LOOKS LIKE CDXC IS GOING TO DOUBLE MUCH SOONER THAN LATER...
Link to GWBU conference call...
Just enter the required info & click on "Access Event." Then, choose one of the 2 streaming formats.

They kept their promise & held a CC. In addition, the CEO answered all questions/concerns very honestly & professionally. I think GWBU will have a monster run.
I've purchased shares just under $.08 & $.06 in the last couple of days & expect a very sizable return.
CDXC, STEM & NOW GWBU. LOTS OF POTENTIAL WITH GWBU FROM THESE LEVELS ($.08) BUT BE CAREFUL.
JULY 17,2012 NEW RESEARCH REPORT WITH PRICE TARGET OF $4.50 FOR STEM
http://lifetechcapital.com/ltc/wp-content/uploads/2012/07/Morning-Note-07-17-12-STEM.pdf
Well, CDXC is up more than 20% since I last posted here. The next pick is "STEM" which I think it can go up more than 50% within a day or two after some very encouraging news to be released shortly... just my opinion, of course.
Buyout of CDXC a done deal? Decide for yourself...link:

Note the big buyer at open market...
"With sales volume ramping up nicely and demand for CruiseCam growing we see a complete package for success with CruiseCam," continued Milazzo.
I guess they're gearing up for a merger announcement. With Watkins running both companies, there's no other logical conclusion.
Florida is the new home for Cruisecam! D.P. Marin confirmed this last month but there has not been any official press releases!!!
I think all of us should contact Watkins at the new phone number I provided in my last post to confirm that he's indeed the president of Driver's Alert and CCMJ's headquarter has been moved to Florida. If Watkins is not available to speak with you, please go ahead and share your questions/concerns by leaving a message on his voice mail while demanding public clarification immediately.
Again, I think CCMJ is on the right trck but I don't understand the fact Scott Watkins is running both companies while, apparently, they're still seperate entities.
Come on bud, as I've said many times, all you need to do is to call Driver's Alert at 1-(800)-443-9600 and ask who the president of the company is. Please do this tomorrow and let us know what the answer is--you owe it to yourself as a shareholder.
By the way, can you re-post message #2217 or at least tell us why you deleted it!? Thanks.
Thanks again. What are you thoughts about Scott Watkins being the president & CEO of Driver's Alert!? In case you need to confirm this, please call Driver's Alert because they have been very open about this!!
I think CCMJ will pay off soon. Good luck and take care.
texguy, woodrow
You guys have been shareholders longer than anyone else still posting on this board. Would you please share anything of "interest" with the rest of us? Thanks in advance.
Is next week the week for an announcement since now the whole world knows Scott Watkins is running Driver's Alert?
Based on recent press releases and profitability predictions for this year, CCMJ should rise tremendously unless Scott Watkins is truly a crook which will undoubtedly prompt many shareholders to go after him and the board.
Scott Watkins has been the president of Driver's Alert for two weeks now!!!!!!!!!! This is getting craziesr by the second.
Call Driver's Alert and ask for the president of the company and they tell you "Mr. Scott Watkins is not available at this time" and they transfer you to his voice mail!!!!!!!!!!
CCMJ has moved its headquarter to Florida, according to D.P. Martin. No further information was available at this time!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Closer partnership or a complete merger with Driver's Alert? That is the $64T question. CCMJ cannot go wrong with either option.
Let's see where CCMJ is going. This should be interesting.
They even said Scott Watkins has his own extension! Again, please call Driver's Alert and verify it with them.
CCMJ has now so much going for it that you CANNOT even begin to imagine the potentials.
Don't take my word for it. Please call Driver's Alert yourself. Good luck.
IT'S OFFICIAL! CCMJ IS PART OF DRIVER'S ALERT. This is huge. Call Driver's Alert @ 1-800-443-9600 and ask for the individual who's handling the CruiseCam account and they'll forward you to Scott Watkins! "CruiseCam is part of Driver's Alert now," according to Driver's Alert.
Wow! We're going places ladies and gents.
sotcky1-Monsoon AKA CJ rather see CCMJ fail than recouping at least a portion of his lossess. If my memory is serving me correctly, he bought most of his shares @ $.35 plus getting involved in a private placement--I'd not be surprised to find out he is the one selling 120 shares or so once in a while in order to bring the price down.
Having said that if he's right about Watkins and Bender, these guys better watch out because no matter how small or big our investments are in CCMJ we'll be holding these individuals accountable.
alex-have you talked to Watkins, bender, PR Agency or the transfer agent lately?
stocky1- Speaking of the Philippines, is Monsoon the same guy who posted several derogatory comments on the Raging Bull message board a while back? CJ=Monsoon?
Driver's Alert taking over the day to day operations is huge for Cruisecam & its shareholders. The company will have access to the financial resourses, in addition to current sales channels, that DA has at its disposal. Before this actually happens officially, CCMJ might move to Florida and have Driver's Alert run the business unofficially/informally, so to speak.
Cruisecam, Watkins, Bender and the rest of the directors would be completely insane to have put out recent sharehlders' updates/news and prmoise profitability this year and expect shareholders to stay quite and inactive in case the terms of the venture/merger are not favorable to them.
If I'm right, you should come back here and apologize to all for all your uncalled accusations and name callings and I'll come back to say kudos to you if you're right.
It looks like Driver's Alert is taking over operations--since you hate the management so much, I think you agree that is a good thing, don't you?
The only reasoning that I can come up with is that Driver's Alert is taking over!!! If Watkins, Bender and the rest of the gang think they can abandon the ship and leave the shareholders behind, they're freaking mistaken.
He's right about the phone number...... It has been disconnected!
You're back! Would you elaborate a little and enlighten us at the same time.
Woodrow
Have you spoken to Watkins or Bender Lately? I believe you've been holding this thing for a long while and it'd be interesting to see what these individuals have to say to you.
Thanks in advance for sharing your thoughts in case you got to talk to these guys.
As i said before, it's a complete mystery to me. The management is being monitored closely and if they haven't been completely honest to us, they better watch out since most of us have believed their story/promises and have given them the benefit of the doubt for the time being.
These guys better deliver.
The new rule simply means CCMJ cannot issue anymore free trading shares from now on since it's a non-reporting company.
I think it's a positive development since it reiterates the intentions of the company of no more dilutive financing--it appears the driver's alert deal has taken care of any capital infusion needs at this time.
On the hand, the PPS has been a complete mystery--I never thought we'd be back at these levels. CCMJ was at $$0.005 when the Driver's Alert news was first released and now it's @ $.0.0005!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I am actually thinking to sell at .0004. It might be the last chance to even get .0004. Sad, really sad.
I am ready to give up! It won't take much more to do it--this is completely unbelievable.
I totally agree. There are so many things going on for this company that is truly mind boggling to see the stock being traded at these levels.
As we all know, the company is adamant about no more dilutive capital infusion deals and other strategies, South and Central Americas and major U.S. retailer partnerships, can only add to the value of CCMJ which is much higher than what the stock is trading at.
You're absolutely right about the need for patience because CCMJ is waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay undervalued and it will pay off big time.
There are not that many unrestricted shares left for trading. I'd say there is approximately 1/3 of the float in the hands of people who are willing to sell their shares with 100-1000% return from these levels. Please note that the majority of the unresticted shares were purchaced at $.10 and above--also, watch for double prints which occur regularly!
If Driver's Alert believes in CCMJ and its future, who are we to disagree?
I think it's time to buy at ask even if AUTO comes back. Obviously, this is my personal opinion and as I advised all a while back to wait till the seller comes to them, now I truly believe you can buy at ask--fundamentals are in place and the Driver's Alert deal and subsequent ventures are much bigger that anyone would've dreamed.
And, the biggest reason of all is that the next capital infusion deal won't be dilutive. Do your own DD because I think you'll reach the same conclusion. Good luck to all.
Yes it was. Based on the enormous success of the Driver's Alert deal, I believe there's a handful of groups who are interested in funding CCMJ. And, remember THE COMPANY IS ADAMANT ABOUT "NO MORE DILUTIVE FINANCING." Unless there were other deals soon to happen, the company wouldn't come out to let the whole world know the stock price is way too cheap.
Pennyland is not a dream.
Personally, I think you're full of it--don't get me wrong I am not attacking you just expressing my sincerest feelings. I think CCMJ is definitely on the right track and things will unfold positively for the company and its shareholders. I am talking about going back to the multi-penny land soon.
As I said before, I think I know who you are and have no respect for you solely due to getting into someone's personal life for whatever agenda you may have. Remember money is not everything and holding a grudge will only hurt yourself in the end. Having said that, if this company and its directors are defrauding people as you think, I'll be one of the first individuals to go after each one of them. Guaranteed.
You'll be proven wrong much sooner than later.
If CCMJ holds $.0005, it should be okay. If not, keep your fingers crossed.
Monsoon, tell us more.
