So what is your deal, I think it is relavant information, and would like to know what it is. And therefore my friend that is why I asked Mark. If you do not care about the information then ignore when I post the answer.

Float
What Does Float Mean?
The total number of shares publicly owned and available for trading. The float is calculated by subtracting restricted shares from outstanding shares.
Also known as "free float". Investopedia explains Float
For example, a company may have 10 million outstanding shares, but only seven million are trading on the stock market. Therefore, this company's float would be seven million.
Stocks with small floats of less than seven million shares tend to be a lot more volatile than others.
LOL...LOL...LOL you are so funny!
Exactly! And in the past Jared or Marc has released the float, so I was just asking for that information. From what it sounds though there may be more information avaliable tomorrow.
This is an email from Marc so why all the shouting (capital letters)...chill out.
I was updating the board with the information I got from Mark from EESO. And I was checking if power_foward was being given the correct info from the TA.
I think that the float is important information as it can predict certian things. I am glad that the information with be fully given to the TA tomorrow according to Mark.
I talked to Mark today and he mentioned that all information has not been given to the TA yet. Here is what he said:
Date: Tue, 10 Mar 2009
From: mark@enzymeconsultants.com
I don't have that number right off and Jared is in Michigan today--- But that should be available with everything else once the TA is fully in place (I believe tomorrow is the big day finally).
Best,
Mark

The TA is not gagged at all--- I'm shocked that they even said that--- they are a new TA and are awaiting a few docs from the old TA before they are authorized to release info. This should be done by Wednesday and that point they should be releasing everything that the old one did.
Best,
Mark
Original Email Questions:
I asked what the current float was and if the TA was gagged like power_foward said.
This is nice...lets keep it slow and steady and move nice and high, no drmatic increases. Lets keep the flippers out of this one. And this time lets keep it up there.
This just proves how much the MM's were holding it down. Can you say manipulation! Now we start moving to the true value that EESO should be at! Up Up Up!
you will see that that is noted in a sticky, I will also post that info about the stock splis in the ibox.
Yes, but there is one other step, get on the OCTBB and get off the STINKY PINKS! EESO is better than the Pinks, so until those 3 years come, get on the OTCBB with audited financials. There is a huge stigma for companies that are on the Pinks, we don't need that for EESO.
NO Reason at all Jared should not at least uplist to OTCBB and get last years financials audited...then it is only 2 years until we can be on the NASDAQ. It is worth the time and money. And audited financials will not cost that much or break teh piggy bank...especially with teh projected revenues for 2009. (Which I think will be exceeded)
OTCBB Requirements

Overview of the OTC Bulletin Board
The OTC Bulletin Board®(OTCBB) is a regulated quotation service that displays real-time quotes, last-sale prices, and volume information in over-the-counter (OTC) securities. An OTC equity security generally is any equity that is not listed or traded on NASDAQ® or a national securities exchange. OTCBB securities include national, regional, and foreign equity issues, warrants, units, American Depositary Receipts (ADRs), and Direct Participation Programs (DPPs).
Listing Requirements
The OTCBB is not an issuer listing service, market or exchange. Although the OTCBB does not have any listing requirements per se, to be eligible for quotation on the OTCBB, issuers must remain current in their filings with the SEC or applicable regulatory authority. Market Makers will not be permitted to begin quotation of a security whose issuer does not meet this filing requirement. Securities already quoted on the OTCBB that become delinquent in their required filings will be removed following a 30 or 60 day grace period if they do not make their required filing during that time. A fifth character of "E" in a security's trading symbol is used to denote securities that FINRA believes are delinquent in their required filings; securities so denoted will be removed from the OTCBB after the applicable grace period expires. Note that an issuer can request review of the decision to remove the issuer’s securities by an independent hearings panel. Additional information regarding that process can be found in our FAQs. To provide evidence of compliance with the filing requirement, contact the OTCBB Issuer Filings Department. For more information regarding the eligibility requirements for the OTCBB, refer to Rule 6530.
Certification of Disclosure in Companies' Quarterly and Annual Reports
Please be aware that OTCBB issuers are subject to many of the provisions of the Sarbanes-Oxley Act of 2002 (the "Act"), some of which are now in effect. In particular, please be aware that the certification requirements mandated by Section 302 of the Act are now in effect and issuers that are found not to be in compliance with these requirements subject their securities to removal from the OTCBB on the basis that the issuer is delinquent in its required filings with the SEC or applicable regulatory authority.
As explained elsewhere on this web site, to be eligible for quotation on the OTCBB, issuers must remain current in their filings with the SEC or applicable regulatory authority.
For more information on the requirements of Section 302 of the Act please refer to the following:

Final Rule:
Certification of Disclosure in Companies' Quarterly and Annual Reports

What are the listing requirements for the OTCBB?
Although the OTCBB does not have any listing requirements per se, to be eligible for quotation, companies must remain current in their filings with the SEC or applicable regulatory authority. Market makers will not be permitted to begin quotation of a security on the OTCBB when a company does not meet this filing requirement.
http://www.venturelawcorp.com/listing_requirements_OTCBB.htm
The stated and un-stated listing requirements for the OTCBB are as follows:
fully reporting with the Securities and Exchange Commission,
not a black check or inactive company,
minimum of 40 stockholders of record holding at least 100 shares each (note: this number is informal and has been moving up),
directors, officers, and stockholders will be scrutinized for previous involvements in other OTCBB companies, in particular blank check companies,
must have a market maker submit 15c211 application to NASD and agree to act as market maker for securities of company.
why 3 years? that is a long time.
I am not sure, I am not too familiar with this. Thanks to anyone for any input.
Hey ZNSTATED,
Just a quick questions, why would a CEO not allow the float to be released from the TA. I don't think we have anything to worry about, and I trust EESO. However that would give us a tremendous amount of transparency. Just a question. I appreciate any thoughts.
The prrof of what is going on is up there including the RS. If there is other information you would like up there please let me know.
I agree nothing will come close to that day.
I think I have the same faith as you, however these type of days test it.
Well Jared mentioned that he wants to uplist...I assume he wants to get audited financials. I am not sure why Mark stated that, you should email him if you want a clarification. I believe Jared will do what is right
The manipulation here is sickening. EESO deserves better than this! It is sad, Jared has less control right now over this PPS than the MM's.
I am sure he will do something soon to combat them soon, I have faith. I hope the MM's rot in H*ll!
That feels better getting a little anger out. Still no shares sold...staying long (as long as Jared gets a handle on this)!
Lol...oh ok...I thought you misunderstood my message.
Excuse me look back at my posts, I am not trying to spread scare tactics. Totally opposite I think there can be some good news when the float is released IMO. So before you go accusing me of scare tactics check out who you are talking about.
Been here very long and support EESO, that is if they continue to do what is in the best interest for teh shareholders.
the O/S is the first important information to know.
I want to know what the Float is because I think Jared has continued to buyback and I want to know how many. I hope there will be some good news when we see the float.
oh ok...float is what I want to know.
yeah, but what I dont get about L2 is it is consistantly changing why does support at one second mean much the next second. There is major manipulation combine with people selling off.
This Company is WAYYYYYY better than this, come on get off the pinks!
Is this confirmed? Last time I checked yesterday, the TA was still waiting on complete information from Jared and would most likely get it today.
and why do you think that...just curious.
That is something people on this board should ask Mark. If you ant to send him an email see below:
mark@enzymeconsultants.com
No problem
No problem, the PPS will shortly follow. Hopefully we will be off Pinks soon so the hard work by management and rev dictates the PPS. EESO and the longs definitely deserve it.
Hey I touched base with Mark from EESO about a couple questions that were raised during discussions and he emailed me back, see email below:
Date: Sun, 1 Mar 2009 23:38:21 -0500
From: mark@enzymeconsultants
1) We will have an attorney verify the financials which should put us at 'current reporting' status on pinksheets.com
2) Q3 included an abnormally high order toward long-term relationship and this should be exceeded in 2009 by much of our work including the wow green licensing agreement
3) I hope answer #1 helps with this...he may never get 'audited' financials as they are costly and verified financials usually carry weight that should support investor confidence and company transparency. As for the pink sheets- many respectable companies like Volkswagon, Nestle and Heineken are or were Pink Sheet companies---they are all as good or as bad as the management team that carries them.
Best,
Mark
Original Questions I Asked Him
1.Jared mentioned that the financials would be verifiable. Does that mean by an accounting firm or just by the companies?
2.Why is there a big dip from 3rd Quarter Sales to 4th Quarter Sales?
3.When is Jared planning to have audited financials and hopefully uplist so we can let the revenues dictate the PPS instead of Market Makers. This is a real Company and is better that the Pink Board?
now do we sell at that price or mark it up?
are they the same prices that are on the business suite?

MM's manipulating...thats why JARED NEEDS TO GET OFF THE PINKS!
hey drifter.
can you please pm me your email...or oneinmillion. I NEED to email you something and get your opinion
Why would they buy back now...come on its simple...20M shares now are $300K if it hits 5 cents $1M and up and up.
I would do it now at a discouted price. Buy more for less!
a R/M of what?
I agree, and like I said before the cost is not going to be that much, but the reward of audited financial will be huge!
Yes we did he stated that they would not be audited, however they DID say that they would verifiable. What does that mean?
I for one trust the numbers, but there will be a lot out there that lose confidence or people that bash based on the fact that he stated they would be verifiable. We can not give any fire power to people that wish to bring the price down.
One last thing that is good though is Jared will soon get the Pink status to "current". Still we need to get off the pink exchange.
I want the management, revenue, and verifiable projections to dictate the PPS, not the MM's or someone else! The EESO PPS shoudl be higher now, plain and simple! Why is it not...manipulation IMO!
I am still not selling a share, but other people may.
Not enough! I hope he will not do that...or if he does I hope its a lot higher.
I think a reverse is not the answer and I think he knows that, I think he will just buyback shares to get to that level. At least I hope so, thats what he should do.
