Right! But this not a mid cap company it's a small cap. And 20m is huge...
What we are witnessing is shorting/naked, at it's ugliness....Great companies prevail...
Would love to see earnings posted before market opens.......Only if their good......
1..Solar 3d is the 1st company to consolidate the industry by buying great companies that are profitable, owning and operating these companies under the SLTD umbrella, or confederation of companies...Thus becoming a super competitor...There is a consolidation happening in the installation industry, and SLTD is leading it..
2..SLTD projects these companies will grow by 100% per year as they continue to penetrate the huge market in CA, AZ, and continue to gain market share with their unique business model.
3..Along with the tremendous forecast of growth for these 3 companies, SLTD will add layers via new acquisitions which will also continue to add growth ...Thus becoming that super competitor....
4...The cell!!! The wildcard...The unknown that could add an enormous amount of net revenue....IF???? It works, and can be manufactured on a large scale not be cost prohibited...
Did i miss anything??
Thank You...
Anyone know Jim's email? I'm right outside of Philly and will go to the conference if i can meet up with him. I e-mailed IR with no response...
Willing to take a day off from work if i can have 10 minutes with him, but if not.....I'll stay home and just listen to the cc
You read romance novels????I'm disappointed in you...And also disappointed you haven't posted in a coons age
By the way alex...thanks for sharing...
So they extended the closing of elite 30 days
Yes..... i bought from 1.25 down to 1.15....
Morning Alex.....I can't imagine earnings will disappoint.....JN has been sticking to his projections, and recently said via interview he expects to blow through 2015 projections....
And we only have 1 quarter left after Thursday report to achieve JN's lofty statement..
IMO.....After numerous green days pps is taking a pause. I'm expecting/hoping one more leg down to the low 3's in which time i will buy for a day trade.
Expecting green by eod....imo
As far as revenues, what sold me to go all in was JN's last interview. He said he expects organic growth to double year after year, and then layered with further acquisitions.
So if we do 40 Million this year (low end), add 20 million for Elite moving forward, by the time warrants are ready to expire this is a 960 million dollar company, which excludes any further acquisitions.....
I used $20 pps as an example...With above revenue that number will be blown out of the park...imo
What are we expecting 3rd quarter revenues to be?
Yea...My rational was simple math. 1000 shares of sltd cost $3200....With that same money you purchase 2700 warrants at $1.25
At expiration date the common is say at $20....So your value is 20k
If you held the 2700 warrants you send the company $ 13,100 to exercise warrants. So you now own 2700 shares of common worth 54,000 minus the $13,100..
Your value is $41,000 ....double the value if you just held the shares.
If one plans on long term strategy, as i do then it does not matter what the warrants trade at. All that matters is where the common trades
Well i just converted all my share to warrants at $1.25...Couldn't resist
My plan is to exercise warrants in 2020.(Lord willing I'm still alive)...Sell 80k worth to pay for exercising,, and let the rest grow
Thank you...Much appreciated..
Alex...In your opinion when in the next 4 1/2 years does the expiration of these warrants start to have a negative impact on price? Thx
For its last reported 12-month period, Betterware reported net revenue of approximately $36 million.
Just curious...Why would they report (net) revenue, and not gross. 36 million may be after commissions, ect,,...?

CVSL ACQUIRES BETTERWARE, LTD.
ACQUISITION CREATES STRONG POSITION
IN U.K. DIRECT MARKET
Dear CVSL Investor:
CVSL has just announced the acquisition of UK direct-to-consumer company Betterware, Ltd.
The acquisition was announced by CVSL Vice Chairman John Rochon Jr. This makes Betterware the tenth company to become part of CVSL and gives CVSL a commanding presence in the UK home shopping market.
The press release is as follows (Click here to read on the CVSL website):
(Dallas, TX, October 15, 2015) -- CVSL Inc. [NYSE MKT: CVSL] has acquired 100% of Betterware Ltd., a United Kingdom-based direct-to-consumer company, making Betterware the tenth company to become part of CVSL and giving CVSL a commanding presence in the U.K. home shopping market.
CVSL’s Vice Chairman and Chief Financial Officer John Rochon Jr. noted that there are significant similarities between Betterware and Kleeneze, another well-known U.K. direct-to-consumer company, which CVSL acquired in March. “These two famous brands and their sales networks will remain separate, while we expect major synergies in the operations of the two companies that we believe will yield efficiencies and improve profitability for both. The sales networks and customers of both companies should benefit.”
“With Kleeneze and Betterware side by side within CVSL, we have a powerful position in the U.K. home shopping market. With both of these two established consumer growth brands in the CVSL portfolio, we expect to have a total sales network of about 13,000 people in the U.K. market, making us a major income opportunity creator in the U.K. and Ireland,” he said.
“Having Betterware and Kleeneze together inside CVSL should give us an excellent platform for expansion into other European markets,” added Mr. Rochon.
With about 5,000 distributors, Birmingham-based Betterware conducts business throughout the U.K. and Ireland. Customers order through distributors as well as by phone and online. Betterware transacts about five million customer orders every year.
For its last reported 12-month period, Betterware reported net revenue of approximately $36 million.
Betterware has been one of the U.K.'s most successful home shopping companies since 1928. Best known for its extensive houseware and home care cleaning products, its range has grown over the years in response to customers' needs and includes gifts, personal care and beauty, as well as outdoor and electrical products.
“Joining the CVSL family represents a great opportunity for Betterware,” said Rob Way, Managing Director of Betterware. “This will open an exciting new chapter in our company’s long and storied history. We are eager to make the most of this alliance and believe the efficiencies to be gained will be very good for our distributors and their customers.”
Been long for a few years. haven't posted for a while as there has been little to be excited about.....Things seem to be turning
Still hold my shares and still loom forward to a prosperous future
Noted...Fresno council needs 5 affirmative votes for MD bid approval...We sink or swim in a week.....
Hoping that what JN meant when he said via email they have (might) a plan to deal with shorts means he's lining up some major institutional involvement.......At least wishful thinking on my part
Anyone know when the Q is due
Any ideas when they plan to release replay of CC? Thanks
No reason to insult maggots...by comparison..
We should stop watching the day to day price fluctuations and just wait for the 2nd QT numbers to come out which will drive this to new highs...
What JN is trying to tell us in these PR's is Solar 3D's reputation is growing exponentially along with revenues....
chiink. When i read your post that was my 1st and only conclusion...
However post 46685 has given me a different perspective on your post that never entered my mind....
Based on your analogy the cell is a dog. That a manufacturer would only be interested if desperate......
You could be right, but what does that say about our world changing, barrier breaking technology.....
What did Jim say on the cc?
"When we go up against the competition...Were very good" ..(paraphrased)
I'm much more bullish in PPS within the next 12 months. There is a reason JN suggested his goal for 2015 was 100 million in revenue. I know he didn't give guidance to these numbers but I believe he is expecting to acquire 1 to 2 more companies, that added to the 45 million he has given as guidance too, will bring us to that magic number.....
So with that said I'm expecting between $10 and $20 PPS by mid 2016....imo
Shout out to NYJETS1016........Dont like your football team by appreciate info you shared with the board.....Thank you sir...
Beware of wolves in sheeps clothes...
We are confident that the results generated by this system implementation will resonate throughout both the development and solar industries, by providing cost savings while increasing energy efficiencies.”
I guarantee Jim is low balling 2015 revenues of 40 to 45 million. He is only forecasting what he knows he'll be able to accomplish. I would add another 10 to 20% to that forecast without additional M&A's
I would find it very hard to believe that after pounding the "tremendous solar(3) growth mantra" he would putout disappointing earnings for the 1st quarter...
This is why I'm a shareholder and have increased position at lower prices
"We are one of the fastest growing direct-to-consumer companies in the world. We intend to continue our growth and climb even higher on the Global 100 in the years to come."
PJC....I need to apologize for my post the other day. No need for me to stoop to gutter trash talk over a stock.
Honestly i wish the PPS was back up to the $8 To $10 range but it is what it is for now.
I will add that your feud is with Scott and not CVSL shareholders. And Scott doesn't represent CVSL anymore....
