Count me in as well for buying POS stocks recommended by him. Funny how all of his emails and recommendations just stopped as soon as he cashed in after promoting the junk to the rest of us. He made off like a bandit.

Thanks for my laugh of the day! Hope it is not gonna happen though.
b2w
Same here.

I would have sold if taking such a huge loss wasn't part of the equation. The stock price is so low now that I see no alternative but to continue to hold.
One thing I am seeing with this stock is the same ole, same ole as with other pinkies in that it will always be, "next week", or "soon", or "next month", or "new board member", etc. I could line up hundreds of dead pinkies that had the same story line for months before taking the final tank.
Really hope that we have not all been taken to the cleaners with the stock.
b2w
Most of us have lost so much money now that it would be foolish to sell and take a few pennies on the dollar for what we originally paid for the stock.
Patiently waiting here.
b2w
Penny,
I just wanted to tell you that I really appreciate the fact that you do not delete negative posts. So many (most) of the IHUB moderators either delete posts which are not RAH, RAH, or they come down on the posters really hard.
It seems to me that it is important to get both sides of the equation and not just hear from the positive people all the time.
You and your helpers are doing a great job.
b2w
They may also not want to post their financials because it would scare more of us away than the skull and crossbones has.
This is a financial company. If they can't get their act together as far as timely financial documents, how are we to believe that they have a solid company plan?
No more business than GSII has done in the past year, the SEC forms should be readied within a day or two, not an eternity.
b2w
Thanks penny, I will keep watching it. What do you mean by this: "website has been taken down after Richard was contacted." ?
Who contacted him and about what? This stock has been comatose for so long and I have not paid a lot of attention for a long time. Had decided it was another one of my dead pinkie stocks.
b2w
Does anyone have a clue as to what is going on with this stock and merger? How long after a merger does it usually take for the stock to become noticed?
b2w
Not me. I can't afford to bail.
b2w
Translation, please.
b2w
So are we rich yet?
b2w
Here is fool #2 walking right beside you. I am still hoping that this company is on the up and up, but have been jabbed by enough pinks that I am definitely through with them.
Fingers crossed here.
b2w
If you get a call back from Gunther, please post.
b2w
My experience with companies that hire PR firms is that they continue to go downhill. We recently found out about the firm
GSII has hired, however nothing has been accomplished in order for the PR company to have anything to promote.
PR companies rah-rah are littered all over pinksheet land and little good comes of it.
The people that pumped this stock have vanished and that tells me more than anything I have seen on a positive side from the company.
b2w
You are definitely a Kool-Aid kind of guy. I will believe the PPS per share when I see it.
b2w
What is alive? GSII has still got skull and crossbones on pinksheets.
b2w
Please ask him what his realistic goals are for GSII in 3 and 5 years from now.
Excellent questions from many others, by the way.
b2w
This would suggest that we are screwed.
b2w
"Plus pumper crews have disappeared for a while. A couple just returned to IHUB. Probably ran out of money from a few months ago and are back at it again."
So you noticed this too. Some of these pumpers run over 100 pumps a day!
b2w
I have also wondered why he took the company public. Sarah Smith had the first posts about GSIEF on ragingbull and then posted twice on IHUB in June, so they are looking for investors.
Considering the time it takes Gil to do his work and pay attention to investors that call him, it makes no sense to me either that the company is public, especially when no financial info has been presented after all of these months.
b2w
Assuming that most Financial Officers would check out the background of companies that they would trust to fund their receivables, how many would use a pinksheet company that has not done its own financials and is under a skull and crossbones insignia?
b2w
Pinksheets.com has issued a BUYER BEWARE for this stock.

I would just like for GSII to file their year end reports on time. Tomorrow is the deadline and will give us the first financial look at the company.
b2w
The year end report will be due out within a few weeks.
That will tell us a lot about the company.
b2w
What has happened with investwise?
b2w
Thanks. I don't remember him addressed as Gil until lately and then I didn't know who everyone was talking about.
b2w
Who is Gil? I thought that I had read all that is available about this company, but I do not recognize this name.
b2w
Bankruptcy is at hand here. I see no way for Jacobson to dig his way out of this mess.
Check out the quarterly report posted 11/19/2007 for PPBL.
b2w
Jacobson is still around and filing late notices with the SEC.
http://tinyurl.com/2ejbkn
I have also wondered why he went public.
b2w
Somewhere it must be written that instant gratification and buying stocks don't go together.
b2w
What is this supposed to mean??
b2w
This may not translate into investors buying into UWKI for their software programs, which is where most of the money is to be made.
China is notorious for copyright infringement.
I am concerned that restaurant franchisees will bypass UWKI and set up their own look-alike places with cheaper software.
Any thoughts are welcome. My investment here is so far down the shaft that I may not be thinking clearly.
b2w
Just did a reverse check on the phone number listed with SEC and got this:
Birchwood Capital Advisors Group Inc
264 Union Blvd
Totowa, NJ 07512
So, I have no idea why the consulting firm is listed as Totowa Consulting on the SEC filing.
b2w
Just phoned the phone number listed on the PPBL SEC filing for Totowa Consulting. The secretary doesn't know what Totowa is, but she gave me the voice mail for the CEO of " Bridgewood Capital Consulting" which is the business that the phone # reaches.
I left a message asking if PPBL was still in business and will post if I get an answer.
It just keeps getting weirder and weirder with these people.
b2w
Has anyone called the Totowa Consulting firm that is the new consultant for PPBL to find out if the company is still in business?
b2w
I appreciate all of your hard work and DD so that you could alert us to this stock.
b2w
Do Hedge Funds buy low priced stocks such as this one?
b2w
There was an article on UWNK in Business Week about a year ago which was impressive in touting the company.
I purchased shares at $2.25 and now will only break even when the pps hits $9.00. Even though I am deep red in UWNK, the potential for this company still seems probable and I am staying in for the long haul.
Any new good PR would make my day though.
