so when is this stock going to start going up? is it even possible?
don't be giving JF/Chip any more hairbrained ideas, and watching tv on a phone is as hairbrained an idea as humanly possible.
$2.4 million in advertising for 19k subs?!?!?!? wtf?!?!?!? is $2 million of that the uk business channel fiasco? $10 million loss for the year?!?!?!? does that mean that JF has burned through most of the AS?
Cheezus, wtf are these guys thinking?!?!?!?
yeah, wait til tomorrow and/or whenever the annual report is released.
hey, JF, how about this free consultation?
why don't you take that $60k/year and buy 300 random people subscriptions if 'growth' is what you're after;)
wow! I'd never have guessed any of you coots would be listening to the likes of BJM!
yeah, heaven forbid our financials are actually worse than reported!!!
yep.
JF didn't know what he didn't know.
now that he knows that he doesn't know, he has FINALLY brought in help.
Thank God.
whoo-hoo! I never knew 'naked women' was a genre!!!

I thought this was why JF didn't end up buying DVD
Avenue. or whatever it was called.
gotcha;)
how could we have ~6 million in assets but have a market cap of 3 million?????
hey, JF, et al. how about making it so that your website remembers me. use your cookies for good (logging me in automatically) instead of for evil (making me think you've undertaken a webwide advertising campaign).
thanks.
don't get me wrong, I think gzfx has loads of potential...
just that its mostly been squandered...
I am 'hopeful' that the 10K is absolute rock bottom.
yes, PLEASE the 10K first, JF, for the love of God, PLEASE hold ALL news until the 10K is released. You aren't doing ANYONE any favors by releasing 'good' news before the 10K.
how are you "playing" this penny stock when earlier you said it was a "long term" investment???
makes no sense.
I'm anxious to start "playing" this one again, just waiting for the annual report.
said that too.
that's what I'm saying.
you might want to pull out your elementry school grammer book and figure out what the difference between your and you're is. You're a real MF'ER
----------------------------------------------------
elementary
grammar
you're welcome.
but on the brightside, we have enough funds to continue operations for years to come, right?!?!?!?
...assuming we don't venture into radio, magazines, newspapers, books (oops, we already tried that), sub-orbital flights, non-stick pans, wicker baskets, and roofing shingles.
I agree, some of the bad reviews, like the one you mentioned were pretty unfair, but a good portion of the low scores sound plausable. that we're still receiving so many complaints is not a good sign. I know that I was complaining about the service for the first few months, but my complaints have been addressed. I hope the improvements affected all subscribers, though, and not just targeted to me like their online advertising turned out to be.
first off, before you go around calling anyone an 'idiot', make sure you learn the difference between "you're" and "your". ok, 'dude'?
secondly, how is what I wrote a 'weak analogy' when this stock has lost ~50% over the past few weeks? sure, the number of shares sold = the number of shares bought, no one is arguing otherwise, but there are a helluva lot more people selling than buying shares when the price is plummeting. if shares were sold at a 50% loss, it'd be a 2:1 ratio of sellers to buyers, or, in other words: TWICE AS MANY sellers as buyers. and that ratio only increases the longer sellers have held during this shameful year long slide from .015 to .0009. so, I dunno...maybe I should have figured the shares from JF's printing press into my equation?
thirdly, congratulations on your epiphany:
It ain't about the number of people, it's about the number of shares and share price
and lastly, good luck, 'dude'.
can GZFX handle 100,000 subs?
not when they're still getting reviews like this:
http://www.dvdrr.com/reviews/GameznFlix.html
not necessarily equal number of buyers to sellers. witness:
Jack and Jill invested $1000 each for 1000 shares of ABCD, they both lose 50% and decide to sell their shares at 50% off to LmCliff, who invests the same $1000 but gets 2000 shares. two sellers, one buyer.
or something like that.
nah, you're a reasonable guy.
hey, trust me, I've been bit by JF/Chip too. I bought pre-CC, but didn't sell at the 'pop' as I had faith that would be the beginning of great things for gzfx. I sold for a little more than than I bought in at, kicking myself for holding on red after red after red day. I managed a few successful flips since then, but see no reason to jump back in until the annual is released. and why in the world is it taking so long to get that released? seems if that were out of the way, the last 5 or 6 PRs may have actually INCREASED this stock's value instead of sinking it further. wish JF/Chip would put 1/10th as much time, energy, and money into growing the core business as they do into their half-baked diversions. that said, I think the annual should bottom us out and it's hopefully safe to start flipping again. is there any reason to believe that JF/Chip will release back to back annual/quarterly? annual being crap, but quarterly (1q/07) being relatively good?
would be great if they funded expansion with the profits of their core business instead of dilution...can't believe three years in that we're sitting at around 20k subs. especially when the service really isn't so bad. something is horribly wrong with that picture.
feel free, as your posts are void of any substance.
I know the company which is precisely why I'm NOT buying. at least until the annual report is released. LMCliff was ecstatic about his 5 million shares that he picked up for the 'bargain' of around .0015 just a few weeks ago. that's a pretty substantial loss in a short amount of time, no matter how you look at it. but you'd already know that because you 'know' this company right? tell me, xanny, since you know this company: how can this stock go from .0015 to .0009 in a few weeks and on good news? how can this stock lose 90% of its value AFTER being placed in Circuit City? kinda mind boggling isn't it?
just stating the fact that this stock has lost 90+ percent of its value from about a year ago and continues to slide downward. call that bashing if you wnat, but it's the cold hard facts, buddy.
if JF/Chip do a reverse split, say like 10,000:1 or so, will they still have 20 billion shares available for dumping at the newly consolidated price, or will the A/S also reduce by a factor of 10,000???
oops...meant to post new, not response. sorry. eom.
Serious about losing more money???
anyone touching this stock with a 10 foot pole before the annual report is released is, in my very humble opinion, 'silly'.
PS, where is LMCliff? wasn't he singing the praises of GZFX connections recently, going so far to say that he loaded up at least 5 million shares in the .0015 range? wonder if he still thinks that was such a good idea...if 'good' PRs are sinking this stock, just wait for the annual...
is gzfx branching out into radio now?
I've been in and out. waiting for the annual report to get back in, as I think that should bottom us out.
losing 99% of its value is far from being run even close to 'perfection'. get a clue. 20k subs in 3 years? sub B movie downloads? deals with no name web-sites? Superbowl commercial? $2 million for a foreign tv channel?
sweet. so we paid 2 million dollars to 'advertise' outside of our core market that we can't even manage to penetrate. I guess that's 'brilliant'. a much more brilliant idea than rectifying the problems with the domestic service, churn, and inventory, right? and how much did producing the tv shows cost and who can see them? a lot and no one. core business first THEN branch out, not the other way around.
wrong.
if we had focused on our core business and achieved 100-500k subs, we'd long be profitable and the startup costs for digital content distribution wouldn't have to come from dilution. did NetFlix, Wal-Mart, or Amazon dilute to fund their downloads? no. + they have major studio support, not the dreck that GZFX is charging $10 to download. if we can't even get the fundamentals of the core business right, what makes you think we can be successful in any other endeavor?
virtually no one is seeing the commercials on those channels.
there's a lot of recent complainers. 1 star ratings (the lowest, wo your average that you circled is artificially high) are happening far too frequently for our stage of the rollout and with the amount of distribution centers that we supposedly have.
