Teffy, how is keeping the shareholders in the dark about O/S a good thing? When you you expect the first penny of revenue? Have they ever had one penny of revenue? How is that good?
Thanks
Ricky
PS Give me fact, not opinions
OK, Teffy, Gime us one legitimate reason why the SP will increase? One LEGITIMATE REASON, NOT AN OPINION.

Aeon's management team has signed non disclosure agreements recently and has subsequently initiated mutual due diligence with a targeted acquisition. Management agreed to a limited quiet period until the final agreements are executed requiring reduced announcements until the quiet period is completed.
That is AEOH, Not GSRE. Ungag GSRE Eberle status before GSRE chokes to death on AEOH' business.
Buying this stock is going to change your net worth. LOL
Hey Rizintide,
It would be interesting to call Tejones, I think they received a letter with a green card attached yesterday from the RRC.
Corpinfo,
On Jan 5, 2009, you issued a PR that stated "During my 6 week stay in Pennsylvania earlier this year, I was able to spend extensive time onsite mapping out our Operation Plans and meeting with key operatives with our well service partners and onsite mangager. Now that we don't have anything holding us back WE CAN START the production of oil as soon as possible and dont't expect it any later then the end of January, " stated Brandon Toth.
On Feb 4, 2009, you issued a PR stating the Crows Run Operational Plan. In this plan, there was an event table that stated "Start of Oil Production for the 27 wells-PENDING "
On you post here, you state
"The main problem was Green Star Energies, Inc. was investing capital into operations on Crows Run and Bialy never transfered the leases as agreed , on top of that the project was discovered to have not been producing when the project was sold to Green Star Energies, Inc. when it was advertised and sold to Green Star Energies, Inc. on that basis."
This is not what you were claiming earlier, in fact, on your Feb 4, 209 release, you were looking for $500,000 to get the field going.
So is the real story about crows run that GSRE never paid the agreed money? I can go pull the Purchase and sale agreement that only requires that the wells are capable of producing, not producing.
teffy boy, This stock is at rock bottom for a reason, there is only one way for it to go and that is up. There is no reason for it to go up, they have no revenue, no assets and GROWING debt. They have never produced one penny of revenue, not one bbl or oil or puff of gas. Fines are probably coming from the RRC, they are not in good standing Corp wise, so why would the share price rise much at all and stay there? Can you give me one bit of positive tangible evidence that there is a reason for this to go up? Maybe I am missing something. We all now know why the Eberle production was kept a secret, because there was none and they could not legally produce it if there were. So, educate me boy, and do not tell me to go look at a manipulated chart. Because this is ROCK BOTTOM.
They only thing to report about GSRE is negative. I also heard that Tejones may have received a letter with green card attached to it today.
Corpinfo,
According to public records and public knowledge of your $100,000 loan for a pipeline, it appears the Eberle well is in debt over $300,000 as of right now. With the well being sealed, is there any hope that GSRE will be able to repay the $300,000? Is so, how long will it be before GSRE will get the benefit of any revenue?
I just read the lease, production cannot cease for no longer than 60 days. Also, there was no extension filed, so not sure if current lease is even valid. Bulldog and Schlumberger both still have liens. Bulldogs is $108,000 and counting because of interest.
I can tell you this, it will be very difficult to keep the Eberle lease valid if it is sealed. It may expire for non production once past the primary term. I will read the lease and let you guys know how many days they may have left.
They will put a numbered seal on the valves at the well head so that the well cannot be opened up and also seals on the tanks so that no oil can be sold.
ISELL, what did you boys do with the $100,000 that was supposed to be used to put in a pipeline?
pro se,
Too bad GSRE is not in good standing. They technically are not protected by the corp veil. They cannot sue anyone and the officers may be personally liable for any actions while not in good standing.
DWB, The already borrowed $100,000 to hook up the gas line. Where did they money go? I already posted the proper procedure on how to produce the well. The pressure is not too great, that is a lie.
has anyone associated with GSRE, TNOG, EDVP or drake gold ever had one penny of revenue for their companies? After 4 or 5 years, wouldnt you think if it was meant to be, there would be some hope?
could someone post any tangible evidence that gsre is for real? The Eberle well is for real and it looks like it may be a liability at this point. Maybe not, but does anyone have any different opinions?
call them for yourself. You have the number.
They sure as heck did not put in a pipeline. Right back to square one, right? I guess they may have to answer that question pretty soon.
Call them and ask for yourself. You dont believe what we post.
I called them, SO what. I found out what I was suspecting.
hey PICKS4U,
I will be glad to meet you in Bastrop and we can go to the Eberle and see if it is producing.
Anyone here on the stockholders committe?
Where did the $100,000 go that they borrowed to hook the Eberle well up? Anyone know what happened to Jim Hale? Or is there even a Jim Hale? How about this Tim guy? or is Tim short for Timberrrrr?
Titan Oil and Gas, Inc. - Eberle #1 Prepares for Connection to the DCP Midstream Pipeline
Titan Oil and Gas Continues in the Second Phase of Its Turnaround, as Its Eberle #1 Is Poised for Connection to DCP Midstream's Gas Pipeline
Apr 30, 2007 10:00:00 AM
SAN ANTONIO, TX -- (MARKET WIRE) -- 04/30/07 -- Titan Oil and Gas, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: TNOG) is pleased to announce that production at its Eberle #1 gas well in Bastrop County, Texas will allow for connection to DCP Midstream's gas pipeline. This arrangement will provide a steady distribution channel and income for the company. DCP Mainstream has been intensifying pipeline development in the area because of recent natural gas recoveries. It is because of this that Titan Oil and Gas has also looked at expanding onto adjoining properties in the area. DCP Midstream is a joint venture of ConocoPhillips and Spectra Energy, which is itself a spin-off of Duke Energy, one of North America's leading power producers with operations and assets in the United States, Canada and Latin America.
Vice President of Communications Brandon Toth related, "The well's connection to the pipeline affords us a steady and reliable income so that we can implement other aspects of the turnaround plan. This has occurred exactly as conceived, we're on the right track." As a key component in the Management Team's forward-looking program, the success of this goal in the phased turnaround process is a major development. As previous operations in July, August and November proved successful, gas production was achieved at approximately 5,000 feet after drilling. The well was determined to be a Taylor Sand Formation, which provides a high quality or "sweet" gas that commands the highest price at market.
"The Bastrop County Project [Eberle #1] was handled with care because there were so many other variables that had to be addressed first so that this would provide maximum benefit to shareholders." This according to President John Marconette in reference to operations started at the Eberle #1, Bastrop County, Texas site in July of 2006. The Eberle #1 site was being developed almost simultaneously as the company was in the midst of leadership changes.
Current partners in the Eberle #1 project include, Tejones Operating Corp. and Oasis Oil and Gas. J.R. Harrison heads Oasis Oil and Gas Corporation, a Houston-based company. Mr. Harrison has been in the petroleum and fuels marketing business for the last 18 years, and has worked with major oil companies such as Exxon Mobil and Shell Oil. Mr. Thomas Gouger III heads Tejones Operating Corporation. Mr. Gouger has been an oil and gas operator for over 25 years in the South Texas area. The company looks forward to continued relationships with these and other partners in a number of future projects.
Oasis Oil, the Partner in the Eberle well, is the same guy who owned Titan Oil and Gas. This seems to be a boys club deal.

Both of the future projects have been drilled and are dry holes.
You can call this number. 210-227-1313. The phones are answered 24 hrs a day, 7 days a week. You will get a call back. The answering service will forward to whoever is on call. Why bother them on a weekend, but if needed, they will return your call if you are that interested.
Hey Dano,
Did you call the RRC to verfy?
here is more proof you are wrong and that info is as of March of last year. Another year has gone by.

Dano,
There is nothing normal about GSRE, TNOG, EDVP AEOH or Drake Gold. The 660,000,000 was years ago before they printed several billion more shares. Remember, Brandon does not report anything to anyone, is not in good standing, so technically does not exist, except to the mullets buying his shares. They are dreaming of getting rich, because Brandon and Clayton lead them on with another exciting significant geological discovery and a huge acquisition on the horizon after this brief quit period. Remember the huge acquisition to be announced right after you signed your proxy for the several billion shares? It never happened. And now the same mullets buying shares want to challenge the State of Texas stating our very own Texas Railroad Commission is not very efficient. The wagons are being circled here in Texas, not a good time to "Mess with Texas".
Mkt boy,
I did forward to the RRC the posts on here of people questioning the efficiency of the Texas Railroad Commission. I am sure they will be happy to answer any questions you may have, please call them.
They can hand out pretty hefty fines for illegally producing or working on a well. They regulate the ability to sell oil and gas, so if you are not in good standing with the RRC, you cannot sell any oil or gas and they do have the authority to make you plug a well. They do not regulate securities, in Texas, the Texas State Securities board does that.
#1 because of the bad publicity is not a good award. LOL Lies exposed is called bashing?
lol sept 08 dude
Corpinfo,
Your press release states that you were on the Eberle well location and it had too much pressure to work on. The 300# that the RRC reports and 400# that Bulldog reports do not support your story. A lot of pressure at this dept would be 3000# or more. That was your story, you were there, cant blame anyone for that lie.
Book em Dano, Why dont you call the RRC and see for yourself. The more emails and phone calls, the quicker the action. Why do you think they wouldnt investigate it? If you go speeding by a highway patrol, who is a government worker, he drops what he is doing and gives you a ticket. The RRC polices Oil and Gas Operators the same way. If you are violating the Rules, they will come after you.
Hey Corpinfo,
You hired a project manager to oversee the Eberle project. Does he have Error & Ommisions insurance? He funded a project without the proper permits.
up .0001 Wooohooo Big deal
Call them and see for yourself. I did. It seems GSRE is to lazy to take care of business.
corpinfo, Are you going to hire a reputable operator?
He always puts the blame or responsibility on someone else. It is you, Brandon Toth, CEO of GSRE who is responsible for having a reputable and diligent operator out there. There is no evidence of this. How do you expect anyone to have any confidence in GSRE is you cannot even hire right people to get the job done. However, it is you, the CEO or GSRE, Brandon Toth who is responsible at the end of the day. GET OFF OF YOUR ASS AND DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT.
