You cannot, in all honesty, look at what has transpired in EDEX and tell me that all is well, that there is great potential here.

Look at the PR history of other P&D's and see if you can discern parallels. Pretty damned obvious to me and it should be to you if you have the experience that you have eluded to.

Laurance has no degree in either business or science. Hell, I studied geology in college too. He had "oil concessions" in Indonesia. Oil concessions being gas stations ?

Fowler brings similar credentials to the table. He is an officer of a firm that has "extensive gas and oil holdings" in Texas, whoopee. He runs an electric utility company. That sure as hell qualifies him as an expert oil man.

Twilight, if EDEX goes below a penny my stock is worthless anyway. If I can't make a success out of EDEX I will give up all of my stock. Conversely if I make EDEX worth a lot of money I deserve what I have. If anyone wants to buy EDEX and doesn't because of my stock position, I say the reason you would want to buy in the first place is because I made EDEX worth buying.

Maybe what TL MEANT when he said he would "give up" all of his stock is that he would SELL all of his stock. Seems to be the handwriting on the wall !

I'm not certain it was/is the intention of geo to mislead. He may honestly believe that his PIP method is a leading edge tool in oil discovery methods.
However, I DO believe his affiliation with EDEX is a bit self serving.
I believe he said, at one point, that he didn't agree with the Laurance's share structure but there was little he could say or do about it.
It is my opinion that the fault lies with Laurance and the BOD who have allowed him to take this venture down to where it is today. So much promise, so few positive results, so little investor interest being generated.
The growing discontent evidenced on this board is illustrative of the resentment. Laurance needs to take note or soon there will be no one left but the cheerleading die hards.

So if I get what you're saying.....you are assigning the same power to lowman to influence penny oil stocks as, say Alan Greenspan's influence on the market in general. Fascinating ! LOL
