ActionView International, Inc. Announces Weigh-In for April 3rd WCFC Live Event
MURRIETA, Calif., March 30, 2010
GLOBE NEWSWIRE
ActionView International, Inc. (Pink Sheets:AVEW) and its wholly owned MatchFights LLC subsidiary today announced that the weigh-in for the April 3, 2010 World Championship Full Contact (WCFC) event will be held on April 2, 2010 at A Bar Named Sue at 3928 South Highland Drive in Salt Lake City, Utah. The WCFC event will be held the following evening at 7:00 pm local time at The Rail Event Center in Salt Lake City.
MatchFights delivers the most exciting brand of full contact fighting under its World Championship Full Contact banner. MatchFights' events are broadcast live to a worldwide audience over the Internet, and revenue is derived from pay-per-view buys.
Doors open for the weigh-in at 6:00 pm local time, and the public weigh-in event is scheduled to begin at 7:00 pm local time. In addition to the fighters on the WCFC card, attendees at the weigh-in are expected to include ActionView Director and 3-time world boxing champion Tony "The Tiger" Lopez. The card consists of two main event bouts and six main cards fights, with fighters that range from flyweight to light heavyweight classifications.
"We encourage anyone who is in the Salt Lake City area and who are either attending the WCFC event or subscribed to watch via the Internet to also attend the weigh-in on Friday night," said Johnny Riche, head of LBH Productions, which is producing the event. "This will be a unique opportunity to see the fighters and experience the excitement and energy that the WCFC is expected to generate."
There are two main event fights on the April 3rd fight card, one matching Jordan "They Call Me Mr." Smith, who appeared as a contestant on Season 11 of "The Ultimate Fighter," fighting against "The Slim Shady of MMA," Nick Rossborough, who has also appeared on the "The Ultimate Fighter" show, in a middleweight contest. The other main event match-up will pit Steve "Razor" Sharp, with a professional record of 25 wins and 10 losses, against Dave Castillo, who has a professional record of 7 wins and only 1 loss, in a lightweight bout.
On the main card, Sean "The Real OC" O'Connell, with a professional record of 7 wins and 3 losses, will fight Dwight Parker, who has a professional record of 7 wins and 2 losses, at a catch weight of 195 pounds. At a catch weight of 180 pounds, "Mad" Mike Arrant (6 wins and 7 losses) will fight Casey Barnum (3 wins and 5 losses). Scotty Casey (8 wins and 1 loss) is matched up with Ty Hamblin (8 wins and 8 losses) at a catch weight of 160 pounds. In the lightweight division, Eddie "The Plague" Pelczynski (13 wins and 6 losses) will square off against Lucas Montoya (2 wins and 2 losses), and Jamie "Boogie" Anton (5 wins and 6 losses) will fight John Walser (6 wins and 3 losses). Flyweight Trevor Mellen (5 wins and 1 loss) will fight Jai "The Tazmanian Devil" Santos (4 wins and 1 loss).
Fans can sign up for the pay-per-view broadcast at www.WCFC.com, and tickets to attend the live show can be purchased through a link at www.WCFC.com, through all Smith's Tix locations (www.smithstix.com), at The Rail Event Center box office, or by phone at 888-310-4620. Based on early ticket sales and interest level, the company is currently expecting the live event to be a sell-out.
Registration for the pay-per-view broadcast is currently available at www.WCFC.com, and the first 1,000 people who create a WCFC community profile at the site will be able to watch the event free of charge. The pay-per-view broadcast is $14.95 for non-WCFC members and $9.95 for WCFC members who are not among the first 1,000 to sign up. Creating a WCFC profile is free and is a great way to access the latest in MMA news, video and blogs while networking with fighters, promoters and other fans.
WCFC is building its own unique brand of MMA events, pioneering new technology to capitalize on the enormity of the Internet and its 1.7 billion users. WCFC's strategy is to accomplish its goals by advancing the visibility and versatility of its website at www.WCFC.com, where visitors can register and create profiles, interact with other members, post blogs, upload and share videos and pictures, join specialized groups, check the event calendar to find the latest in upcoming events on various media, and more. WCFC has integrated a Facebook Connect feature into its website, leveraging Facebook's 100 million user base. By clicking the Facebook Connect button the WCFC website, users can link their WCFC and Facebook profiles so that activities on the WCFC website are mirrored on their Facebook walls and on the WCFC Facebook fan page at www.facebook.com/worldcfc, which has attracted over 3,000 fans in the short time since its introduction. Fans have enjoyed being the first to receive fight news as it breaks through the notification feature built into the site that aggregates news stories from around the world and posts the link to WCFC users' Twitter or Facebook pages. The viral marketing potential of this approach projects to substantially accelerate WCFC membership growth, thereby increasing the potential pay-per-view audience from which WCFC expects to derive its primary revenue. MatchFights also plans to broadcast non-WCFC MMA events from local venues across the nation on a PPV basis, vastly expanding the choices for WCFC members and MMA fans and opening new global opportunities for revenue.

Hehe, what matters is this company's willingness to communicated about what they are moving forward on. Time will show DLCR to be a great investment, and at a cheap PPS right now to boot.
It was over 200 million shares, 2 really good runs, and like late last year ago. I guess I am pretty happy for that third party and their measily less then 1/2 a mil awareness campaign. Lol give me a break.
Nice volume today...hmmmmmmmmmm. DLCR getting many of the needed ducks lined up for forward movement.
VEGAS bound BABY!...I'm thinkin. AVEW is turning heads. Personally, I'm not concerned with the daily PPS right now. Mostly just some seller out there with very, very few cheap shares left, IMO.
Yes I saw all of them. Then the company took that info, learned what they needed to and got down to business this past fall and winter, and put together (fine tuned) a great business model that has many people in the MMA world watching with intense anticipation.
I was there for the bata test, online of course, with a wopping 54 members, lol, it was good! The fight at that venue was soldout; standing room only. This new full phase premiere fight now has 1000's (not 54) of people going to see it online and the membership to WCFC is starting to compound into big numbers; been tracking it since the fight announcement date. This past week the numbers have started to go parabolic.
And with 4 more "fully funded" fightnights being worked on for the very near future, this AVEW thing is about to go balistically sought after from the MMA world's junkies. This summer is going to be a hot one for sure with AVEW. Count on it. Over 3099 fans following on one sight alone. Not to mention the other sites.
4 new fight nights soon to be announced, very soon IMO.
Did ya hear that folks only 196 available seats left for a 2500 seat venue!!!!Weeeeeeeeeeeeeeee.
Weeeeeeeeeeeeeeee. Sellin out fast for sure.
VEGAS BABY!!!!!!!!That's who'll be talkin about WCFC soon mark my words!! Big things happening on the horizon here. VIP tables are congregated with some heavy hitters let me tell ya.

ActionView International, Inc. Expects Sell-Out of April 3rd WCFC Live Event
MURRIETA, Calif., March 25, 2010 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- ActionView International, Inc. (Pink Sheets:AVEW) and its wholly owned MatchFights LLC subsidiary today announced that based on the early pre-sale of tickets, the company expects the April 3, 2010 World Championship Full Contact (WCFC) event being held at The Rail Event Center in Salt Lake City, Utah to be sold out. Tickets can be purchased through a link at www.WCFC.com, through all Smith's Tix locations (www.smithstix.com), at The Rail Event Center box office, or by phone at 888-310-4620.
MatchFights delivers the most exciting brand of full contact fighting under its World Championship Full Contact banner. MatchFights' events are broadcast live to a worldwide audience over the Internet at www.WCFC.com and revenue is derived from pay-per-view buys.
The fights will start at 7:00 pm local time and will feature many of Utah's top Mixed Martial Arts Fighters. The Rail Event Center (www.theraileventcenter.com), located at 235 North 500 West, Salt Lake City, Utah, is a new, beautiful, state-of-the-art event center. The set up for the WCFC event will hold a capacity of 2,500 people. The fight card for the April 3rd event consists of two main event bouts plus six additional fights featuring professional fighters that range from flyweight to light heavyweight classifications.
"We have had many types of events at our venue and few have had the energy, draw and excitement in the ticket buying community as the main event on April 3rd," said Brad Davis, General Manager of The Rail Event Center. "The Rail was designed to accommodate this very type of event, and we are proud to be a part of the launch of an event that has such a significant global reach."
For those unable to attend the event in person, registration for the pay-per-view broadcast is available at www.WCFC.com.
"While the standard for MMA events tend to be about 60% walk-up sales, the April 3rd WCFC event generated the best early pre-sale buzz that I have seen," said Johnny Riche, head of LBH Productions, which is producing the event. "We have on our fight card some of the most popular fighters in the Utah MMA market, and we believe their name recognition combined with our local marketing and advertising efforts will result in a greater demand for tickets, even before the walk-ups.
"After a successful first event, we expect that subsequent WCFC events at The Rail will be viewed as the hottest MMA ticket in town."

Once again with the misguiding on AVEW facts. You failed to mention that, that blog is dated March 16 just six days after the tickets went on sale. Lets see now it's been 7 days since then. The thing I've heard is that the tickets are sold out. Then again you can call and find out for yourself.
Wasn't there supposed to be an E-mailer on this IGPG, has anyone seen it?
Wow so distorted; your event expense:
Event expense
$45,425.00
from that filing, this is a clear example of how facts are blown in this case 4.4 times out of proportion. BTW that event was a great technical run through for what was down to prove the model. I know, I watched it. I thought it was great.
Woo Hoo, Go AVEW. Liken' the action here today. Nice news.

Wow that's not very good bedside manner, lol.
LOL AVEW....I like KABOOM, I like all the pluses on this stock. I just re-evaluated it for myself and I like my plus side column. But that's just me, I'm happy with it. I think it has great potential for the next 4 fully financed fightnights.
It's ok not everyone understands how to open the IBOX it's no biggy, when I first got on IHUB I didn't either. Glad to help out a fellow stock holder with as much info as I can that is of the truthful/factual kind, lol.
Must be IN PART what is making up for all the non-toxic financing for the fights but I'm just guessing....weeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee!
I believe it is 7PM MDT: and also good suggestions, thanks.

SSPT, WOW VERY HOT on news
SSPT .0035 ask
Empire expects no objections will be raised, as per statutory requirements, only persons "claiming an estate or an interest in any land within the area advertised" may lodge an objection and therefore believes the license will be promptly issued on or about April 13th 2010.
