no, we weren't led to believe anything about the A/S, they said they were going to reduce the O/S by 3 billion, they never mentioned anything about the A/S and if they reduce the A/S down to 2 billion then this is massive news...

yeah, pretty incredible... this is my 5th year in the POS OTC market and I finally landed on terra firma with a REAL winner... when this get current status, it will finally dispel all the fear from the sideliners...

no seriously, I never wanted to make a prediction of .01 before chill removed, it was more of a joke around kinda thing, now this stock that I got into based on a chart play is starting to look like its going to the penny stock of 2014...

and now it can consolidate here til the CE and DTCC is removed for all I care, anything more is a bonus to me... who knows what heights the whales will take this to when all brokers are open for INCC business and we get 100 mill+ volume days...
