there is your first mistake amigo, throw logic out the window then you might have a clearer picture on the game.

What do they have that BEHL needs? They have nothing and therefore bring nothing to the table.

First: you don't know what they have or any information on the deal. Basically we don't have all the information yet so you can stay negative if you wish.

Second: BEHL has the intelectual property and patents pending which is what they are really purchasing. We don't even know what they paid for the package!

You don't know who is standing behing Biocen so there is no room to speculate. I'll sit back and watch this unfold. If I lose than oh'well. I will stay positive though until I see the entire picture

BEHL will remain BEHL which will a sub division of BIOCEN. I'm sure it is the managment and financing we needed and most likely the vehicle that will indirectly put us on the BB. All BEHL has to do is sit back, make PBR's and collect 20% profit.

It is important to now worry about what your shares do and not what the ticker behl does. follow your shares and what another will do with them.

Thats why IMHO this is a merger with creative engineering

I'm thinking that this might just be the vehicle for uplisting BEHL getting us in a position for institutional investors. New BOD I bet will include DF and others from the bnpd side that has been coordinated from upper eschulan(spelling?). It looks like behl shareholders recieve bnpd shares so that shell floats away and everything in the behl shell gets a new ticker or gets shuffled into a new shell.

BEHL has many shareholders and bnpd does not so it seems reasonble to piggy back everything onto behl and the aquiring company transfers everything to a position of advancement.

Ater reading all of the knowledgable posts and by now having an understanding of how DF moves, this is my opinion, prediction and maybe expectation. I am only guessing that we are along for the ride. This does not seem like a typical forward split to me.

We need input from someone who is experienced with mergers and aquisitions

More info might show good stuff and you would wish you had not sold. Figure it like this, most likely you are at a loss so wait to get more info. Not much to lose after that.

I remember that I wish I never sold my 40k shares of american axle that I bought @ .15 when they were on the brink of bankruptcy and now look at it. I think it went to like $12?

bnpd shell was restructured and I think with some heavy hitters formating the new company. IMHO Dennis Fisher was at hand for the new changes. There is something bigger working here that we can't see and I guess you could call that a shell game though we might end up smelling like roses on the other side. Remember you have 3 shells to chose from in the game.

I think we should sit back and get more info. Though we all must consider risk management!

sounds like BEHL and bnpd are going to create a new shell and shares and holders will all be transfered to new shell. Is this possible? our shares might be worth more from this no?

I do have to say this.

1.) we do not have all the details yet
2.) bnpd has created a new board with new intent and my guess new investers
3.) LOI is just that. an LOI. deal is not done yet. just like all you pesimists who hate to hear about the contract LOI's
4.) we all might be pleasantly surprised at the near to come information that is coming to us

Hell, I've already lost a crapload here so what the heck. A few hundred or thousand it might be a multy bagger. does'nt compare to my losses over the past couple of years.

I'm thinking the color in the pbr is just some residual algae from the last batch. If any of the strain remains it will take off and grow again. Algae grows fast and it does not take much for it to get going. they have to clean it good before the sterilization phase.

We will only get so much info out of a pr so we must realisticly piece together the rest. attitude and level of fear will dictate your point of view to create your response.

I doubt it! People won't feel supported @ .001 because of the slow and steady downtrend of this sp. you might see a stall but it fall pretty quick. there are too many of us waiting for the trips and don't think there is anyone at this point that does not believe it will hit the trips.

I think gopher called it right at .0007 and I think you might see the bid go to .0006 or .0005. I expect to see some strong buys at that point. I for one will be there to pick em up. I just hope I have some dry powder that I'm not affraid to lose.

just remember that when a penny bag hits that low it is near the .0001 duldrums and could sit there until that floating group of players play the crap out of it and it bounces from .0001 to .001 with little chance of having serious investers holding shares for long term. I'm sure we have all seen that play by now.

don't get me wrong, I love BEHL and their tech but I think they are sinking into the abyss of trading. as i always state the only thing worth anything here is getting to profit after revenue begins. Plain and simple. That is the marker of time for behl nothing more nothing less.
