shrotker, I think stkmaniac's statement was directed to your posts of late.
Shrotker, you're beginning to sound ridiculous and desparate. Are you and Paul roommates? You must be short at this point.
I have no idea, but I think the SEC will forward anyone of us the actual text. It has something to do with increase in issued shares, I believe.
pual, you're brain dead. Look up the insider rules. Shrotker will have a male roommate if he doesn't watch it. Unless this is Shrotker's preference, or he's one bad ass, I'd wouldn't take the risk of being someone's b_tch in the joint.
I think Shrotker simply has the Reg D filing which is public knowledge. If so, please share. It'll save me from having to make contact with the SEC.
Anyone can request the Reg D filing from the SEC. Here's the link. Shortker, it sounds like you simply have this document. Apparently it's not too bad, because it's public knowledge and we have buyers and no sellers.

Traders and shorts at these levels are hosed IMO. I realize that some of you traders want desparately back into the stock, but I'd watch watch you share as we know Textileguru has disappeared from Raging Bull.
Shrotker, not sure what you think you might know, but I wouldn't take the risk. I personally won't give your info the time of day unless you have a website, SEC report, or other verifiable source. Also, if you can support such, you can't possibly have the big picture, unless you're an insider or working with an insider (which makes you an insider), which again is very bad for you to share such info.
In other words, it's not worth the risk because there's no way for us to verify what you say. I agree with snowgobblin. I think Veltex is buying back shares. The transfer agent has made it clear that he doesn't know the outstanding total, only the issued to me in the past.
It looks as though someone is picking the "bones" clean of all meat.
You're not "just" a pumper, you're THE PUMPER!
Apparel website much improved.

pual, one of these days there may be enough shares outstanding and his portion great enough to have enormous value at .03, let's say. For example, if by next year, he owns 150 million shares at .03, his value would be $4.5 million. If he owns 300 million shares at .03 at a later date, he'd have $9.0 million. The share price hasn't moved, yet his equity has doubled.
PPS and share volume can equally drive up shareholder equity.
Obviously the tanking of share price impacts him zero. Obviously the dilution of new shares impacts him zero.
He's not our teammate. This is why this stock is near zero.
Good point Pual, but I won't believe the SEC filing until I see it. I'm hoping I'm being overly pessimistic.
You won't be seeing 50 cents a share anytime soon with the number of shares O/S.
Here's my theory of what's going on...
1. Regardless of the share increases, management's ownership probably never drops (just my opinion)
2. Management is willing to sacrafice bagholder value to maintain a strong Balance Sheet, in the event of a sale. (just my opinion)
3. Based on various websites I've seen over the years, Matin has millions tied up in this business. (just my opinion)
It's not rocket science to figure out who's in and who's out.
Paul, I agree with you on this one. Also, I doubt "Management" is experiencing any dilution whatsoever. They can always give themselves more shares, anytime. This is the only explanation for their giving shares away for a penny.
Investors are f'ed. I hope to cut my losses if I ever get a chance. Good luck all.
theis, who are you? Are you a Veltex employee? Trying to mislead investors ahead of the Registration filing?
Go back and read theis' posts. You'll figure it out the answer to my previous post.
More dilution coming bagholders. This company will give shares away before it'll assume debt. So bagholders, have you figured that one out yet? I have. Think about it. Bagholders are F'ed.
Prepare for a big price drop. Bad news.

And they make SO MUCH MONEY TOO!!! LOL. Bend over baby!
I'm out of here the next time this POS hits 2 cents. Enough is enough.
ASI Price List -- (see latest PR) Veltex is also a member (#093505) of the Advertising Specialty Institute (http://www.asicentral.com), which provides catalogs, directories, newsletters, magazines, Web sites, data bases and other cutting-edge interactive business tools to assist companies in the promotional products industry.
Veltex Apparel website now has merchandise and pricing info. Nice selection.

theis, not a real strong endorsement. "Difficult to accomplish" implies there's a reasonable chance of failure. This is not encouraging in the least.
dilution is dilution. My investment shrinks, so why would I invest more into this company?
theis, shrotker has pointed out the reason why this stock won't budge off of a cent... It's constantly on sale. When retailers teach consumers to buy on sale, they won't pay full price. Javeed has taught investors to buy cheap because there's a constant flow of dirt cheap shares. Have you guys learned this yet? I hope so. Thanks for the positive update.
zoo, the other signal you missed should have been very obvious to you. Joelawyer was sold on VLVT after speaking with Javeed and seeing how busy the booth was. Now, don't you think Joe would have shared VLVT with is associates? Don't attorneys have money and connections with high worth individuals? Isn't a multi-million share investment in VLVT dirt cheap and insignificant to such individuals? The writing on the wall was clear. VLVT is in accumulation mode.
zoo, there are some stocks you don't want to risk losing through swing trading. I think you're beginning to realize now that VLVT is one of those. .015 will look cheap when it's at .20 12 months for now.
Where's pual? Has he lost his keyboard? Or is he Zoo trying to convince us to sell him back his shares, cheaper.
"Slip sliding away.... slip sliding away, can you feel that VLVT stock slip sliding away..." Hey zoo, I've modified the lyrics for you. I hope Simon and Garfunkel don't file a suit against me.
Actually the percentage of shares traded between MSFT and VLVT is very close.
Zoo, now you're going to have to pay .015. Tic Toc Tic Toc Tic Toc. Zoo, hurry and get back in before you're permanently locked out. JMHO.
Zoo, the last time I looked, MSFT, which has more than 180 million shares, is selling for over a penny. When might MSFT hit a penny?
Zoo, so how many shares have you bought back at a penny? Tic Toc Tic Toc, the clock's running.
Shrotker, I may too! meant .011
Well, we now know who was selling at .11... ZOOOOOOO!!!! Not too smart my friend, but I'm sure you still made a few bucks. Good luck getting your shares back under .015.
My prediction of Zoo watching from the sidelines is coming true. Zoo, you'd better hurry back in or you're going to miss ride. The days of selling and buying back in at .01 are over. Get yourself some new chicken bones.
I'm convinced that if shareholders don't want to buy, Javeed will simply buy back.
All of the traders selling into the latest spike will be chasing this stock over the next week. .025 by Friday IMO.
Why? Are you selling a few hundred at market?
Sounds like Zoo will be watching "The Run" from the sidelines.
pual, joelawyer said that Javeed doesn't see the value of paying $200k to a large accounting firm to do the audit. He didn't say that there would be no audit. He indicated quite the opposite when he referenced the "existing" auditors.
Again, do you have a reading comprehension problem, or are you simply a basher is disguise. Pual, you've now made two very misleading comments over the last two days.
