Further dilution from management. Pissing me off. Imo Alan Chow had his preferred shares released so that he’d get paid through shares to put up all the twitter fluff. He’s the one who’s been selling and bringing the SP down. I feel like ICNM management doesn’t give a sh$t about shareholders.

It seems to me that more meaningful things have happened with ICNM than presenting at an investor’s conference. I hope management can execute better than they are at the moment.

On March 25/23, did ICNM not increase its’ restricted share count by 1 billion? Yes the OS increased by the same increment. You are the eternal pessimist with ICNM. Do you or do you not think the management team of ICNM (Eastwin8 and Kuora) have a good proven track record? Let’s see what transpires with their comment regarding a LOI and the corresponding increase in shares. I believe the team is in the process of making another acquisition and a good one. GLTA.

Delayed stock dilution Stock dilution is defined as the reduction of equity ownership by all shareholders as a result of the issuance of new shares. Unlike other types of equity compensation, the issuance of RSU’s DO NOT immediately add the the company’s share count, which is favourable to your company. RSU’s allow the employer to defer issuing shares until a later date, which therefore helps to delay stock dilution to existing shareholders.

Restricted shares add to the total Outstanding share count but DO NOT dilute the stock until they can be exercised at a later date. They are typically given to insiders and institutional investors. So zero dilution at the moment. Something big must be happening with ICNM due to the restricted share increase and the LOI comment management made last week.

Hopefully filings get done within the next month. This will change lives imo.
