Yawn! sure is quiet around here but atleast everybody isn't running for the exit door. I put in a small buy at .0045 just to test the waters, so far no fill. anyone hear any good rumors?
shares are cheap today. placed a buy at .005 and it filled in less than a minute.
shares were tight today, I had a bid in at .0053, no fill
thanks for posting this. did a quick check of the 20 stocks listed on the hot boards on start page. 5 had AH trades, 3 of them were a large number of shares.
mike, the difference in yesterdays trading is all small trades were shown as sells, and before anyone tells me that they could have been buys at the bid let me say that for the last two weeks I have kept a buy at the bid and it hasn't filled. I did buy 50,000 at .0056 when the bid was .0055 but that was posted as a buy.
sure looks like a shakeout to me. and the 64,000 dollar question is, if the company is dumping like many feel, why try to shake out more shares???
did anyone look over todays trades? who sells {or buys} 5,000 shares of a sub penny stock?
no trades in almost two hours, this is the strangest stock I have ever seen. 1.3 mil in reg hours yesterday then nothing today.
well, another day without a fill at the bid, this time 50,000 shares. maybe tomorrow I'll try .0053 and see what happens.
thats my belief too, just didn't want to exite some of the posters here. if the buyers dry up maybe they will put out a PR, if its more fluff we will know the truth.
they keep dropping the ask, SOMEBODY must have some shares to sell but so far nobodys biteing.
only 60,000 shares traded so far, not like its a lot of sellers. I have noticed they do this every day.
I've got a question for the traders here. I have seen posts here and on other sites about buying shares at the bid. I figured I would give it a try, so this week I kept a small buy order [20,000 shares] at the bid, moved it when ever the bid changed. well, after 5 days, no fill. any one have an idea why? could it be the trades people talk about were actually a down tick on the ask? or was it on days after a run when the MM had shares they bought cheaper? just trying to figure out why some say they do it but I can't.
I trade thru E trade if that means anything.
i have been in stocks where an increase in float through a PP was seen as good thing, usually the money was needed to finance major expansion and the company now having the funds was seen as a positive. IF HFBV is selling through the mm's like many suspect then IMHO no, it is never a good thing as the shares are out there competing for buyers and slows down any gains, also PP's usually have time restrictions on them. it also tells alot about how the company stands when they can't find any investors willing to buy into a PP.
I googled BB listing requirements, no min. share price, must be fully reporting, atleast 100 shareholders, no blackboard companies, directors and officers will be scrutinised for involvement with blackboard companies. atleast one MM.
should be easy enough to do.

there must be some product safeguards or label regs. like the can deposits required in some states.
does anyone know what rules or regulations HFBV must comply with to distribute the products in a new area? even if the new areas just rubber stamp existing info it all takes time.
got a reply, well, sort of. sent an email to hfbv asking if product is available thru apple rush or bevco. also asked about share structure. their reply- when product becomes available we will announce it in a PR. so, I have to read that as a no, product is not available yet. no mention of share structure. well, atleast they answered.
my take on todays PR, great news if they follow through, probably released prematurly to stop the bleeding.
IMHO hydropower could possibly be a bigger seller than AD, personaly I don't care for energy drinks but I drink vitamin water quite a bit. theres a pilot about 25 miles from me, would like to see it on shelves and try it.
thanks for clearing that up deadhead, guess I need level 2.
AH 1,382,285 at .056 IF they are sells {dillution} that would put the sells for the day at 3,927,604. thats more than 5 times the buys for the day??? this doesn't make any sense!!
according to I hub, buys 741,934 sells 2,545,319
why are the MM's acumulating so many shares without dropping the price??
thats the number it HAS been, looks like they now need to update to show the new amount.
actually there are a number of posibilities, MM's painting the trading is one, just hide buys or sells to steer the trading in the direction you want it to go.
another posibility is naked short covering from days past, we have all read articles about hedges naked shorting companies out of existance. the history of hfbv looks like a clasic example of just that, a small startup company, bad press, rapid decrease in price, looked like its going under, no problem for the naked shorters, the stock would go to zero and nobody would know. but the company fought back, filed lawsuits against its old PR firm and others, changed its name and hired a new hotshot ceo. now it looks like they might make it, but what about the millions of bogus shares? simple, just buy them back for fractions of a penny and with the help of the mm,s they vanish.
remember this is pennyland, the wild wild west of stockmarkets, anything goes.
I'm not saying they should answer the phone 24-7. what I said was the message said the mail box was full and I couldn't even leave a message. I did get to leave one with PM but as of now, no return, and no returns on 2 e-mails sent in the past 2 days.
anybody at HFBV working ? ? ? ?
just tryed to call their office, got a message that the mail box was full and unable to except calls at this time.
hope you have better luck with AR than I am having with HFBV, e-mailed them twice with no response.
thanks for the update, this is great news. guess we can read into the other part that they aren't diluting.
