They haven't started yet. Lans IR claims escrow will do batch once a week (Friday) starting this up coming week.

Escrow has not run the first batch yet, but will run the wire batch once a week. That should be run at the end of next week if all your docs are in order. We have seen several already make it to the final batch. However, we apologize, but are not able to provide any individual tracking or updates per individual.

Just tell them your looking to initiate a DWAC transfer.

You'll need your account number, CUSIP or Symbol, amount of shares, who you transfer to (vstock) and control number but not required. I didn't give them control number and I asked if that would hold up the process and the lady said no.

Also contact vstock first, you will need them to give you the green light first. Once I contacted them, I got email within 1 hour to request to contact my broker for the DWAC.

That's what I received too, It wasn't clear what the next step was so I asked what the next process was and the response below... so that email is just confirmation VStock end is done and they are notifying Lans that we are good to go.. :)

My certified mail was received Monday too but I didn't hear anything so I emailed last night and called this morning to follow up . This will get vstock to start the process faster, within 1 hour after getting off the phone they I got email from Joseph that directed me to contact my broker (TDA).

No way, not enough volume for them to be accumulating based on others claiming they are buying as well.

The number on top of the dwac form you need to mail them. Same number on there website and email.

Just got off phone with tda. Everything is set. Stated it take 3 to 5 business days. Fingers crossed

On hold with tda, lady said she never heard of this before. Hmmm

The updated instructions don't have us contacting our brokers to release the shares. That's the whole reason for the dwac form we signed and sent to vstock

So what exactly you sending to vstock? Just a copy of your broker statement and just the page for Vstock Transfer with the medallion stamp, correct?

All the rest is for Lans to sign yet.
