I did say the fact that it wasn’t audited is priced in in the pathetic 5 cents SP. With audit, 50 cents is considered extreme undervalued.

It is an Indonesian mine being operated under a joint venture agreement! Nils has changed the structure such that operating cash may be used in the USA.

If you had any research, you would have found out that the company can’t use operating cash from Talawaan. This has changed when the JV buyout agreement was signed on June 30.

You can’t use yahoo finance for OTCM tickers. $BMXI is a highly profitable company.

Correct, confirmations are independent…and auditors have to make determinations which are third parties that require confirmation per PCAOB since they don’t have prior year audit work papers go back to.

Goodness, it is a standard procedure for auditors to confirm with the mentioned parties. They should have sent out the confirmation request at beginning of audit but given it’s a new client it is understandable!
