Ok. Sounds good.
Still waiting for a response.
Thankyou,
Lol.
Nah, TXO is in the oil business. Strictly oil and strictly investing in new projects. They don't play games like what occur on message boards.
Besides, even if they do roll the dice, as in roulette, there's a slightly less than 50% chance of winning.
Verbal exchanges take place all the time.
What's important are actions and I see Malcolm is working on them.
I also see more going on w/ the company now than ever and it's a good climate for things with the market going up to ensure president Obama's re-election.
Imo, just a third leg.
Right.
But, please just answer my question.
http://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=70639119
I would appreciate it. Thankyou.
Right, I misspoke. Not confused.
Answer me this-
If Boss can find lots of oil: http://www.bossenergy.com/operations_tas.php?PHPSESSID=23e80a9c3b73ecfd38cd6f0c0b06f8f4
Then why do you say it's unlikely (only a song and prayer) through-out the rest of the basin?
http://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=68295327
Doesn't make sense to me...
Wow,
it's amazing how many hydrocarbons come from this little bugger: http://144.206.159.178/FT/402/11428/219537.pdf
And to think there might be more underneath them?
Golly...
Gosh, I guess the hundreds of millions of prospective barrels of oil doesn't include the Tazmanite shale in payzone #4 Did you forget? So, there is more oil now?
Exactly and thankyou!
The same Tasmanite shale of Latrobe runs directly under Bellvue. Presumably it's the same laurapatine, precambiam system where they extracted oil in the north.
In theory, Empire has it placed at about 1400' from the surface in pay zone #4.
http://www.empireenergy.com/pdf/mosaic_bellevueanticline_bv1d_august2008.pdf
http://www.empireenergy.com/project.php
There are many potential sources of oil in the basin. Nobody has ever drilled past 1600' (approx.) in Tasmania. Like a virgin. How do you know what could possibly fuel Bellvue? For that matter, I believe according to hypotheticals a thin structure of the same Tasmanite shale as the retorted shale from Latrobe lies below Bellvue
Well, from source rocks in northern Tasmania which is the younger part of the basin they derived viable quantities of oil and found butimen in Launceston. In the south, where the age of the basin is older there is gas found in 3 wells w/ 70% methane (natural gas) which is geologically specific to the maturation process of petrochemicals.
Seems reasonable to speculate oil is somewhere in between.
Here's a little help with my theory.
http://www.google.com/url?sa=D&q=http://www.geotech.org/survey/geotech/Oil.pdf&usg=AFQjCNFRawX3ppZ44o0_fhbNJKUjGfNWBQ
Please feel free to inquire if you need more info.
I thought you might like that.
I guess I refined it abit though, huh?
Well, it seems to me w/ the more liquid gas in the south of the basin and retorted shale in the north reasonably there's oil in the middle.
In fact, The company found gas at Shittum and was flaring it til MRT had them seal off the well.
The found gas at Shittum.
Maybe she'll buy it when it's 5 bucks.
Gulp,
Oh no! Not that drzedded 5.4(b)
Not just the "diamond in the rough" but quite like the "little gem" wouldn't you say with the companys "authority to do the exploration" with the what?
(a) the budget
(b) 45 million
Geez, and kinda puts all the so-called silliness in a box, eh?
And oh boy, I can hear Mr. Ochipintti now:
"Sure, c'mon in gentlemen!"
Agreed.
Like I said, SmartWin breached the contract and defaulted on the JV...
In plain view, barefaced, big as life, clearcut, conspicious, crystal clear, discernable, distinct, evident, glaring...
Undubitable, make no bones, manifest, marked, noticable, observable, open and shut, out in the open, overt, palpable, perceivable, plain and under one's nose...
No, you're statement is an "extraordinary misrepresentation"
What part of "and agree" don't you understand?
Any more doubts? Go to 5.4 REPRESENTATIONS
You can put all the fluff on you desire but "shyster's legalistic machinations, too-clever-by-half chicanery or some devious legal loophole" have nothing to do with my post which was a mere interpretation of the contract documents and not PR's.
My point cooberates the counsel's and bolsters the arguement of SmartWins indifference to the contract.
Feeling a little spunky now, huh crazy?
So c'mon, do you think Mr. Batista would be funding 100% of the cross complaint for 50% percent of the proceeds if there was no money judgment?
Yes, great news!
A very critical point that Mr. Batista asserts and wherein I agree and state that "SmartWin defaulted again"...is on the fact that there was indeed a "JOINT VENTURE"
A fact wherein that yes, SmartWin defaulted on the joint venture!
As such, the MOU states:
(5.1) The parties agree to a full joint venture ... no later than Oct. 15, 2008.
(5.2) SmartWin held the following (3) available options until Oct. 15th, 2008:
(a) enter into the J.V. w/ 50% equity...
(b) enter into the J.V. amortized...
(c) opt out of "the joint venture"
Therefore, by signing the MOU it is not only verbatum but certainly implied that a joint venture was created and that SmartWin could opt out of the joint venture until October 15, 2008. Obviously, since they did not notify Empire to avail themselves of the (3) options in: 5.2(a) or (b), then 5.1 and 5.2(c) applies by default ( see: 5.3 (c)) which states SmartWin could opt out of the then existing joint venture which certainly was created on October 15, 2008.

Couple the facts above with SmartWins breach and it's a HUGE problem for SmartWin and good news for you!
Geez,
Oh, but it DOES exist.
Oh, how I love the English language.
Maybe, that's what SmartWins problem is?
Sleep on it.
Hey pitts,
So you're clear on this, Yes, it's true. I stated: "I'm thinking... SmartWin defaulted again, BIGTIME"
If you want to take it as fact you can do so if you choose. If not, that's you're choice, as well.
But, understand you might want to seriously consider verifing ( for yourself) my statements before alleging that I'm putting out false information which are, of course my opinions. I find such attacks contentious.
However, as such, I will not knowingly mislead anyone pertaining to public information readily availabe to everyone in relation to the company. Also, I do not portend to have any "inside information." Nor, do I have any.
Moreover, when you state that a previous statement (by a poster) "of default by SmartWin was shown to be untrue" is indeed not a true statement as I discussed previously w/ you at length.
Likewise, I'm stating again that: SmartWin defaulted again, BIGTIME"
Meaning: More than once.
Appararently, imo, they are some sort of bumbling outfit.
Wait a second here...
Did I say that "Smartwin defaulted again, BIGTIME!" was in the press release?
Please do not scew my words.
Furthermore, I'm working on the GTL issue too that apparently now becomes more relevant.
And finally, I'm actually glad that definitive financing hasn't been published yet. I would'nt be able to load up as I am. Also, besides enjoying re-reading it, that post has lot's of great info!
Nice, all that?!!
Plus, to think that Smartwin defaulted again, BIGTIME!...
Whoohoo, I'm gettin' another 45 k first thing!
Hey, how come the drill truck on this board is moving now?
Is it changing or could it just be the gas from a leak?
Me?
Miss the point?
Yea, they were probably deleted with the results of the seismic research, huh?
Why just drill a hole anywhere.
How's that?
Nah, I guess it was flared off. Abundant supply around though, it seems...
Really could use that GTL 'bout now, eh?
No worries...
I just found out that through recent pressure testing that I guess it works just fine.
Sorry I can't post the results.
Does anybody know if its safe to pass gas through the existing pipe?
Very nice post batting, c'mon 2012!
Ha, Laughmatics 101!
I think my post clearly refers to what I'm "talking about"
'Er, and I appreciate the offer of assistance but in order to prevent any confusion about the company or my words I'll keep that explanation in house, thankyou.
Malcolm is SMARTLY keeping MRT out of the fray but legitimately in his quiver if need be.
I must applaud him actually. I would do the same.
