(IMO) PCLI is not going anywhere....if may progress at a slower crawl than we like, but Bruce didn't have to file that 10k on time and could have let "his" baby sink. If he's willing to fight it out and give us hope, then I can stay stong and give my support as a shareholder in that he may- "just may prevail". (JMO)

Hmm, you bought when expectations were high and even when it was here at the sub-pennies? You are not selling for tax write off's, which means you are in the very same boat as the rest of us (Tax write off at the worse)?

Ok, I've re-read so many articles now- but I'm pretty sure that what I was recalled was from the lst 40+ Q/A? See Q/A# (5) and then (21), but it's all still a good read. (IMO)

He actually referred to the (Annual 10K) not the 10Q as I see, but I'm certain that the 10Q finacials will reflect a better gross margin as well- to reflect a positive trend. (JMO)

Someone asked a question as to when the "e" will be removed- See below:

"Once we file the 10-K, we expect the E to be removed within a few days. From what we understand, the 10-K would have to go unfiled for at least a month before further action would be taken by NASDAQ. Obviously, our intention is to file the 10-K ASAP. Also ....now any Partner or any other interested party has access to the numbers and can analyze the probability of a buyout or a merger!!!

Releasing the 10K on-time was very important and re-assures any company that may have been looking at PCLI for those and more reasons. (JMO)

Were all pushed to the edge of sanity, but the bottom line is that anyone truly invested is in the same boat as the next.

We're all down a good sum of money. I feel Bruce is honestly doing all he can and again tells us share holders all he can legally.

It's good to see him come thru in desperate times and to me it is just matter of time before he hits one out of the ball park..........May be a while, but I'm sittin tight.

We still need to get back on track with the rollout, which Bruce mentioned could very well be delayed or worse due to Mr. Knolls departure :(

I'm looking at the PPS as either Inflated or deflated in the abscense of news or a PR... It can go lower or higher and just reflects anticipation or expectation (one way of the other. (JMO)

Those finacials are very important and will show that regardless of current events- Bruce is still on top of things and still moving on the forward path (in compliance). (JMO)

We need Action, Info, the Retailer, better financing and the list goes on. I stay calm only knowing that no matter how much I scream, yell, call, post, rant, sell or buy.....that the pace of progress will not change for PCLI in any aspect of implementing their business plan.

I honestly feel this is a long play, but that it may very well also pay off in the short term quite nicely?? (JMO) I can't call the CEO demanding answers- My ego is not that big I do know that future investers will not spend more than 2 minute here once reading many of the posts of late (JMO).....so tell me how that helps any of our cause? Or atleast those that are truly invested in PCLI?
