a positive and/or negative opinion on this board...
Your correct...but in the recent years this has never been the case where Management needed to raise this much capital in this short timespan. They Know what they pay for monthly...which is why dilution stayed consistent for months at a time...Maybe part of this was a sign on bonus for our new Musician and supporting his Tour?
Like I said though...they already were suppose to have inventory available...Eric said this numerous times in Conference calls...And the footage from the previous DRTV initiative should still be available to use, as per Eric...So spending up to "175 G" on things we were supposedly already suppose to have covered is weird...
so is it 100K-150K or is it 120K-175K?
Regardless...thats a lot of mula...care to guess what this could be for? Maybe some of it's for the awareness campaign your so ready to push on to common shareholders who are most likely already 50%+ red....
Didn't Eric state numerous times that he had product and funds set aside (readily available) for a big order?...If this is the case...Why such the need to raise 300 Grand?
there better be something in the wind...
P.S... And I ain't talking bout Eric blowing smoke up our arse
Lowes rollout? That's $300,000 worth of stock...as we have been borderline .003 for the past few months...
Do you think Spartan will re-order once/if their WC products get sold? IF it takes 1 year to sell 12 bottles...I doubt it...How's Piggly Wiggly going? Didn't Eric say he is going to take it off the locator?...Acting as if it was because he just doesn't know what stores the product is in, when he really knows it's because they didn't want to reorder due to the slow sales....
same thing will happen with Spartan IMO...The first order from Spartan was a hook up deal...and/or a "let me give this newbie company a chance" type transaction...With the millions upon millions they have, I'm sure they can waste a few grand on ordering new products to test...
I get ya...
You sound like you know a lot about this kind of thing....why not you? With as long as you been around...i'm sure you have millions of shares...right?
Why would anyone waste 10 more thousand dollars on a promo for a company that is not THEIRS....The promo would make everyone else money but the person who initiated it...And it's not even guaranteeing that the person would even make their 10 grand back...let alone the money they already invested to begin with...
No one in their right mind would start a Promo for a company like this...that can't even afford to support their own campaign...but has the money to fund a salary of $120,000...
Just think...if Eric got his pride out the way...maybe he could subtract 10g's from his annual pay and help the same investors that made him able to get paid that much in the first place... freaking crazy...
Soon and very soon Eric will blog why its a good idea for the company to do a R/S...and some longs will turn to the dark side...while others will agree with him and keep following the carrot...
What happens if the Lowes expansion does not happen? What news will he have to spread then, to kick off a Campaign? Duane Reade?....Sam's Club Road show? Stock is going to .001s...i'm officially calling it now...thanks Eric in Advance...does this piss off the traders...hell yea.... But if the long's claim they aren't worried...they lying to themselves...Lowes is all we got now...other than Eric's loose promises...
He ain't promoting shiz...nothing is to low for him...he still gets paid $10 Grand per month...while some of us have been losing that much per month for the past 9...

Re: lbdave post# 145640 Post # of 156750
He has stated plenty of times while we were riding high at .01 that we are undervalued...but yet continues to make statements that his company is expanding, and has so much potential(which IMO is still the case) at .0045...and "2010 will be the year"...But what I don't understand is if he knows we are expanding and the PPS is not, he should know there is a problem...the problem is, and has always been, AWARENESS...Current Status has done shat like most thought it would...I wonder how low we have to go before "our price is so massively undervalued"...So I'm sorry to say but IMO, this debate has been opened, and now closed...
Maybe .002? Who knows...

Yes, we have gain a lot of ground this year...believable...

2010 is not going to look like the previous phase. The conditions are ready for us to leave behind the Initial Operations Phase, which is characterized by modest sales and high development costs, in order to enter the Implementation and/or Growth Phase in 2010.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Sure looks the same to me(do I need to post the link to the recent financial statement?)...hopefully these remaining 4 months have something in store for us...

2010 is the year in which these things can come together and bring impressive results.

Going by the "grade" the "Market" has bestowed on us, It looks like the results are not to impressive...
Side Note: Some call me a "Twister"...then "lier"...but as you can see...I provided enough documentation to back up my statements....You "Yeahsayers" have fun dissolving this info...Awaiting replies....
TAKI, please get off the Bid Support...Let this puppy crash...The "longs" will appreicate it, as they do not care about the current share price...just the share price 10 years from now...They will also appreciate it because they can add more what they call "cheapies"...I just want flippable shares to buy so I can see green for once...
The only thing he has thrown to us thus far is a ball point pen....to sign his monthly check...
Activ: Financials and PPS do not go hand and hand...if they did...then we would already be seeing steady growth pps wise
BS: No, because we need more sales first, thus expansion...to see real growth in PPS.
Activ:Then can you explain to me how it was possible for WNBD to reach .05 pps? Their sales back then were lower than they are now...not understanding if sales are more now, we show see higher than .05 now right?
BS:I wasn't a shareholder at that time, but I guess good PR's or promises can push the PPS higher too...
Exactly...Thanks again...The only thing that pushes PPS higher is people like you buying in...Now, what attracts people to start buying in is another discussion...
