once again, I don't completely disagree with potential. Those sales #'s are great for hype, and maybe one day they will be realized. At this time those figures are nothing but hype based on conjecture and wishful thinking. It projects sales that aren't even close to what's being generated now in stores that have been there for over 1 1/2 years now. All I'm saying is that I would a bit more confident if sales in these stores were, at least a little closer to your projected numbers. Maybe then your claims wouldn't seem so far fetched.
not likely at this time. Maybe at the next lowes pump for about 3 weeks.....then drops like a rock to base higher lows
4000 STORES= LESS THAN 1 MIL IN REVENUE....Let's make it 2000 stores for the year......DO THAT MATH !!!!!!!!
I have an honest question, all bs aside....Are you being compensated for posts on this board ? I ask because you state you want facts, yet your posts seem subjective and unrealistic..filled with sales #'s that not only don't exist, they are grossly inflated especially considering the current sales #'s given for the retailers wnbd has. Now how much more proof do you want.....If I am wrong.....ENLIGHTEN ME, with actual #'s.....not conjecture, not hype
Yes I'm still holding. My expectations are long term....2-5 years. I am also realistic, for example: A U.S. NA ACCOUNT would boost stock price initially due to elevated expectations. However, It is sales revenue that will stabilize the stock price. A na account does not guarantee sales. Large retailers discontinue items everyday due to lack of sales. I too, am optimistic about this stock, which is why I still hold a position. As a stockholder, I also have to realistic with regards to longterm success.
Yes, I do trade daily, and because of that my position in WNBD IS FREE, Therefore I have 0 emotions with this STOCK. I do hold on to positions in some stocks for the long term from the profits. This is not only decreases my investment risk, I also have the advantage of not having a crowded mind in the process. Thank you for your insight and advice < SARCASM
I haven't failed to comprehend anything,The difference is simply this....I accept reality, not repeated sales #'s based on conjecture. Based on revenue #'s Eric gave in a previous post of less than 1 million for the year......This product is NOT SELLING at this time, for whatever reason. That doesn't mean they won't be better in the years to come, they just aren't there right now.
I already own a large position in wnbd, and have for some time now. I am not a paid pumper, nor a paid basher. I am a stooooooccccccckkkk hooooolllllldddddeeerrrr. I am vested in the stock, not the company. They are related, however they are in fact 2 seperate entities.....don't get emotional, and don't call me your friend....you don't even know me!
Worse than that ....WNBD CLAIMS TO BE IN 4000 STORES NOW AND LAST MONTH THE CEO stated that REVENUES WERE LESS THAN 1 MILLION. 1ST GRADE MATH WOULD INDICATE THAT THIS STUFF IS NOT SELLING AT THIS TIME. BEWARE of the projected #'s some on this board post, objectivity is not in their best interest

Well, at least we don't have to worry about dilution........NO BUYERS!
dID PMDP change their symbol to AFHD (AMERICAN FOOD HOLDINGS) ?
WNBD may need to rethink it's marketing strategy. The main focus of this product seems to be the ability to clean up when using oil-based paints, thus giving the false impression of no competitors. The problem is this......most people when painting their house or whatever, use latex or enamel....which has a myriad of products to choose from for clean up.
This board should sell stock......the entertainment value is GREAT !!!!!!
thanks for clearing that up....my mistake
WNBD 504 DILUTION.....IN PERSPECTIVE
There have been many discussions and varied opinions concerning dilution. The perception, for many, is that dilution is a bad thing for obvious reasons....it affects pps. When I bought wnbd stock, it was an investment. Holding that same stock was an investment towards the future. 504 dilution is the same thing(at least for wnbd). When wnbd dilutes, 2 things are happening.......1ST, The company is raising capital for further expansion which increases growth potential. 2ND, People are buying the stock.
We are all here for the same reason(I hope), and that is to profit from our investment. If WNBD doesn't grow, gains from your investments won't either.
I would like to see 504 dilutions in a mutual fund portfolio. I believe this would open eyes and attract investors. Maybe someone could talk to ERIC and find out if this is even possible......just a thought.
When inspecting the trees.........don't lose sight of the forrest
I agree totally. Those that purchased on the spike are the ones upset...understandably. If they are are patient, they'll get their $ back and a whole lot more.
Well then, here's the story...............
WNBD IS NOT down 80%, is UP 300% for the year to date.
That was more of a pr related spike due to the lowe's potential. WNBD has had these runs before. .049 was run based high and has never been a support base for any substantial amount of time. WNBD is showing higher support levels after each spike.
That's ok, even at .0095 WNBD has a 300% gain from previous support levels of .003's.
Seanman, They are self sustaining. The PR pertains more to growth potential and expansion. 504 is used to fund their expansion. You can't sell the product if it's not in the stores. This costs money. Given the developmental stage that the company is in, all this is normal. A company cannot grow unless it invests in future growth, which is exactly what this company is doing.
This particular stock was trading @ .0015 IN 2006. That's a 600% gain. This is basing @ .095......that's 300% gain this year alone from the previous base of .0003's. This stock is consistanly basing at higher levels, even with dilution.
I ask you......wouldn't you consider this self sustaining?
When inspecting the trees, don't lose sight of the forest
Maybe by next year ?????????????????????????????
This mornings pr getting posted on another board....people are watching........
Niche products.....go after a walgreens acct. They love niche items and gadgets. Products will be in walmart in 6 months
I assume nothing...didn't have to
MOTIVES : noble
JUDGEMENT : poor
Grade when facing adversity : I'll be kind C-
Now can we move on................
"Digging too deep"....not at all. How the CEO handles a little adversity is very pertinent. Address it ?....Yes definately, but do it in a calm, clear, lucid, intelligible manner. Now let's move on....shall we
I agree with your assessment, as to the internet being full of bashers/trolls....pumpers too !
I do however, disagree with your lack of knowledge in regards to the complaints and the ceo's disdain for those who have them. Perhaps you don't recall or he didn't write the letter as previously stated. Either way, it was a poor choice of words, and showed poor judgement. The nobility of the reasons do not justify name calling. Let's move on....shall we
I was just commenting on an earlier post I saw when doing some research
First I like to thank you for both your reply and your insight.
I have gone back further than that(2006). The 1st time this stock spiked, it based at .00015. the second time, it based at around .0003's (a 100% gain ). this time, so far is showing a base at .0095 (a 300 % gain from the previous base ). My point is this.....people are always going to complain about one thing or another. I understand the frustration with dealing with these kinds of issues, however the term "basher" is more of an industry ( stockmarket ) label, and one I would associate with a CEO. Some could consider this an anomoly as to the potential of WNBD, and act as a deterrant for potential investors.
The obvious growth pattern with this stock combined with the companies versitle product line and marketing potential has already been proven.
If he can't take the high road....please don't put in writing, lol.....IMHO
Could somebody explain to me why the CEO OF WNBD, would perceive those with complaints as "BASHERS" ?
Where could one obtain a copy of TOU/TOS RULES?
You right, great product ! Without big pr, will downtrend a bit.....trade sideways until next pr imho. IMO, unless positive sales numbers come out in Jan., next spike won't be until june 2010....hope I'm wrong
Would've been a nice change if WNBD could've held .01 support
GOOD STUFF...IMO SUPPORT LEVELS MAY SETTLE IN A LITTLE LOWER(.006-.007). Then wait for next good pr
WNBD chart history shows this to be very normal for this stock....will spike again.
Rocket,
Why doesn't ERIC PR this info ? I would think this kind of news would attract new investors. your insight would be helpful
SC JOHNSON makes natural resources. yes they do make different products. Have You read the labels....pretty much the same stuff in all of them.
I have in front of me, a bottle of WINNING COLOURS-STAIN REMOVER, And 1 bottle of clean 1-ALL PURPOSE CLEANER. GREAT PRODUCTS both of them....no denying it.
There are currently 2 products at Walmart in 11 states that I have personally verified, and they are : NATURAL RESOURCES made by SC JOHNSON and GREEN WORKS made by I believe CLOROX.
Now I seriously don't believe either would remove oil base paint. but then they don't have instructions to use in a well ventilated area either. We live in an imperfect world. My intentions here was to clarify the fact that winning colours does have competitors, not berate the products or the stock.
I currently own 1.3 mil shares. all invested with profits from other stocks. Price dips and fluctuations to me is part of the natural process and don't concern myself with it. What I am curious about is difference between wamlmart/home depot in Canada and the U.S. is.
I really find that hard to believe...If you;ve tested this product against competitors, I'm sure your vanity would not have allowed you not to make a video
You forgot a few....Krud Kutter, Natural Resources and Green Works. They all have one thing in common though...NA'S with the largest retailers in the U.S. That fact alone makes them competitors. I don't dispute the effectiveness of the products. As I've stated before, I like them. The fact that this product is green....ALL THE BETTER. Put this stuff on the shelves, make it convienent....cause americans love choices. But don't think for a minute that americans care about the enviroment. As an American It shames me to say that because I try to do my part. The fact that this product is green is only a bonus....eventually it will sell....because it works...need an NA THOUGH
Thank you for the commercial. I get it, I've tried and like the product. Let's move on to more important topics regarding wnbd. WNBD has retail accounts with Walmart and Home Depot in Canada. If these retailers are aware of the potential of these products, then why aren't in the U.S. as well. This is an honest question....no witty banter, quips or sarcasm. If you know please share it. To me, how it trades or what it's share price is, is irrelevant at this point and time.....just looking for intelligent insight
