Headed my way. Unfortunately I’m an old pro. Shelves empty at stores.
3 day weekend due to holiday on Monday.News could drop on the following Tuesday! Get all you can before more news.
He said the tabs are blue and sweet. But work really well.
It is a game changer. He was diagnosed in elementary school with impulsivity disorder. They never offered anything at that time. So he managed to make it through school without meds, but it was tough. As an adult at work, it has changed his life. It goes to show it’s not just for school aged children, but adults as well.
Funny story..Last night I was talking to my son. He’s in his mid twenties and was having issues with focusing. The doctor prescribed Adderall. He lives in New England and works with a bunch of guys that also are taking it. I asked him to check his bottle to see who the manufacturer was. He said Elite! He also said some of his colleagues are taking Vvynase and like it because it allows them to sleep better at night.
I’ve been telling him to buy this stock for years. He never paid attention to me, but today he’s a buyer. He said Elite’s Adderall has helped him so much.
Consolidated revenues for the three-month period ended June 30, 2023, were $9.0 million, an increase of $1.3 million or 16.9% as compared to the comparable period of the prior fiscal year.
My guess would be double $18,000,0000
I listened to the conference call. It was a good call. I had on noise cancelling headphones and could hear everything. Nasrat and Carter were joking about future revenue. If you listen very carefully, you can hear Carter knock on table every time Nasrat through out numbers. Like the (knock on wood) joke. Nasrat will probably retire soon. The clues are there. Public records
Nasrat probably wants to retire within a year in a half and live in FL. That falls in line with his comments from last call, saying cut in half the five year timeframe of a buyout. At 63, who could blame him.
He hinted about it on last call.
Buyout based on futures as well as current. Not everyone is aligned with you. You should be very careful who you call idiots and amateurs.
You never know who is behind the screen.
Thanks HG. It would be nice to hear and maybe light the fuse for our sp.
Did anyone ask the question if they have been approached by a large pharm and if they are in talks. Is this a question that can be answered? Thanks in advance.
5. The impact of Form S-8 on the dilution of existing shareholders
Impact on Form Existing Shareholders
1. Understanding the Impact of Form S-8 on the dilution of Existing shareholders
When it comes to navigating the complex landscape of IPOs and public companies, one important aspect that both investors and companies need to consider is the potential dilution of existing shareholders. This dilution can occur due to various factors, but one key element that can significantly impact this is the filing of Form S-8 with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC).
2. The Purpose and Function of Form S-8
Form S-8 is a registration statement filed by public companies with the sec to register securities that will be offered to employees under employee benefit plans, such as stock option plans or employee stock purchase plans. This form allows companies to issue new shares of their stock to employees as a form of compensation or incentive.
3. Dilution and the Issuance of New Shares
One of the primary concerns for existing shareholders is the potential dilution of their ownership stake in the company when new shares are issued. When a company files Form S-8 and issues new shares to employees, it increases the total number of outstanding shares, thereby diluting the ownership percentage of existing shareholders.
For example, let's say a company has 10 million shares outstanding, and a new Form S-8 is filed to issue 1 million shares to employees. After the issuance, the total number of outstanding shares increases to 11 million, resulting in a dilution of existing shareholders' ownership.
4. Factors Affecting the Magnitude of Dilution
The magnitude of dilution caused by Form S-8 depends on various factors, including the number of shares issued, the total number of outstanding shares before the issuance, and the overall ownership structure of the company. Companies with a smaller number of outstanding shares may experience more significant dilution compared to those with a larger number of shares outstanding.
Additionally, the timing and frequency of Form S-8 filings can also impact dilution. If a company consistently files Form S-8 and issues new shares, it can lead to a gradual dilution of existing shareholders over time.
5. Mitigating Dilution through Proper Planning
While Form S-8 filings can result in dilution, companies can take steps to mitigate its impact on existing shareholders. One approach is to implement share buyback programs, where the company repurchases its own shares from the market, effectively reducing the number of outstanding shares and offsetting the dilution.
Case Study: Company XYZ
In 2019, Company XYZ filed Form S-8 to issue 500,000 shares to its employees. However, to mitigate the dilution impact on existing shareholders, the company simultaneously announced a share buyback program to repurchase 250,000 shares from the market. This strategic move helped maintain the ownership percentage of existing shareholders and minimized the overall dilution effect.
6. Conclusion
Understanding the impact of Form S-8 on the dilution of existing shareholders is crucial for both investors and companies. By considering the factors affecting dilution and implementing appropriate strategies, companies can navigate the complexities of employee benefit plans while minimizing the adverse effects on existing shareholders.
This pr was put out at the end of a 3 day bank holiday. That’s as bad as a pr on a Friday after hours. I am not a basher, but this is dilution. That’s a lot of shares.
I understand it is part of employment agreement , but geez.
Have a great weekend everyone and enjoy the holiday if you celebrate.

Can someone please tell me why an 8k wasn’t filed for the BE results. Wouldn’t this be a material event. Thanks
A PR is great, but an 8k would get more attention.
Thanks for replying. Guess we will see. Hoping so, to give this a push up. Have a great weekend!
Quick question. Nasrat mentioned on call that BE results were due that day for one of the andas. Is this a material event?
I’ve been around since the beginning. I really believed in Sequestox. I was really upset it didn’t make it. Reminded me of Pax from CTIC. I’m staying put due to the Adderall and any other surprises. I’m hoping for a buyout. I just get upset about being tugged around by whoever is manipulating this stock. It takes its toll.
Do you remember Gonzo and the gang. That was a good group of posters. You too! I got out , but it was a roller coaster. That CEO was a fraud.
I’m hoping for a better outcome with this one. I wish you the best!
Bro-e
Omg, that was hilarious. Thank you for turning my frown upside down…seriously
I remember, but that was years ago. It’s time. These questions in advance are hand selected. He should answer the difficult questions too. Sounds like you’re a Biden man. I’m a capitalist and believe in making money.
rocioyogi, I think you and I used to converse years ago on another message board. Does CTIC ring a bell? If so you understand my concerns.
Thank you…All valid points
Compared to other companies, it’s minuscule.
Better than it was when it all started. Sequestox was the reason for getting into this stock. Then it became the Adderall and still unnamed items still unnamed.
Hoping for the best.
Hope you’re right. I’m worn down by watching this and not seeing reward.
I have been here since then too. I’m also not a guy and definitely not fishy, as my hygiene is perfection.
Would you care to see my first purchase?
Just because I don’t post much doesn’t mean I don’t read daily. I have been through this whole ordeal from the beginning. I also remember when Nasrat put up his own money to save us.
First rule in investing is never fall in love with a stock. I broke my first rule. I want this stock to make me $$$$$$. Unfortunately, all it’s doing is the opposite. Who or what is keeping us down. Impressive quarters, no debt, etc…Again WHY.
Nobody seems to know. Why no live questions on calls. His fiduciary duty is to the people that own portions of this company. It seems are fearless leader is self gratifying.
What does that have to do with our share price.
Traditionally, bad news is delivered on a Friday. I’m hoping I’m wrong in this case. If it was at 4:30pm instead of earlier, I’d probably be more concerned. In addition, most people incorporate 4th of July with their summer vacation…again more not paying attention.
I have held onto this stock for years, even adding to my portfolio at.029 to make up for my initial losses. We need great news to make some kind of $$. When everything is showing we should be at least .10 higher, we are floundering. WHY
I have worked for big corporations and sat at the CEO’s table many times. Something doesn’t seem right. At this time I would be thrilled to just get my original money back.
I hope you’re right. I want to be wrong. I just know nothing good happens on a Friday. It is also going into a holiday week.
Holding a meeting on a Friday is never good. Almost every meeting we have had previously has been held midweek. I don’t like this. For the record, long term over 10 years.
Maybe Nasrat would take Elite stock for the purchase of the 50% of Adderall. If he’s so confident in our success, let us keep our cash.
That is true. How would they go about getting the word out. It seems we are invisible to the big pharmaceutical companies.
Make $$ while waiting on ELTP. Just an FYI, not promoting.
