Phase I: Prepare a business plan for your cultivation facility that includes the following:

o Projected capital requirements and operating expenses

- Prepare investor presentation
- Phase II: Prepare applications and operating plans as required by local/state regulators, including:
o Operating plan including staffing and training
o Security plan including draft security layout
o High level Cultivation plan including grow methods and schedules
o Product tracking and quality control plan
o Other documentation as requested by regulators
Proposed Fees
Our consultants earn from $75 - $250 per hour, with a blended rate of $150 per hour. Below is an estimate.
Phase I - Business Plan

Total (estimate) = ???48 hours x $150/hr = $7,200
Phase III – Detailed operating and training plans, construction and startup support.
Future – TBD
An initial retainer of $5,000 is requested to begin work.
The Team
Lori Glauser will be the overall lead of the project. She will draw from consultants with a variety of expertise including Eddie Abravanel, cultivation expert, James Fitzpatrick, local land use and planning expert. We may draw from other experts as well as needed to complete the project.
As needed, we will engage other consultants from the Cannabis Consultant Marketplace, such as branding and marketing expert Karen Freese, cultivator Eddie Abravanel, and research scientist, education/training expert and author of Medical Marijuana Desk Reference, Alicia Wilbur, PhD. We will also engage the services of at least one business analyst or paralegal to assist with document assembly and preparation.
Although we provide advice about formation and structures, we cannot replace the services of attorneys, licensed engineers, architects, or CPA’s. As required, we will make recommendations to seek appropriate counsel throughout the process.
