Can anyone tell me what the CEO means by the following statement?
"On the status of the Good Life China (TLGP) dividend our shareholders are to receive, we are told by the management of TLGP that they will be issuing this within days to us. Upon receipt, we will immediately forward the same to our shareholders via certified mail."
Just what exactly what are we getting in the mail?
Dilution?
Hi Straty, just read your PM. That has to be the most polite PM I've ever gotten. Thanks pal, I will "try" to obide.
That is great news tiger, thanks for your efforts and input. I wouldn't mind hearing some of the small tidbits if you have any to share.
You were a good mod and garnered respect, thanks for your service.
As far as your question goes, it is hard to know for sure how this will turn out. That being said, it isn't worth selling at these prices. This shows a lot more promise and potential than EFGO ever did. Monarch has real products and the products could be in high demand if they are priced properly. Everyone knows how much pilferage goes on behind a bar with the bar tender buying for his friends and conveniently forgetting to pay later. Also, one can't forget how much beer and booze forgets to get wrung up. MONA provides the perfect fix for slippage and we can't forget about our divvy.
Great job, I think this new management team will get this ship pointed in the right direction.
They already did in previous PR's. What's your problem?
The info will be available to all. They should hold the calls till after market is closed, or on Saturday. That way everyone will have info before stock trades again.
I agree and so does livinginstyle. We had a phone conversation last evening.
How does strategy desk work? What does it do for you, how does it help over streamer?

I'd be happy with a 1 cent positive close on moderate volume, wouldn't you?
Why would anyone give a damn whether we make a good or bad investment decision unless that person has an agenda, think about it.
LOL, you better do some reading pal. There is nothing the same here. We now have solid businesses and solid business plans with lots of beautiful growth ahead of us.
I think you will eventually find that Goodlife did the purchasing. There will be no need for 60M worth of shares. IMO, we are getting a divvy for the purchase of most of EFGO assets and for access of public markets. Garr and company probably got a nice little private donation for their efforts. Nothing has been very clear on this R/M. So many questions. But, I feel that both Goodlife and Canden will want to use the public markets wisely rather than destroying us and the share price. We'll see won't we.
Personally, I expect MONA to go down initially. There are a lot of trapped traders here who will sell to recoup what they can. This will present a buying opportunity imo. Stocks like this will head fake you and then over the course of time will do the opposite. After MONA proves its worth through solid financials, those who hold will prosper.
I did not write that post, I just posted it for a friend. Any comments or questions must be directed to living. You will find his email address on his profile. But, IMO if they dilute it will be to grow their business. Hopefully, they dilute for that reason other than lining their pockets like so many feel that EFGO did.
Hold or sell, that's your decision. I will be holding myself. Between this and Good Life divvy, it will be very profitable IMO. As far as the share price goes the first few days, whatever direction it initially goes will probably be a head fake. In other words, it will end up doing the opposite of what it initially does out of the box.
Has EFGO/MONA issued their financials yet?
I already knew that, but thanks anyway.
Thanks Dart.
Has EFGO or MONA traded at all today?
Does that mean we are finally going to make some money here, or at least cover some loses?
On the other hand, I have a feeling that the MM's will start a run here and momo players will jump on at some stage after the R/S and new tickers are issued. We'll see.
The whole thing boils down to just one real fact. That one undenying fact which still remains is, how many shares has anyone in management bought for their own account?
Ratso, any definition I find of repatriate seems to apply to an individual, not a company or any kind of divvy or stock market deals.
tr.v., -at·ed, -at·ing, -ates.
To restore or return to the country of birth, citizenship, or origin: repatriate war refugees.
n. (-ĭt, -āt')

[Late Latin repatriāre, repatriāt-, to return to one's country : Latin re-, re- + Latin patria, native country; see expatriate.]

Hope you can swim. :O)
D I L U T I O N will confuse some people, but not me.
How can you spin off something you don't own? GVHL is not owned by EFGO.
What choise do we have other than to hold and see what happens. It could be surprising how things eventually turn out, don't you think? Even you must admit things are getting interesting. One must look at and combine the value of all companies involved.
If everyone would just refuse to buy those 1's, the company couldn't dilute. Those who buy the 1's are as guilty of dilution as the company is. Think about it boyz.
Yes, I agree. That's why they gapped it up .25 on 100 shares today. Outstanding shares according to town hall could be in the 120 to 130 million range. It could run hard, or sell off hard. But, good undervalued stocks usually go up after a head fake or two. Watch for M&M tricks after the divvy has been issued. M&M's might back it down to load their boats for inventory, we'll see.
I just got an email from living. He said to tell everyone congrats and he was right again, he then laughed.
If they officially PR the town hall news, EFGO stock will have to take off to equalize the value. The market is too efficient to let you buy a .70 cent stock for .20 cents. They will gap it up on official news. Most will hold if we see .0007 cause that will only represent our divvy, it will not include EFGO (Canden) value.
They are probably closing the door on anyone buying at .70 cents. They want to get the bid up.
I just read the news. Let me caution everyone by saying that we need to see a real PR concerning the town hall news and then we need to actually see it happen. I sure hope they are right for a change. That gives me a nice little profit overall. Now, if all comes down like reported in town hall, the question is, do we hold or sell? I bet there is an early rush to the door, then a recovery over time. The Goodlife divvy will be a great long-term hold as the company grows.
What about EFGO's share buy back deal? Wonder when that will come down? We could be in for a nice surprise there too. Then, how about Canden's growth? Those shares might also be a great longer-term hold. This is getting interesting, but I have to see the final product before I actually believe it.
The question is, are they done gutting us yet? I wish I could see where we benefit. No word yet of how big a piece of Goodlife we get. This whole deal was to be completed before the 1st. Man, what a joke. There should be arrests and jail time here with Garr first in line.
Their past record makes your statement so hard to argue with. We need a miracle.
You are correct if you assume 14 billion at .0002. But, what about after the reverse split. Lets say after the reverse there are 14 million shares outstanding at a 20 cent/share value. It won't be hard to double the share count to 28 million in no time. If that happens, then your current shares are worth .0001, or .00005 if we close at .0001 and reverse to .10. Dilution is a killer.
As your last sentence points out managements so-called concern to increase share holder value, I just have one comment associated with that statement. That would be, let management show us the filings proving insider buying has occured. Until insiders buy their own stock on the open market, all their statements about increasing share holder value are just fluff.
Up 100% today, down 50% yesterday, wonder why my account isn't up 50%? I hate when that happens!
