Seems there is no interest here what so ever, bs company , zero trade

Short of funding, this stock is dead. If a funding deal comes along, then there is a chance for growth, but there are many shares to eat through. Anything other than a funding deal is noise at this point. Tweets on "the year of stem cells" and "camels in distress" won't do it.

At this point, outside investors (with the exception of a few posters on this message board) are not even willing to buy at .0002 and the company is doing very little to convince them that they should.

Of course it's a guess. I just can't believe someone would keep on asking about rosy share price projections on this board when the stock has done NOTHING this past year but fall. ALL of the rosy projections have been wrong. It will rise if they fix the financial mess. Who knows when, or IF, that will occur.

And, if past history is any indication, it will be diluted down to triple zeros before too long. The only difference is folks will watch it fall with 2000 times fewer shares than they had prior to the split. It is what it is, and it is what it has been for years. JMO

Well, if it's 2000:1, then theoretically .20/share. In reality, by the time retail can sell probably 1/2 to 1/4 of that and then down from there. At least that is a typical progression for penny stocks with no revenue other than selling paper.

Hope the amount you expect to get out is based on the likelihood that this will be trading at about a nickel or lower before retailers have a chance to sell. If you have any experience with reverse splits in the pinks, it will not hold the projected R/S price....and it will be down from there.

PREDICTION:
A run will likely commence in a few weeks with 1-1.5 billion daily volumes, straight from 0.0002 to 0.005, most likely before the end of year, then a pull-back to 0.002-0.0025, consolidation in the 0.003-0.005 range for a few weeks (locking the float again), before an all out launch to 0.01-0.02 in the new year (Jan-Feb 2015). There are several stocks in the past 10 years that have managed to pull this off, with these volumes, and a similar O/S and A/S...
Mark it.

Well, I marked it just as you requested....now perhaps it's time to remove this months old prediction from the stickies. More pump with little basis in reality.

Svfc. I understand your frustration believe me but bashing won't help. Svfc long.

You're right. Bashing won't help because folks are not inclined to believe "bashers". They are more likely to believe "pumpers" in the hopes of getting rich quick. You know, the SSSOOOONNNNN crowd. Now those who were bashing at .005 and on down could have helped if folks would have listened. It may have saved them a bunch of money.

As far as the actual price goes, however, bashing does very little...other than perhaps relieve a bit of frustration. You see, this stock is not where it is because of "bashing"...it is here because of the company's inability to prevent its decline, and a very good case can be assembled to support that the company caused the decline with its poor financial management.

The cure to "bashing" is easy...all the company need do is issue a press release instilling confidence in their actions and financial acumen. Perhaps that will be coming SSSOOOONNNN! It is, after all, long overdue...all "bashing" aside.

One can imagine scenarios where this can expand to 50 or 100 million quite rapidly. Heck some MJ companies went to 200+ million valuation on far less potential and market opportunity and business model uniqueness..

We'll see...but I expect more block sales at 1 (30 to 50 million range) until an alternate source of funding is achieved. Right now, it could go either way...but that is why these are HIGH risk investments. Good day.

We don't, just like we don't know if they are folks who bought at .0000485 cashing in because they are tired of waiting and will take a 100% profit and put their money elsewhere, or if they are folks who bought at .0001 who have seen enough of the way this company operates and have decided to put their money elsewhere, or if it is simply shares being added to the OS. Hard to tell. However, I've seen a lot of "weak hands" leave penny stocks and wind up being "smart hands" in the long run. One thing for sure, very few folks are interested in 2's at this point.

SVFC, call 212.249.3050.... No they don't have office in Hong Kong and victor is going to Dubai next week for business.. Possibly to open new office there... I was told.

How whacky can this get? First, if you were told these things that would constitute inside information about a significant material event...not the kind of information a reputable company would provide over the phone. Second, clawing and scratching for tidbits of information is a clear sign of a company that puts investor relations and a very low rung on the ladder. This company continues to under perform.

My only question is .... why does he announce this on his Facebook page and not via press release where all shareholders have access? Opening up a new location in a foreign country is a big deal to shareholders - or at least to me it is.

Your question could have several answers...some good and some bad. One thing for certain, posting on facebook and twitter does very little to move stock price.

No, a $1.00 per share projection is FAR more crazy than a R/S projection. Look, at some point the share count WILL have to be reduced. It is FAR too high for long term viability. Now we can put blinders on and say it will never happen, but that is not typical for penny stocks. Most do conduct an R/S after significant dilution.

HOWEVER, the one thing that makes it APPEAR that a reverse split is NOT on the near term horizon is the increase in authorized shares to 250 billion. That would be a very odd thing to do if a reverse split was soon coming. Right now, everyone is hoping for some alternate (non-toxic) funding to be linked with that drastic share increase. Perhaps it may come, but if it doesn't, a reverse split will come because the company can only push so much paper at .0001 before the volume dries up.

SVFC, someone slapped the bid, that doesn't help.

Whether they get a fill on the bid or they hit the ask, it means very little at this point. There is no momentum on the ask because there is a big cloud of uncertainty regarding financing. Until that is lifted, there will be limited volume and a tick up or a tick down is irrelevant.

This is not a chart play at this point, and as you can see over and over again, random press releases like we received the past few days are not enough to bring back momentum. When they can convince investors that they can fund in a non-toxic manner, then the stock will start moving back up. IF not, then they will be forced to move more paper. It is as simple as that, regardless of the rose colored glasses some are wearing.
