Thanks MKA !
Stocky, I'm seeing 6 as a close
I don't see anything
Good evening everyone.
Went back through EI news and we have had 59 PR's since Mar. 01, 2006.
Monday's = 5 ( 8.5%)
Tuesday's = 14 (23.7%)
Wednesday's = 16 (27.1%)
Thursday's = 8 (13.6%)
Friday's = 16 (27.1%)
Yea, but it would be ideal for them to go into detail and post the emailed questions so they don't have to answer the same questions over and over to multiple share holders.
Two questions you left out, Dancy wants to know when the Pablo Escobar line is comming out and see how the boys at HGL Licensing are doing
Lurker... wonder if they are going to have more details of EIE deal in the quarterly news letter. It should be out within the next week or so, first one came out on April 2nd I believe.
JP..... I agree.
Stocky, my boss had a brother who was killed last year in an auto accident. He was a big Ohio State fan and the family felt that something signifying Ohio State would be appropriate. They were told that they could maybe put something like a generic "buckeye leaf" on the casket, but nothing that actually represented the University such as a "Block O" or Ohio State, etc...
I agree.
Can't PM ya back.........you alays gotta be one step ahead don't ya !
I sure would like to see these AF's come out soon. I fear that some of the big boy's (competitors) who trade at higher levels and have caught on to EI's marketing idea and will try to slip into the back door, especially with licensing agreements such as the NFL. Why wouldn't they if they already meet the NFL's requirements ?
If you were in their shoes, would you !
I only had to back through 100 of your post from today to find it. Found it, then you caught on. Sheeeesh !
Forgot to ask you about an earlier post. Were you the one wearing the red or blue trunks
Lurker....NASCAR would be a nice deal to sign. It appears a
D & B rating is required on the application. Found the following info on: http://www.hlglicensing.com/licensors.htm
Nascar Demographics
· A massive, loyal fan base - 75 million people or one in three US adults are NASCAR fans
· NASCAR is the number-two sport on television in the US and is broadcast in over 100 countries in 21 languages.
· In 2003, 17 of the top 20 attended sporting events in the US were NASCAR events
· Over $2 billion in licensed product sales annually, making NASCAR a consistent performer among all major sports.
· Consumers who look for NASCAR licensed product - 83% are asking fro more from retailers they frequent.
· NASCAR fans are three times as likely to try and purchase NASCAR sponsor's products and services
Watching and waiting for news on the A/F's is like tracking a hurricane out in the Atlantic. One day it get's momo and turns into a category .0055, next day it lessens and is downgraded to a category .0050. Back and forth, back and forth.
Big question everyone's waiting for is if/when it makes landfall. Suppose to hit sometime between tomorrow and next Wednesday. Thing about a hurricane is even if it's a little late, it's still a hurricane.
Gotta a funny feeling the normal 3 ft waves at the beach are now becomming 5-10 footers slamming the peirs. Based on eight-more-zeroes post last night, it appears she has turned and is heading for land. My guess is she's gonna hit this Friday in the am. At least I hope. Would hate to think of all the alcohol I would consume over the 3 day weekend if I have to wait till next week
I've bought on 4-5 occasions and have a fraction over 2M @ .0047, haven't sold once. I am in for the long hall but it does get frustrating when it seems like we are standing still when EI keeps comming up with accomplishment after accomplishment. Weve been through a golden and platinum crossing, signed Wilbert and Christy, but it hasn't meant didly squat because of the A/F's. Can only wonder how much patience those who got in at 6's and 7's will continue to have. Hopefully they see the big picture and EI's potential.
Good work, great post "8"
Read post 71866, then you can decide what will happen
Unless you have a 2003 Ford Escort.............Stockwiser took care of that.
Here is a transcript of the portion of the last conference call where the CFO discussed the completion of the audit. It was transcribed by "KeepBuyingPinks."

Let's talk about the over the counter status and the situation in this area. There's been a number of questions regarding the audits. I want to go ahead and proactively answer those questions. The first area of questioning was "What's the timeframe relative to this audit?"
We're going back to 2004. So the audit is going to cover 2004, 2005, and 2006. Now, please note that the SEC only requires two years of audited financials but in our partnership with our auditing firm and certainly counsel from our SEC attorney who've been down this road before, they are recommending that we go back to 2004 just to make sure there are no issues and that actually may grease the skids so to speak with the SB-2 filing that may lead to fewer questions from the SEC. So we are taking this stance to cover our bases and be cautious. The audit overall is 75% complete. We have completed the field work. We're working with a top notch auditing firm, John Demitrious and Associates out of New Jersey. They've been here on site for three and one half days. We're completing the midterm work and we anticipate them coming out in the next few weeks to finish the audit, remaining tasks. And we're looking forward to posting the audit results no later than May 30. It may be a little earlier than that but this is the timeframe that we are marching to. We're just pushing this out just approximately a month because of some unanticipated situation that we ran into with the audit. Namely, the decision to go back an extra year to make sure there are no issues with the SB-2 filing. And certainly investigating and do thorough research on the shell company that Eternal Image reverse merged into, just to make sure that there were no issues there. I am happy to report based on some attorney's research there are no outstanding issues or warrants with that shell company. We've been given a clean bill of health to go forward. So we anticipate again the audit being complete and post the results by the end of May.

Is that trading days or calender days ?
That would be nice. I would like to see international manufacturer's/distributors for the vatican line. To huge of a market to be put on the back burners. Many times bigger than MLB, NFL, Nascar, Harley Davidson IMO.
If they are sandbagging, could be the NFL too. One of their requirements is 2 years A/F. Could you imagine PR's on A/F's and NFL in the same day. Stockwisers rocket would blow up on the launch pad
Yea, especially mine.
I think were better off having major news after the uplisting. Bigger buyers with momo on our side.
I may be mistaken but I thought I heard the auditors had just left during the week of the CC and they were comming back in two weeks to finish up on some minor things.
I hope your right and I'm wrong. Good chance of that, I'm usually wrong
Maybe we can get MFM to call auditors tomorrow and pretend he's Clint wanting to know where the A/F's are!
I understand that! Thought I also read around the time of the CC that the auditors were comming back in two weeks for a few days to finish up. That would put us around the 1st week of May. Is three-four weeks enough time to finalize the A/F's ?
April 4th we closed @.0075
Since then we have had the following PR's

NEW NEWS
Tue May 15, 4:00 PM Eternal Images closes @ .0050, 33% lower than the April 4th closing.
How the h$ll is this possible after all these positive PR's.
Is it because the Company failed to deliver the A/F's and hadn't bought back any stock by the time of the conference call. After all, all we got on April 18th was a conference call.
Funny, that's all EI promised us to begin with.
For those who like to read between the lines maybe when they announce the A/F are complete, they really mean they began the buyback ! And when they announce the buyback, they mean the A/F's are complete. If you want a Yankee urn, order a Tiger urn because it could be a Yankee urn in desquise.
Is it because the day traders got out. Based on the current price they don't seam to be too eager to get back in, especially when news could come out anyday. Seems like we've hovered between 45-55 the past several weeks.
MFM, TFN, MKA, QUASWASEAS (HOWEVER THE HELL YA SPELL IT!), and others, hope you keep posting your charts. Your entitled to your opinions, its up to us as individuals to come to our own conclusions.
For those new into this stock or this board the Company has made tremendous progress over the past year and they have conducted themselves with the utmost integrity. They are human and they will make mistakes, but the future is very bright. Those with doubts, re-read Funeral Business Advisor Magazine page 24 middle column (re: motherload of potential)and come to your own conclusions.
Remember when/if the A/F's come out, the numbers are not important, what it symbolizes is. Also remember we can't get to a penny until we get to .0095. We can't get to .0095 until we get to .0090, etc.....We'll get there sooner when the flippers quit flippin, but we must remember that is part of the game.
After reading the board today, maybe we need a WWF urn. Big money in the World Wrestling Federation. Seems like when we get close to a big date, patience wears thin
Fireman Dave, I am putting you in charge of turning us upwards. Think the Chief would let you put a EI flag on the back of the ladder truck
Gotta go, the bacardi and diet coke is wearing off
Two years audited financials. Bee listed the NFL requirements in post #55031, it's pretty lengthy.
Thanx Peterush, I viewed the CC but I could only see the powerpoint slides. Didn't understand or know how to view the questions being asked and the answers.
Makes sense.
Here's one for ya........ we get California distributor, we sign major licensing agreement, then we get A/F completed and uplist.
Would the pps be lower, the same, or higher, if we got A/F and uplist first, then California Distributor and major licensing agreement.
Like that answer too, thanx
I like that answer, makes sense. Thanx for the info
I believe last month EI stated that they had talked to several companies in California but these companies did not meet EI standards/qualifications yet. This may have come from the CC on the 18th.
I am not sure what EI standards are but you would think when a company as big as Wilbert's jumped aboard, by now some of the big boys out west would do likewise.
Anyone have any speculation as to why we don't have a California and/or Pacific northwest distributor yet ?
My account reads
Cash purchasing power : $ 0.00.
Need any help with the dishes ?
These two filled my order.
Price Size Exch Time
t 0.0049 1434 OTO 16:00:22
t 0.0049 200000 OTO 16:00:11
I just got filled 201,434 (.0049) but I don't know if it was in time. What did we close at ?
Evil......nice chart, well done !
Just got caught up on all the posts. iknowaguy, GrayGhost60, Grasswhacker, hang in there. You all have my condolences as well.
Hello everyone.........great day today for EI. Found this on another message board thought I would post it for whatever it's worth:
I sent ETIM investor relations these questions:
1. What are the requirements for going to the "OB" Board? (Is there a certain stock price you need to achieve?)
2. How do you expect to do a stock buy-back with only $60,000 in cash?
His Answers:
On the question of Share Buyback :
CFO James Parliament addressed this issue in our April 18th Web Conference (Highlights of which were released in a Press Release now posted on Eternal Image Website):
QUOTE:
"we anticipate this starting in earnst once the audit is complete
this will be happening sometime in the second quarter
we have been advised by our counselors here within the company not to make anymore formal press releases about this
we don't have a specific target number in mind
we plan on making regular purchases of our stock from time to time as market conditions dictate
most if not all of those shares into our treasury
we thought that the best value for the investment dollar was to spend it in product development (rather than buyback at 0.0001)
we do not believe that this buyback program is going to divert us from any other product related initiatives."
Moving to the OTCBB isn't really a major issue once the reports have been filed, but the requirements to the OTCBB is based on just current standing and accurate filings of the AF and then the process begins that is out of the company's hands and into the regulatory agency.
A minimum of one market maker is needed. As well, a market maker must sponsor the security and demonstrate compliance as with rule 15c-211 and according to what the company has been filed..
A Form 211 from a Market Maker is filed as within the rule 15c-211..There is no standard time limit to process the Form 211 and for the market maker to begin quoting a security on the OTCBB. The time it takes to review a Form 211 may vary depending on many factors including whether or not there is a need for additional information from the market maker that submitted the form and upon how long it takes the market maker to respond to requests for additional information.
I Hope this is helpful,
Best Regards,
Tony Fazio
