Yeah, contacting the broker who holds your LAHO shares is critical. It's a pretty uncommon occurrence and the 1st couple p talked to about it were clueless...

Perhaps, for the sake of total fairness, the Company and those handling this "delicate" stock buyback are waiting and giving all shareholders adequate time to exchange their, maybe 90 or 120 days which 90 days was 2-21. Because if 3 or 4 guys finished in two weeks, then put out all the details 2 days after the first few guys/gals load up and hit a 5 or 10 bagger while everyone else possibly watches from the sidelines, then instantly half or more of the shareholders are flipping out and angry once again.. I believe they thought this out VERY carefully and will hopefully soon drop a massive update that will take the pps over 1.00 then our accounts will be right back to where we were, or even higher than it was that dreadful suspension day. I better buy some because that's my 5 star platinum prediction... Mark this post... its been 2-3 weeks since I did the 1st step and docusign. Shouldn't I get my next instructions soon? Ive been here from the beginning, was one of the strongest proponents of LAHO and Global and now I sit here waiting forever to get my cash missing out on the run. So that's implying that they're going to wait for EVERY shareholder to complete that step before they'll email everyone. But reading through posts, it looks like they're doing first come first pay? I wonder if due to possible naked shorting, there could be some fake shares out there. But if there were naked or fake shares out there, they would be gone from your account positions screen. I'm not even sure they shorted LAHO and if a broker did then those people would know they'd be shafted.. I seem to recall one or a few people saying that their shares were gone but couldn't swear to it? Does anyone remember or know of this happening?

Oh well, for me, as bad as I am with money, the longer it takes to get paid , the better as long as I'm still alive! So my best guess at the moment is the they'll have this resolved by April 13th, 2087 and by then, fees will have eaten away most of the escrow and my account will be rewarded $2.36. Actually, I'm thinking a month or two tops, or anytime leading up till then. It's not like the IR guys constantly badger the escrow lawyers! It'll come suddenly and without warning most likely!? IMO!
