you know very well that the only people who made on the Sanswire deal were those who were close to the company and got out when the pumping took it to its limit. Not too dissimilar to what happened here in November when some were singing about the 3+ price.

no he joined just after the company "paid" for the hugely succesful company with 30 years of experience in the market - NFI. Manji was to join with Bill Jacobsen - also gone - in developing the skills needed to "continue the development" - Thailand came a month or two later (did the boat with $1.6mill of kit they bought ever arrive?).

I would have thought that Manji's experience in this field was of paramount importance to the shareholders and that the company would have let shareholders know - they are afterall quick enough to furnish us with endless BS.

my guess would be that Manji like so many before him realised he had been brought into an empty shoe box - or PO box - and moved on when the "promised" returns were not delivered.


my concern is that he has joined the never ending band of "sell at any price to get something to show for my efforts" shareholders that have been created to keep the illusion alive and frustrate the reast of us.

over six months ago Nadir Manji was appointed to the board of Vega with a big PR campaign on the skills he brought to the company. In the latest filing on pinksheets - the attorney letter - there is no mention of him on the board at all.

Three questions for those with contact at VGPR

1. Has Nadir Manji left the company?

2. If he has why have investors not been told when so much was made of his appointment?

3. If he has left, has he been paid off with shares, when did this happen and how many?

Come on Vega lets' have some answers please!!!

If that is the case about someone dumping millions at a time then the options are limited. There are the companies paid millions of shares for "services rendered" and "consultancy work" that no one can substantiate and there ermmm - VGPR - unless you think they might just be one and the same.

Certainly not many out there that have bought those sort of numbers.

Did your DD give you an idea as to how much Molen himself made out of these deals because only a couple of years ago he was alledgedly pleading poverty to one key shareholder in the UK!

you are quite right about business ventures and the risks involved and not necessarily because the venture is headed by a dishonest person. like all things you pay your money and you take your chance. if they ever do complete on one deal who knows what might happen but until then just watch the price go down then a new batch of posters will arrive and up we go for a couple of days before freefalling again although I think the last push might have been the last because a lot of the original investors saw a price that enabled them after two plus years to breakeven and get away.

Ok here is my position - it has been posted on here many times before. Molen through a contact in the UK approached a number of UK poker players to invest in what was originally an online poker site with live and complimentary events. We beleived that not only was this a good idea but the joint expertise and industry knowledge held would help this work. The site was launched but when the person whose name was used to promote the site did not get paid what was promised he quite rightly pulled out. Several events were alledgely organised the most infamous was the latin american poker tour with according to Molen massive revenue potential from TV - despite advice not to from many sources the company released a series of PR's without any concrete facts and the tour is now a massive success - for Pokerstars - VGPR did nothing!!

The site closed owing players introduced and encouraged to deposit money by the shareholders many dollars.

From there on the company has moved through many phases and as yet nothing has come to fruition. Remember since its reincarnation as the saviour of the world from carbon related emmissions Vega has entered into numerous letters of intent to do this or that, including originally buying the gaming software rights for many millions of dollars, agreeing to purchase a plant in Thailand where supposedly $1.6 mill of equipment was sent to get things "started". I could go on but it would be much easier for you to go through the PRs of the past year and find just one of substance that can is actually tangible - you won't sadly but Molen is very clever with his wording so it is hard to find something untrue.

BTW as for paying third parties to promote - look back and see the millions of shares that have been given for services - for a company that has had little more than a few PO boxes to maintain you would have to ask what those services might have been

Very good post but ask him if although he says no officers of the company have sold shares whether they have benefitted from the millions of shares given to alledged suppliers. We are talking many many millions of shares for services that no one can trace to companies that do not exist or did not prior to their receipt of the shares.

Ask him why a company based in the UK received 70 million plus shares and for what - trust me his answer will be "take no notice of this basher" - he will have no answer other than that.

Also google him and read about his balloons in the sky that were going to make us all millions a few years back - then let us know how you think
