OK, I know for a fact pump and dump is illegal, no ifs, ands, or buts. A shell company is not illegal, but most often indicates some nefarious activity. I don't know if they ever began the program, but the SEC was seriously looking into rewarding whistle blowers for reporting scams such as this. Have you spent any of your other time, when you're not posting nonsense, contacting the SEC? I believe you could make at least a little cash and that would be considerably more than you could possibly make trading stocks. Just an idea.
PR Regarding ipCapital Group
ipCapital Group Finds Integral to be the Indisputable IP Leader in Resin-Based Conductive Materials
BELLINGHAM, Wash.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Integral Technologies, Inc. (OTCBB:ITKG.ob - News) (“Integral”), (www.electriplast.com) today announces that ipCapital Group (www.ipcg.com) (“ipCapital”), a leading intellectual property (IP) strategy consulting firm, has completed a comprehensive study of Integral’s IP portfolio related to its proprietary ElectriPlast™ technology.
“We found that Integral is the indisputable leader in the resin-based conductive materials field, with the most issued U.S. patents and published patent applications,” said John Cronin, Managing Director of ipCapital. “This is an impressive finding, especially for a micro-cap company in a field of over 600 separate entities/companies that have filed patents across a wide range of product applications for resin-based conductive materials,” continued Cronin.
“These findings suggest to us that there are endless opportunities for extracting value and monetizing Integral’s core ElectriPlast™ technology and current and future IP," said Cronin. ”Using the results of this recent IP landscape study, the continued alliance of Integral and ipCapital will optimize Integral’s IP strategy to build further value for strategic partners, customers and shareholders.
“We are delighted to be working with John Cronin and his very accomplished team at ipCapital and excited with the findings, that point to Integral as the IP leader in this large and growing industry,” said Integral’s CEO, Bill Robinson. "From the filing of our first patent we have been committed to developing our technology, protecting our IP leadership and strengthening and expanding our patent portfolio.”

Ha, that is feakin hilarious. There are like 20 people who read/post on this board and CML is accused of posting to force buying pressure on the stock. That explains the why some don't know what is going on with this company. They flock to what they think is the center of the investing universe, blog sites, for their DD and related knowledge.
Childish
That was some impressive analysis of the data. Not the between the lines I suggested, but I quess if that's the best you've got, you gotta throw it out there and see if it sticks. Can you elaborate more on the JR numbers and the dates and maybe any other secret codes that we missed?
Oh, I get it alright. It's you who obviously doesn't get it. Had you read the news release (thoroughly like we'd like our congress to read bills) mabye you'd have seen what I saw. No company insider info, but some reading between the lines. That's how news releases often work, up to the legal limit.
Here's some tidbits I saw:
- As a result, Integral received a strong world-wide upsurge in inquires and requests for non-disclosure agreements, and has begun working with existing and new customers to develop products using this technically advanced conductive pellet.
- Based on the January test data, two of our customers in the automotive and aerospace industries -- both here and in Europe – are in the process of switching from our competitors’ products to ElectriPlast™ for their electronic shielding needs.
- Based on our customers’ internal marketing strategies and to expand Electriplast’s™ reach into every possible industry sector to become the leader in the conductive plastics industry, Integral selected seven resin and fiber combinations to test.
- Integral continues to expand and patent its blends of ElectriPlast™ technology, and in the coming months will report on the testing of these, as well as the orders it has received from its customers for its current blends.
Even more interesting is to see who posts 2nd, 3rd, 4th, etc. My agenda is to share the positives of this company when they come out. And yours? Go ahead and spend the day(s) bashing away, we who own this stock know where we're going.
Yeah, despicable, lying, cheating company aren't they? I'm glad you made us aware of that.
Check out the new ITKG website - electriplast.com
I love the smell of news in the morning ;)~
Yes, the company has done a good job of keeping control of the outstanding shares, despite having received shareholder approval to issue as many as 100M several years ago. They've also been very disciplined with their private placements and maintaining control of the company. Many companies like this who have had a long hill to climb have not survived because of the nefarious characters they've had to get in bed with.
CML
Yes, nice to see, but as you've implied many times, nothing matters until some contracts start to fall in place. Are we seeing the beginnings of the Q2 PR stream that has been talked about?
Ah yes, it's all a scammy scam scam and all of the world continues to be suckered by this imaginary material and all of it's made up claims and all of it’s NDA’s and it's lack of market acceptance and it's lack of a revenue producing contract and it’s lack of test data and the repeated pump and dump and all the monies paid to the insiders and Mo and Doug and Bill and 6 years and 8 years and 12 years and 15 years and…
According to MDB, “IP is a leading indicator of business performance and a primary source of value creation in companies. . . . Only 7% of the companies . . . in the micro cap universe that have [a] Tech Score greater or equal than 3.0 showed negative price returns, and the median price return for these companies was 71.0% or 25.2% higher than the Russell 2000 (56.7%) . . . .” Best and Brightest Integral’s Tech score was 3.28.
If only 7% score higher than 3.0 that puts ITKG higher than 630 out of nearly 9000 micro cap stocks. With a score of 3.28, I'd say we are in the top 500.
MDB’s report concludes that the “data from this study has demonstrated that investors, who are able to segment the Best and Brightest from the rest, are able to enjoy significant excess returns with little increase in relative risk. Indeed, it can be argued that a basket approach to investing in top-ranked companies as measured by relevant IP metrics -- an emerging IP asset class -- may provide the optimum level of risk, reward and diversification over the intermediate and long term.”
Because Integral’s ElectriPlast™ technology can provide revolutionary applications by replacing metallic shielding and conductive components, Integral’s IP and patents have been cited for uses in other companies’ patents for use in such items as electrical probe devices, electrical cable, connector housings and cable heads. An indication of the even broader potential use and marketing of ElectriPlast™ is the list of companies listed in the Best and Brightest of the “Companies that Most Cite This Company” that includes General Motors, Hitachi Cable, Cascade Microtech, and DuPont Integral anticipates that in the near term this list will dramatically grow as other companies recognize the extraordinarily diverse ways they can use ElectriPlast™ in the harnessing and managing of electricity.

An interesting article about PatentVest. It was published in Investor's Business Daily so some of you probably won't understand it.
Patent Applications Leave Clues About A Company's Prospects
By BRIAN DEAGON, INVESTOR'S BUSINESS DAILY Posted 04/01/2010 06:12 PM ET
In the late 1990s, Apple (AAPL) was near death. Then in 1997 Steve Jobs returned to the company he co-founded and set the stage for its rebirth.
Anyone searching for signs of that comeback might have checked the patent office.
In 2003, Apple filed for 124 new patents, up from 101 the year before. The pace rose to 177 patent applications in 2004 and 285 in 2005, says patent tracker PatentVest.
"A leading indicator of future performance is innovation, which you can base on the rate of growth of patent applications," said PatentVest CEO Andy Mazzarella.
Today, Apple is viewed as one of the most innovative companies on the planet.
Scrutinizing patents is one tack analysts use to gauge company innovation and direction. An analysis of Apple patents in 2009, for example, indicates plans to turn its Apple TV system into a gaming device, though the company hasn't confirmed any such plans.
But it's tough to track patent activity. That's why PatentVest exists, Mazzarella says.
The U.S. Patent and Trademark Office says Apple was granted 185 patents in 2008. But Mazzarella says the actual number is close to 260.
How's that? For one thing, many patents are filed under the inventor's name and may not reveal a connection to a company. Misspellings or other variances in the name of a company or inventor can also hinder patent tracking.
"All patent data is highly flawed when first made available by the patent office, making ownership hard to establish," Mazzarella said.
At times, companies will deliberately try to cloak a patent application. "They don't want outsiders to know they made steps in particular direction," Mazzarella said.
PatentVest spent four years building a database and data center that collects and analyzes patent information on multiple levels. It can link individual inventors to a parent company, even if the track goes through many subsidiaries.
Now it's hoping to sell its service to mutual funds, hedge funds and others looking for a leg up on finding good investments. The data are not for sale to individual investors, but they might be down the road. Santa Monica, Calif.-based PatentVest is a unit of MDB Capital Group, a research firm and investment bank specializing in intellectual-property-focused investments. MDB funded PatentVest and uses the technology in its decision making.
"We track the employment history of every inventor," Mazzarella said. "When we see a patent by that inventor that's not assigned to a company, our system can make a prediction where that patent might get assigned to. We're not 100% certain of all our data all the time, but we're 90% certain it's accurate."
The system looks at which patents are most often cited or cross-referenced by other patent filers. The higher the citations, the more valuable that patent is considered to be.
PatentVest keeps tabs on what it perceives to be the most innovative companies. Often these are companies out of the spotlight.
Mazzarella says innovative companies on the path to success will show strong growth in patent applications, usually one to two years before they make it big. That was the case with Apple's rebirth.
Companies, though, can trip despite strong IP.
Case in point is Palm (PALM), the developer of smart phone technologies. Patent applications by Palm began a steep climb in 2006 and continued through 2009. In December 2008, company shares were trading at an all-time low below 2. The next month, Palm announced a new operating system, WebOS. Analysts called it a breakthrough technology. Company shares surged more than 700% over the next six months when, in June, Palm introduced the Pre smart phone, to mostly good reviews. "We have officially re-entered the race," Palm CEO Jon Rubenstein declared at the time.
But rivals such as Apple and BlackBerry maker Research In Motion (RIMM) were innovating as well. And a slew of handsets based on the Google-backed (GOOG) Android operating system started hitting the market about the same time as the Pre. In November, Motorola (MOT) introduced its Android-based Droid for the Verizon Wireless network, backed by a $100 million Verizon ad campaign.
All this took a toll on sales of the Palm Pre.
Last month, Palm warned that sales this quarter would be less than half of what analysts had been predicting, saying that "broad consumer adoption of Palm products is taking longer than we anticipated."
Palm's stock is languishing below 4, and some say a buyout is the company's only hope for survival.
"The Palm example is one where strategy and execution has not worked well," Mazzarella said. "Strong intellectual property alone is not sufficient to be successful. If you do a poor job of executing, you can still run the company out of business."
Yes, five long weeks and counting down to the post Bright Lights Conference. Interest in the material and the company should expand leading up to and following that week. We should see some new buyers as a result :) Add in some other news and we'll be sailing along. Yeehaa...
CML,
Do you believe we'll see a bump in the share price once ITKG is officially listed as a presenter at this conference? I understand our score was very high. What are the chances we take home the Clarus Award? ;)
I get the sense sometimes you fully understand and are playing devils advocate and other times I don't think you do. Here is a case where I'm not sure, but I'll play with you anyway.
Just because the standard was withdrawn doesn't mean it cannot be used. It means that all voting members on the committee could not agree without dissent that it was best method for testing. Apparently there was not a new test method that was agreed upon at the time or it would have been referenced. The next opportunity for a replacement test will be later this year. The test was absolutely appropriate for the material that was evaluated, which was a two dimensional (planar) disc made of ElectriPlast. Wiring, whether it is considered 2 or 3 dimensional, was not evaluated in the test.
I disagree with you on your comment about Google(ing) for 10 minutes on the subject. If one is going to speak with knowledge on these issues, a lot more than 10 minutes is needed. And, I don't believe Mo is fooling anyone in the industry.
Here are some good references for you to read. One in particular is a shielding product that references the D4935 standard.

My take is they're going to utilize their existing capital, (i.e. people, equipment, plant space, etc) for the production of ElectriPlast pellets. That will create immediate profits with minimal outlay for additional equipment. I like that plan.
What product is it that you want them to make? Did you check to see if they'll make it for you? Why not send them a purchase order for that part tomorrow? And what does it really matter whether they make the product or 10 or 20 other companies do?
Are you suggesting that the fact that they aren't making a specific product themselves that it proves ElectriPlast doesn't work? I don't read that in between the lines and I don't think others like MDB Capital, the (unannounced) wire manufacturer, the yet unnamed battery manufacturer, the military contract, etc. believe it doesn't work. If your going to ask where's the product, I'm going to tell you it's not ready yet.
Name the product for which you want test results. Integral/Jasper does not manufacture the product, they manufacture the raw material, for which they provided test results. What part of that is so incomprehensible?
If you want to see side by side comparison(s), you'll have to wait for the manufacturer of the product(s), not the raw material, to release that. I'll guess that will come from their marketing/sales group at the appropriate time.
Here is an excerpt from the ASTM test that was performed on the ElectriPlast formulation:
For manufacturers of conductive materials, evaluation of a flat, thin sample of the base material in accordance with ASTM D4935 not only is cost-effective but also provides a means of material comparison during product development.
Spin is cheap.
EMI Shielding/Toyota Acceleration Problems
You can bet auto engineers across the spectrum have sat up and taken a closer, more discriminating look at the importance of adequately shielding the vital electronics in cars. Many experts are suggesting that the real cause of unintended acceleration may be the results of EMI and RFI and not floor mats or sticky accelarators pedals. Perhaps present methods of shielding are no longer adequate to keep passengers safe. It has been suggested that Toyota's total losses/costs could exceed $5 billion.
Excerpt from a recent press release on ElectriPlast shielding:
"These superb EMI/RFI shielding properties over a wide frequency spectrum from DC to UHF outperformed the competition by over 40%".
I can't decide which will be more enjoyable - the upcoming release of product specific information, i.e. more test data, more contracts, multiple purchase orders, or watching some react wildly and continuing to spin mute points... We'll see in a few short weeks.
My understanding is that the Knowles contract has not been renewed and that it is a different and larger manufacturer. No proof and no other details.
Thank you for reminding us all why we're still here and waiting with baited breath for Q2 (i.e. the months of Mar, Apr, & May). I've hightlighted my favorite part of the entire release. Best enjoyed with some Drambuie and a fine cigar...
Integral's Chairman Comment on ElectriPlast™ Commercialization Process
Bellingham, WA - Integral Technologies, Inc. ("ITKG-OTC:BB") ("Integral"). Chairman, William Robinson, today made the following comments relating to the "ElectriPlast™" product(s).
Integral Technologies and its manufacturing partner, Jasper Rubber Products, Inc. of Indiana, have spent the past 30 months perfecting the manufacturing of our patented ElectriPlast™ Technology. ElectriPlast™ is an innovative, electrically conductive resin-based, highly conductive recipe that can be molded into virtually any shape or dimension associated with the range of plastics, rubbers, and other polymers. Most recently, we have enhanced our expertise in electrical engineering, antennas (wireless), material sciences and sales with the addition of Mohamad Zeidan (25 years of hands-on product development from prototypes to production) and his group from Innovative Engineering Green Technology (IEGT). Together, we have selected eight of the industries' most useful blends of ElectriPlast™ for extensive testing for physical and electrical characteristics.
When the tests are completed by year's end, our current customer base (and the rest of the industry at large) will have access to and benefit from the test results which will definitively reveal ElectriPlast's unmatched shielding and conductivity attributes, substantial weight reduction and production cost savings, vast design flexibility, and longevity and sturdiness as a result of its non-corrosiveness and other properties.
As a result, the uses of ElectriPlast™ are as varied as our customers' products and provide them with extraordinary enhancement. The projects described below represent but a sampling from the work we are doing with some the 350 companies with whom we have NDAs, some of whom are the largest in their industry:
•Creating and sampling a shielding jacket for the electrical wire industry. The current method of shielding wire is a very time-consuming and expensive method. Our process is many times faster and less expensive while providing greater shielding capability, thus revolutionizing how all wiring can be manufactured.
•Replacing, for one of the largest battery manufacturers in the world, the current lead fins in a standard car battery with molded battery plates. This will substantially lighten the battery shielding and can be used for several Green Technology battery companies and in Hybrid/Electrical vehicles. The wheelchair industry also has substantial interest in the product.
•Blending ElectriPlast™ pellets for use in a new hearing aid. After testing other competitors' products, the purchaser has informed Integral that ElectriPlast™ is the only substance that allows them to advance their new product development. Integral has been advised that they will be incorporating ElectriPlast™ into their manufacturing in 2010.
•Providing specific blends of ElectriPlast™ pellets to several large antenna compaies for hand-held devices, meter readers and satellites. Many of these companies do not manufacture their product, instead relying on outside parties.
•Final molding for a two-part piece for a Southern California military contractor.
•Designing several consumer electronic parts to enhance existing products. These new product designs will be produced in very large volumes in Q2 of 2010.
•Waiting for approval for shielding a vital part for hybrid cars by one of the major Detroit auto companies.
•Finalizing license agreements with 6 different companies in the wire, military, antenna, battery, and electrical shielding industries.
•Designing new systems in 2010 for the automotive industry for North America and European companies for 2012 implementation.
In the very near future, Integral will be identifying the companies with whom we are working on these projects and announcing other projects we are working on as well. Based on these projects and the overwhelming positive feedback we are getting from these companies -- that ElectriPlast™ is unmatched in the industry and provides solutions to many of these companies' endeavors and striking enhancements to certain aspects of their product lines -- we expect that in 2010, Integral, through its signature technolgy ElectriPlast™, will become the leader in the conductive plastics industry.
marsred,
I'm not going to debate which patent might cover the material(s) for the battery application, but it's more than one and it won't read "storing" of electrical current. That patent most likely will be owned by the battery manufacturer because they will be the ones developing the right combination of metals and liquid. Two points I want to make: First, it clearly states that the ElectriPlast would replace the heavy lead/acid batteries. This old, but proven technology, will continue to be the source of power in 95%+ vehicles on the road for many years to come. It will also continue to be used in over the road trucks, RV's, boats, planes, golf carts, etc. Some of these applications have more than 1000 lbs. of batteries in them. Cutting half or more of the weight would result in dramatic improvements.
The lithium batteries have been adopted mainly because of their weight to power and some other minor advantages, but the batteries have a multitude of safety and performance issues. They have a short cycle life, especially in high current draw applications. They are sensitive to heat and cold, can be permanently damaged if discharged too much, can overheat when charging or discharging, etc. How many times since the general acceptance of the litium battery have there been recalls, fires, overheating, etc, because of failures or defects in engineering? These batteries explode violently when something malfunctions. They also require a multitude of add on ($$$) safety measures to keep them from overcharging or discharging too much.
So I think many arguments could be made in favor of a battery that performs similarly to the current lead/acid battery, but weighs considerably less.
- Are any auto manufacturers plannig to replace the old lead batteries in gasoline/diesel powered cars with a litium-ion battery?
- Imagine consumer outrage if they had to replace $350 battery in their Chevy, let alone, all of the batteries in an electric vehicle because a voltage regulator malfunctioned.
- How about electric vehicles randomly blowing the bottoms out of a car because the batteries malfunctioned or overcharged.

The fact is MDB selected Integral out of 1600 other companies for their disruptive technology and patents and invited them along with just 49 other companies to showcase in front of some of the best and brightest. You can bet MDB did their homework because this is really about MDB's PatentVest platform and how it, along with the company's experienced leadership can find and sort through the "Best and Brightest".
From their website:
"We know how hard it is... to turn an idea into a successful company...to turn your idea into intellectual property, to build your team, execute your strategy, finance your growth, to launch an innovative new leader in pursuit of new markets. To gain mindshare from thought leaders and recognition in financial markets from leading institutions. To create real value for your investors, employees and communities. Success is never a straight line".
"Exceptional companies require exceptional partners
We are not in the business of sure things. "Seeing value others do not and creating value others can not" requires uncommon insight, resourcefulness and perseverance. This is what we do... it is who we are".
Noticed both itkg.net and the new website, electriplast.com have both been down since yesterday. Could they be uploading reams of info or just some technical issue??? Als, it could be just a coincindence, but the otcbb.com website doesn't show any MM's listed this morning. That's the first time I recall seeing that. Anyone have thoughts why this might occur?
Yes, notification of invite was sent after selection process was completed and prior to issuance of the PRNewswire released by MDB.
From their website: "MDB Capital Group LLC is an institutional research and investment banking firm that focuses exclusively on companies that possess market changing, disruptive intellectual property".
What charts show a contrarian view to barcharts? Which one(s) do you reference and find more accurate?
marsred, I see you are the moderator, can you tell me who the asst. moderator(s) are. TIA
GK,
Surprising indeed that it wasn't discussed more here or even promoted somehow by the company. Perhaps corporate has learned some lesson(s) about independent accolades. These are the kind of news stories that one reads several and each time gleans more definition of the potential significance. Spending time reading on the MDB Capital website puts you in a different frame of mind and you realize just how much of a game changer this could be. I'm not going to claim that this will be the coup de grace, but big things could definitely come from this exposure. We're talking about a list of 1600 out of how many 1000's companies narrowed down to an elite 50 companies and paraded in front of an impressive group of individuals. I especially like this:
