Nope wasn't me. And I knew this morning they were going to shake it. There was a bid at .0172 for 200k. It's been there for three weeks. It got hit once with 1000 shares and once with 300 shares but the 198700 remained for the entire three weeks. This morning that bid was gone.
I would guess F&F or insider meaning we are probably getting close to filings.
I'm still very optimistic about the future here.

They have repeatedly misled and I believe, as I have said many times, this is by design. They have a five year plan and that five years is coming up next month. Why would they tell us almost 4 weeks ago 3/8/24 that they were finalizing their financials and then no word since? Maybe to see if any of us were ready to dump. I don't know. But at the same time, they have put over 1.3 million of their own money in while never diluting. If they wanted to dilute they never would have chosen the VHSC shell as there was no aged debt that carried into MVNT. They really can't dilute as there is no instrument for conversion.
I think they have been focused on growing their business and developing the new technology that would feed the company. They have never cared what the PPS is and still don't. This is way far from typical OTC mentality. Yeah the wait has been frustrating but I still believe will be well worth the wait. MVNT 24

Not necessarly the case. When volume comes into Movement, they will let it run and even cover their shorts to make it run harder. 20 million dollar loss means nothing to these guys. They do almost 2 billion a day in just the OTC. That's not counting big boards. Imagine doing Trillions of dollars in transactions every day. These guys could lose a billion here, and they'll just go steal it elsewhere. Means nothing to them.
I once found the volume numbers for the DTCC. If i rememer correctly it was somewhere around 10 Quadrillion for that quarter. Think about that. LOL

True, but it just goes against what the stock market was intended to be. Just take DJT for instance. One day of trading and there is already a 13% short position after one day. This is manipulation plain and simple. Watch it trade today. For every trade the goes off at the bid or the ask, there are 25-30 trades that go off inbetween. Those are shorts. Dark pools already involved after not even two days of trading. LOL

Because right now their objective is to hold the price down because they are short. So if you hit the ask they fill you lower. They create that short either way but filling you lower they accomplish their objective and also discourage folks thinking it will go up. MM's are straight crooks.
Considering the BIG picture, We don't even need MM's anymore. Back in the day of paper certs they were a necessity. But now, in the digital age, the only reason we have MM's is because wall street is in the politicians pocket book. Citidel is notorious for corruption. They pay hundreds of millions of dollars in fines every quarter to Finra and SEC, but they don't care because their corrupt practices net them billions in profits. Naked shorting is way out of hand.
Crypto has already proven we don't need them. Every share and fractional share can be assigned a digital ID where a company could know exactly how many share are truly outstanding. As it is today, The AS and OS really mean nothing. Hopefully one day we can clean up the markets and make them retail friendly again, but until then Retail will continue to be screwed by the large brokeredge houses and hedge funds.
